Mess up your order! There is no telephone number you can use to talk to a human, and all you have is an email address for support that is staffed by incompetent dumb $#*!s who cannot understand a simple issue and just reply back with stupid responses! Disappointed! Why the $#*! are these support centers not located in the Americas?
Almost don't see the point to write this because it's been said 100 times over.
I've had enough of this company and will never use their service again. Driver stole my kids dinner then went off duty. Skip refused to do anything about it besides offer some dumb $5 credit for the inconvenience. They don't stand by their service AT ALL so every time you order you are risking the possibility of having to find another way to get it if they randomly decide not to show up. They refuse to re-send an order but will offer you skip credit to make another order yourself. They take ZERO responsibility for their couriers. ZERO.
I will just save myself the headache from here on out and find another way.
Please order straight from the restaurants. This people are a joke. Missing items all the time, just dropping food at your front door with sauce coming out from containers. The last delivery I got the delivery guy just made a mess at my front door and when I called to complain they offer a 5 dollars credit. Best part it's the customer service people names. Between Queen or king You chose. Never ordering from them again. THIS APP SUCKS. I still waiting for a phone call from the manager who supposed to call me last week.
Spent over $56 for dinner this evening for my son and myself which the courier marked it as delivered but it was nowhere to be found even though we saw he was close to the house on the map. Guess it ended up in Robert's big fat mouth somewhere in Mississauga. Just to make things even more frustrating, the useless customer services spout the same scripted drivel everytime I have had to get in touch with them. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I don't think I will be using Skip the Dishes anymore as its not fun wondering whether or not your meal will be delivered or not. Skip are just not reliable.
No matter how badly they screw up (and they do far too often), they will never issue a full refund. Today I ordered an item that cost only 1/3 of the total they charged me, after the service fee, delivery fee, tip, and taxes. Owing to their incompetence, I received something that went directly into the garbage but still had to pay for a portion of the costs. Their whole business model is a con job.
I ordered another of food one day for 5 people. Cost well over $100! I accidentally put the wrong address, because they don't ask you if this is the right address, they just use the last address you used. I contacted support within 1 second! The agent was so rude and so useless! He said sorry it's been more than 5 mins I can't cancel it. Been more than 5 mins because they take forever to answer your! I told him we were not there and just to get the driver to go to the other address. He said no sorry, nothing I can do! My husband had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the food himself! And then to put the cherry on top, they flagged my account as suspicious! Are you kidding me right now? Worst company in the world! How about hiring people from Canada instead of India? They might understand better.

Twice in a row one of my beverages ordered did not show up with the delivery. Both times I requested a refund for the missing item. The first one was denied with no explanation as to why and the second one didn't even get a response. I'm thoroughly disgusted with them. I'll no longer be using them and I recommend others stop using them until skip shows that they have repaired their customer service flaws.
Tonight we had a gathering of 3 people and were eagerly anticipating a delivery from Skip…instructions were sent as to protocol advising lobby code for door and to please knock and leave order. Courier did not use code but allowed a building resident to let him in and so no notification. Went to tracking and realized delivery had been made and likely sat at the door for a good length of time. To add insult to injury the food was horrendous, cold and overall experience very disappointing. Will likely go with Door Dash next time.
My past few orders from Skip, complete Food items were Missing! And No refund was given to me at all. They said that I asked for too many refunds in the past which was Also a complete Lie as it was only my First time asking for a refund. Skip really Sucks Big Time and definitely ripped me off! Won't be going through them anymore. Door Dash it is!
I order lots of food from delivery services and few times I had a terrible orders with different problems. In skip, I got two times rotten, spoiled products and they initiated only 50% of refund when it supposed to me whole refund because I just threw away this garbage. You should never use it.
