This website never fails me when I order from them, I got a pair of shoes and 3 dresses, all are good quality and look exactly like the pictures - very happy!
So disappointed! First order was not delivered to daughter's dorm and returned. Took 26 back and forth emails to finally get credit for it because they applied to Australia even though I live in US. They would not send original dress we ordered to my home, and once credit applied it was sold out. Had to buy another dress and it arrived and was huge. Ordered a Sz 8 but dress received was a 12, and I was told it is "equivalent" to an 8, but there is no way it will fit her and would have to be completely remade. Once again having to email multiple times. Returning it but they won't give a refund so have to do credit and go through this all over again. I have never had this much difficulty getting a dress!
EDIT: based off of support reaching out to me- overall seems like support is actually interested in helping out customers (vs. What I got from the first person I interacted with). They fully refunded my order, paid for my return, and gave me 20% off my next order. Overall, I still wish there was reviews from other customers (pictures from customers especially help in actually seeing what the clothes are like), more transparency in return cost, and a more direct way for customers to file their own tickets (in case the person on chat fails to do so).

DO NOT SHOP HERE. First red flag, they dont show user reviews for their clothing. Second red flag, when the clothes finally arrived, they were not like the pictures at all, and one of my items literally smelled like a porto-potty. Last red flag and what sealed the deal for me, was when trying to return they charge a $20 flat rate fee for ANY RETURNS! Paid directly to them... aka they are making $$ off of returns because returns are based on weight, not just a flat rate fee for any return. It cost more for me to ship it back to them then it did for them to ship it to me. My whole order was $112, so 20% of the cost just goes straight to returns... Then lastly, customer support is trash. They told me they were 'escalating' my issue, and then just did nothing- no email or anything. I will never be shopping from this terrible company. Plenty of other good boutiques out there and disappointing to see this place go down the drain.
I placed an order through showpo for a wedding dress and another dress. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-11 business days and never came. It took a month and me reaching out several times for them to FINALLY offer me something which ended up being a replacement order of the two dresses. Over a month from the first order I finally received my replacement and there was only one dress. When I reached out again to ask why I only had one dress they decided then that they'd tell me the other dress I ordered was out of stock instead of telling me when they sent out my order and issue me a refund. THEN I noticed the dress they sent was almost $100 cheaper than the original that I ordered and am returning and I have reached out about that and no one has responded to me. I have never had an issue like this with any company I've ordered from. This company is a nightmare and dealing with them has been a nightmare. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I was saved quite the headache with amazing customer service and a very quick response! My store credit was fast tracked to my account allowing me to purchase a dress in time for my event.
My store credit had expired during COVID lockdown last year and because I wasn't going anywhere, I did not think to check it. When I logged in again to purchase a dress for my hens I realized it had expired and contacted the team on the LiveChat system. Super quick response and they reinstated my store credit right away, so I was able to purchase my hens dress! Very impressed with the efficiency and ultra quick response time!

The dress I received was too big so I returned it for store credit (which includes free return!) and they even fast tracked my store credit once I had proof of shipping my item so that I wouldn't miss out on purchasing the correct size. Very impressed with their quick response and customer service!

They scam you of your money. I returned things for refund and they only refunded a few of the items. I'm currently in a two-week back-and-forth with their customer support agents where they keep promising to "look into it" and "we'll re-process your refund" (which was supposed to be completed 2 months ago), but have not seen the money yet.

This company is a scam, I never order from them again. They charge you $20 for return label fee & when they send you a return label which is wrong so your items get lost in the mail. Customer service is rude & irresponsible. Their website doesn't work properly. I had to contact them 10 times to get a return label since their website return page wasn't working. Absolutely horrible. They can't sell in US with this level of poor customer service. Never again.

Their clothing is cheap and they charge $19.95 to return an item. I paid 50% of what the dress cost me in shipping and when I went to to USPS to check what the cost would actually be, they quoted me $6.25...
Not only does Showpo have beautiful, quality clothes, accessories, shoes and way more, but they are also amazing with returns and refunds and helping answer any questions or concerns in a very timely matter. Claudette has been a superstar helping me with login troubles and I was able to use my credit and purchase some gorgeous dresses. Highly recommend their easy to use app and excellent service.
