I had two custom orders that I ordered through Smallwoods. Both orders were so easy to manage as the people that assisted me were excellent. They answered all of my questions, sent proofs first for me to approve and then we confirmed the final product. My family room is beautiful with the final products! I could not be happier!

I received email from Smallwoods stating that they cannot complete by order due to quality of picture. So I sent original as requested and they still cannot fulfill my order and they states that it would still be blurry. I asked for a refund and they say they can't issue a full refund but will give me a credit to use at a later date. It is not my fault they cannot produce the item. I would like a full refund. The fault lies on Smallwoods end not my fault. That is not how someone should do business.
I absolutely love these prints as they are always such high quality. What makes everything even better however is their phenomenal service. I needed assistance with one of the prints I received and they were so quick to respond and amazing at helping get everything resolved.
I ordered 3 refill prints and one was very blurry. I emailed small woods and they immediately enhanced the photo and shipped me a new one. I highly recommend their products and customer service
I received my frames and they were absolutely beautiful. One imagine had some imperfections that had to of been caused during the shipping process and they were so quick to make things right. I love Smallwoods and will continue to order from them.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
