The picture quality was great, but I order six large framed prints and ALL of them showed up with at least one corner (where the frame pieces connect) not matching up. This seems like a small issue until you realize the frames are black, and the inside is of course wood. So where it doesn't match up ends up looking like the frame is cracked or was dropped. ALL SIX arrived like this. This was my first Smallwoods purchase, and it wasn't a small one. If I had it in me to send them all back, I would. But I don't, so I'll just hang these giant, broken looking frames instead.

One of my canvases is still missing. Contacted customer service and they said that it would be delivered today but it's still not here.

I ordered a large framed print that was damaged during shipping. I went to Smallwood's website, uploaded two pictures, and the new print arrived at my house three days later. This is my 4th order and I treasure these prints!

Please with order over all but one 8x10 was a little dark I just presume it happens sometimes in copies

Our original order was a custom canvas print yet when we received it, part of the photo wrapped around the edge cutting off our daughter's face. Customer Service was phenomenal! We received credit and advice on what the best product to order for the image. Just received the new framed custom photo and it's beautiful. We are very happy with the product yet most of all with the customer service working with us when the initial product didn't work. We will definitely order from Smallwood again.

I have ordered from smallwood multiple times and they never disappoint! I had a blurry print once and they replaced it fast and easy. Their customer service is friendly and very professional. Love the print refill option!

Our daughter is getting married in November and a friend used you for their daughter's wedding very impressed with I love the quality of the pictures and the frames. I question the square frame at first because it looks like it had a big nick in the top of it, but I noticed after I opened the other boxes of pictures I ordered it was that way on some of them too so maybe it's just in the grain of the wood used.

We love these frames! We get soo many compliments on them. This was my third order and already planning my next order

I am absolutely blown away with our prints from your company! As a photographer, I have spent the last 15 years making sure that everyone has beautiful prints for their walls while at the same time, neglecting my own. I am always reluctant to order online for various reasons, so I never did. I went to a friend's home and had to know who in the world did her prints on her wall. Want to know who? YOU! I went home that night and ordered framed prints for my walls of our family beach trip. I am beyond pleased and will definitely order again very soon!

I love the style of material the pictures are printed on. Pictures are always clear and look perfect on the wall.
