After placing an order and the company sending the wrong item. I provided the tracking number for my return, have sent the copy of them receiving the package back along with who signed for it and to this day over a month and a half later they still claim it was never received and haven't refunded my money.
They are a scam!
Still haven't heard back or seen my item. They advertised a couch that folds out to a bunkbed, and was on sale back in November for $56 regular price was $456. I ordered it, they sent me a confirmation num at to my email so after the 15-20 business days I still haven't heard from them I clicked on the website from my confirmation email and it could not see me to there email... I hope that this wad not a scam
My first time ordering from this website. Had a little concern about my order, i called customer service they responded right away and i got my package the next day... I love them so far and i will refer to family and friend.
I ordered some shorts they run small sent them back paid for return it's been two weeks today and they still saying they don't have it and I have the tracking. They scamming people out they money. I never received tracking info on my order... Lesson learned never order off websites. U can't even talk to anyone just email... I wish I would have read the reviews because everything everyone is saying is true...
I made an order on March 19,2020. Over $100 USD they took the money quick fast and have yet to process my order. I have sent countless emails to their so called email address NO one has replied. Never ordering from SHYFULL again. FULL of bull$#*!!
I ordered 3 items from Shyfull- they took a little longer than I expected to ship but they came and I was pretty satisfied. I did order up a size because I figured they would run a little small- but overall they were nice for the price!
I placed an order Sept 24. After 14 days passed with no tracking number I decided to send them an email. I was told my order was about to ship. Needless to say, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. A couple of days later I receive an email from them stating my order was cancelled and I will receive a full refund. I order from this place before and receive my order. I have no idea what happened this time around.
They are horible with their return policy. I have more than two months that I returned an item back to them and they still have processed my payment back. I place package tracking on the item, and courier says they delivered the item. Yet they say they have no received that item back. They keep telling me once they receive it they will process it. Yet the already have the package. Worst company ever. If I could give it a zero rating I would.
I didn't read the reviews until after I had already made my purchase through Pinterest. I was kind of leary because I have purchased online overseas items that didn't really look or fit like the should. However, Shyfull did NOT disappoint. I ordered a dress, top, jeans, and swimsuit with cover! Everything was just as pictured and I received free express shipping because of a special they were having. The dress was ordered for a white party on a Friday but unfortunately it didn't arrive until Monday. I still received the items timely although there was a slight issue with fedex. Overall I am very satisfied with my items and will be ordering again soon.
I placed an order and NEVER received it! They blocked all of my negative facebook posts warning other potential customers. Turned off all my comments and will no longer respond to me through messenger. They have no phone, no email, provided a fake tracking number and blamed USPS. They stole my credit card information. The site has been reported.
It took a few weeks to get my issue rectified. I ordered two camo jackets. One in green and another in wine in size medium. The green camo fit perfect, but the wine camo ran very small. I sent an email and at first it was overlooked assuming I had not received my order, a tracking number was sent. I had to get firm about the issue and it seem that they did not believe me. So I send photo's with measuring tape of both jackets. I finally got it rectified and was sent a coupon code.
I placed another order, which will be my third order with them. I figured I'd given them one more chance.
I ordered this great looking dress below and it literally looked like a square of chiffon with bad hems. I am a medium and it fit like an extra large. It has no shape. Horrible and customer service doesn't respond. It is going straight in the trash too embarrassed to even donate

I purchased 3 outfits from shyfull, and I fell in love with them all. They fitted me just right. All except for one. I was skeptical on the sizes so I ordered one size bigger than I usually wear. But I can adjust it with minor alterations. I thought the materials would be shaggy, but they were actually perfect quality. As far as the shipping I ordered a week before my events and I received them all within 5 business days.

I used to be very satisfied with this company, but something has happened. I'm not sure if they've quietly gone out of business or what! I ordered merchandise over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping. I still haven't received anything and can't get an update from them. I've requested a refund, and nothing! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

Then gives shipping address to return as 1218 Culver road Rochester ny *******. People its the same house. Google it. Bussiness address is in china. Why no physical address? Plus at least 6 bussinesses use shipping department 1212 culver road. O shang llc, pnuematek llc, siloko development llc, BRIGHTWORX llc, and various Ebay sellers too, ws development llc. They also use an address 463 1/2 Linden Avenue Rochester ny. Another house. You can look up their department of state ID for ny and you will find both addresses used as usa mailing addresses. Siloko claims to be the logistics person only handling shipments. Check them out on better bussiness bureau. I hate scammers.
Cheaply made and NOTHING fits! I followed the size chart and it lies more than our president. And don't think about tying to call to get a refund... not going to happen. Partial credit towards more of the crap they sell. Fool me once, shame on me! I should have researched more... black models, but everything is produced and based out of China. I'm unbelievably disappointed. I NEVER write reviews... beyond pissed!
