Ok first of all, they took forever to ship the item. I kept emailing them and I will say, they respond back pretty fast but it seems like they were copying & pasting the same response over & over. Then they have the nerve to send me a message saying that if I write a positive review they'll give me a discount on my next purchase. Funny because the next day I received the package and all I could do was laugh lol. I ordered a dress and it looks NOTHING like the picture. It's basically a super thin, see through oversized T-shirt. I'm not even going to bother sending it back. I gave it to my mom to wear over her bathing suit on her cruise lol. So, moral of the story, DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY! I've found better items on amazon for less money than this garbage!

This company is a RIP OFF. I ordered a black sheer blouse that was damaged when I opened it. The package wasnt damaged at all on the outside, so it had to already be like that before it was sent. There's NO CONTACT NUMBER, so I had to email about my problem. The person I've been emailing have been giving me the run around for weeks about sending a new blouse or a full refund. Something I shouldnt have to go through. I dont think I will get a new item nor a refund. You live and you learn right...

A company of POOR BUSINESS PRINCIPLES, NO ETHICS OR MORALS! You can return the items and they will keep your money. They have their merchandise back and you gave them your money. Quality of clothing is poor.

I purchased what was to be a white jumpsuit and got a silver one. Requested return procedures they offered $2 for me to keep it. No thank you I need to return it's silver not white, they requested a pic. I sent them their same pic from their website, this time they offered me $5 to keep it. No money is coming so I requested an exchange for a white jumpsuit once again they offered me $5 to keep it no mention of an exchange at all. The conversation is never ending they DON'T HAVE A RETURN POLICY

Just a small side note - this is my objective opinion based on my actual experience with shyfull. I ordered 9 items which totaled to about $53 which (I know) seems to good to be true. It was my first time ordering with shyfull, but I figured at that price it would be worth it even if only a few of the items worked out for me. Well I ended up loving every single item! I got 4 sweaters and 5 different accessories (belts, earrings, and necklaces). I did order up a size for each of the sweaters (which I would recommend in general for shyfull clothing), but they all turned out great. Shipping took a little over 3 weeks, but I had heard that from other reviews, so I was sure to order them well in advance before I needed them. I would definitely recommend!

I have purchased 1 item from this site once in the past and I was please with the merchandise. So needless to say, I felt very comfortable with making another purchase. This time I went crazy and purchased about 10 items from this site that totalled about $184. Out of the 10 items only 2 items were decent enough to keep (and they were not the best quality at all). The other items did not fit at all, just looking at the product and the material I knew I would not be able to squeeze into it if I tried. I contacted the seller via email (there are no phone numbers listed, which should have been a red flag) and the seller asked for pictures. I explained to the seller that i may damage the product is I attempted to put the items on, therefore, i asked to be relinquished from all responsibility if I were to damage the product trying to fulfill their request. The seller never responded. I am currently disputing the payment with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back. This company is not even registered with the Better Business Bureau, so I couldn't even leave a review on that site to warn potential buyers. If you want to do business with a company that stands by their product with a no hassel refund policy, I recommend you avoid this company at all costs!

I've made a few purchases from shyfull already, and I'm really satisfied with their products. The sweaters and coat that I bought were true to size and color. They fit perfectly. Everything looked exactly like in the photos and descriptions. The fabrics were really good quality as well. All my orders arrived earlier than expected, and they were in great condition. Also, I really like that the prices are affordable and they often have discounts, so you can save some money.
I honestly recommend this store if you want to get good quality products for a good price!

I placed an order with them $124.00. I never received a confirmation, so I contacted PayPal because I did the transaction through them. I then received the items in the mail. It took about 4 weeks. The items didn't look anything like what was advertised. I emailed them for them to say send them a photo of the items. I did and also attached what was advertised. They apologized for the mistake and then said they would compensate me with$10.00 ( ten dollars) for the error. I declined because I wanted all of my money back. They stop communicating with me and never responded. I told them I was getting a lawyer because they was frauds and never heard from them again.

I had a great experience with shyfull. I'd never bought anything from the internet so i was not sure about this website, but they have the nicest clothes i have ever seen. I saw that they have a shipping insurance and that made me feel relaxed. Another thing that made me feel in that way was the great tool to track your purchase. It is very accurate.
In conclusion, i did not have any problems with this amazing website and the bikini i ordered arrived perfectly and it is so beautiful. It has a good fabric. Now, i am looking for what my next purchase will be.

I wish I were able to not give any starts because this company doesn't deserve any! I had two orders that I ordered from them. After waiting over a month I finally received my merchandise, only for it all to be very cheaply made and not designed like the zines on the picture. Upon discovering this I requested a full refund. This one on for approximately another month and a half. They went as far as to tell me that they would give me a partial refund and for me to sell the rest of the clothes to get my money back (I have emails to prove it). After about a month and a half of cat-and-mouse them not responding finally they sent me a return address, which I returned all merchandise unopened as well as a tracking number. I have yet to receive my full refund or any refund at all and it's been about a month. Not to mention my emails are not even being answered in a timely fashion when I do email to check on the refund process and what's taking so long. Save yourself some time trouble and money and do not spend a dollar with this company.

PS. They also have blocked me on Instagram when I reached out to them via social media.

I would give them zero stars but since I have to give them something I chose to give them one star. I ordered 3 items from the website. When placing the order they had a little disclaimer that said due to a high volume of orders if you do not receive your confirmation email within 1 hour after placing your order please contact us. It's been two weeks and I still have not received my order confirmation email. I reached out to them and was told they would need a PayPal invoice number or an order confirmation number which I never received. I gave them the PayPal invoice number and they told me they could not locate my order. So not only did I lose out on $90 I never received my order. Seems like a scam to me and I fell victim.

I have ordered from this website many times and didn't have a problem. I loved their clothing ans sometimes it took a little longer to get to me but hey it happens ao I was ok with that. Well thia last time I ordered 2 items in January but only received 1 of my items. Well I decided to wait a little while to see if it would come. Well it never did. So I decided to reach out to the company and they never responded. Weeks went by. They don't have a phone number so I couldn't call. I emailed from my work email only for them to tell me I had to reach our to pay pal because they couldn't refund my money. So not only did they n ot give me my money back but they also kept the skirt! I STILL DONT HAVE ANYTHING FEOM THR COMPANY!

I'd heard about them before and was curious about what they had to offer so I decided to browse their website; immediately I was taken by a number of items being featured. I was really skeptical about making online purchases from an unknown site but I really really wanted a few pieces I found so I gave them a try. My first purchase was made in January 2019 and there have been 3 additional orders the following months. I LOVE shyfull; the items were exactly as pictured/described, the colors and overall quality are beautiful and once I recieved the right size (had to make 1 or 2 exchanges but their customer service team is awesome) the fit is very flattering. So glad I gave shyfull a chance because I am truly happy with all my purchases and will definitely continue to shop with them in the future.
