The frames and prints are absolutely gorgeous. They came out even better than I was expecting! Everyone who comes over and sees them are blown away, and ask me where I bought them from. We are very happy and will be returning customers for sure!
My experience with Smallwood was superior. There was an issue with the print I submitted and they would not proceed with production of the product until it was resolved. They were in contact, through email the entire time, until it was resolved.

The framed canvases I ordered were beyond my expectations. The quality of the photos considering such an enlargement were amazing.
I ordered 3 pictures from my son's wedding, one of them was a gift for him. I didn't open it until they came to visit 2 months after the wedding. The picture had a crease in it. After I contacted Smallwoods I got a response very quickly and the issue was resolved in a couple days with emails. They are very kind and helpful and are replacing the picture. The other 2 pictures I ordered were perfect. It's a great company and I will order from them again.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
