I ordered a faux black coat and a 2 piece pants and shirt the quality was TERRIBLE. The coat in shyfull ad and the one I recieved looks totally different, I will Never order from there again and I paid 56.06 for the items to send them back for a full refund was $58. I am really phased but lesson learned

Soooo, I sent anemail to the company requesting my money back and the emailed me back letting me know the would look into my order. I responded back to that email requesting my money again. While away on my trip the clothing arrived. This took all of two weeks. The order all together 3-7 weeks. So, the 3-7 days is wrong.
The clothing is nice. Everything fix but one item and I refuse to go through the return process.
All in all, it was worth seeing my girl happy and pleased with the items I selected.

I recently purchased the Flower Color Block Bandeau bikini from shyfull and i absolutely loved it, its great quality, great material, the colours are vibrant and bright and it fits amazing! I chose a cheeky bottom piece and that is exactly what they are, super cute, super cheeky.
The delivery is super fast and straight to your door which is great.
I have ordered from shyfull a number of times and i will do it again and i definitely recommend it.
Ordered a few items. They state express shipping 5/7 business days. Well this time passed and I asked where the order was? And the response was a credit on next order with the items still not shipped. Then several more days go past. Still not shipped. I asked to a refund. The response again was a discount on next purchase. I say no thank you. You've not fullfilled the order as promised in your shipping timelines. They ignore this message. I message again asking for a refund and advising if they don't communicate I will report it as fraud. Still nothing. So I will be reporting this to my cc company and forwarding the messages to them. Do not purchase from this site!

I've contacted them by email several time and the kept giving me the run arounds... would not even send me the return address so the I could send the items back, after they requested for me to send pictures off the $#*!. I ordered 2 of the dresses "I am one dope chick" off the shoulder, size 2x and 3x. I just knew one had to fit. Well they didn't! I contacted them just to make a return and immediately got a response saying it's not worth the time nor money to return. Asked me to model the clothes so they could identify the issue? Then went on to say they would refund a portion of my money if I would show them how I looked in the dresses. After saying to them I wasn't willing they withdrew by stating their measurements were accurate and offered $7. Why? The lettering had air bubbles in it. I paid $42 and some change for these dresses and when the quality wasn't up to par they refused to take responsibility and offer a better solution. Their customer service lacks in multiple areas.

You will not get your order! I placed an order over a week ago. The money came out of my PayPal acct immediately, but days passed and I didn't even receive an order CONFIRMATION. I filed a PayPal claim, the owner of shyfull responded that he would get me my order as soon as possible. Huh?! I was supposed to have my order by now, and you're not even telling me how much longer I would have to wait, or ANYTHING?! PayPal gave me my money back! Stay far away from this company.
My order came in a timely manner (about a week and a half). I ordered 2 off the shoulder sweatshirts (size M), 1 off the shoulder dress (size M) and 1 sweat suit (size M). 1 out of the 2 sweatshirts (although was the same size and appeared on line to be the same style) fit waaayy smaller than the other and was made out of a very cheap shiny sweatshirt material. The other one was fine and looked and fit as expected. The dress material was fine and looked and fit as expected. The sweat suit was a cheap thin polyester/nylon type of fabric, almost like a thicker pair of nylon tights... the fabric made the laser cut outs look weird. So I was happy with half of my order.

I placed an order over 2 months ago, I have not received my product. I've pretty much begged for my money back and I have not received it. I've sent multiple emails and the only response is with a tracking #, and the product states that it hadn't moved since FEBRUARY and they think this is normal. I have not received my money back or the product.
I ordered a camouflage jumpsuit 3weeks ago and still have not received it. I have not got a tracking number from them neither will they respond to my emails. I will NOT take this lightly, this is theft and I will report them as well as seeing what can be done through my attorney to stop the scamming. I will also contact PayPal because this is suppose to be a secure site! Obviously someone is not doing there job! VERY PISSED!
I purchased what was to be a white jumpsuit and got a silver one. Requested return procedures they offered $2 for me to keep it. No thank you I need to return it's silver not white, they requested a pic. I sent them their same pic from their website, this time they offered me $5 to keep it. No money is coming so I requested an exchange for a white jumpsuit once again they offered me $5 to keep it no mention of an exchange at all. The conversation is never ending they DON'T HAVE A RETURN POLICY
I'm going to make a long story short. I placed my order October 27 2018. Got my tracking number 2 weeks later which was very suspicious and I only got it per paypal request. After going back and forth with Shyful they claimed to paypal my package had been delivered a HUGE lie. I had to do my own little personal investigation and collect evidence that I never received my package after ALL of that paypal refunded me in full. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and this company only in my opinion from my experience IS NOT LEGIT!

I was pretty scared of chosing the wrong size, or the shipping taking so long to arrive. But the thing that I was more concerned about was that the product wasn't like the one showed at the pictures on the site. I bought a one size fits all sizes item, and I usually wear a small, but lucky for me, it was perfect! And is definitely a one size fits all sizes sweater/shirt because it is stretchy. I ordered from Chile, so I was scared of the package taking so long to arrive 2 or 3 months like the previous sites I ordered from before, but I was very surprised that the profuct arrived exactly one month after I bought it. It looks so pretty and the same as the picture, it's so comfy and cute. I would definitely recommend this web site to make your next purchase!
