ShopMIssA is a scam website... I ordered cosmetics from them, they charged my card, but I NEVER RECEIVED my merchandise. The thing that is more ridiculous about it, is that I live in Texas and ShopMissA is supposedly located in Texas. TOTAL SCAM... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I placed an order with ShopMissA after a friend had tried and recommended it. I was extremely nervous after I read a lot of bad reviews. However, I had already placed my order. I ordered the 12-Piece AM Brush Set, the teardrop Wonder Jelly Sponge, Green Tea Face Mask, that was made in Korea, and the brush cleaning egg. I paid $16.95 and that's with shipping included, so I got a pretty good haul for the amount I paid. (I spend more on ONE product in Ulta or Sephora so this was a feat for me). I received my package in 6 days, however, my tracking number never worked so even when it was here, it still said it was in Grand Prairie, Texas. I got all the items I paid for wrapped up in bubble wrap, foam, and tissue paper, all held together by a Miss A sticker. Everything except the mask was AOA brand. Everything was good quality for its price and nothing was broken. I use the brushes everyday and I like them just as much as my expensive ones. I was impressed with SMA and will be shopping there again for some actual makeup and lashes. I don't know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great.
I made an order of 13 items, only some of them match the order I made, except 3 the rest of the products were replaced. Ordered 2,6 color palettes, and received 2 monocolor. At least it was cheap.

Placed an order and after five-months it "STILL" hadn't been delivered. The tracking # issued didn't exist. Stay away from them, they do not honour customers!
I purchased $25 worth of lipstick and it charged my paypal account an eztra $90! When i only purchased $25 worth? It makes no sence... never ordering from there again

I have shopped here for years. They are not scammers and sometimes it may take 2 weeks to get an order but it is worth the wait.
It's great quality and over all good for the amount you paid! I recommend for people who don't like spending millions of dollars on makeup
My first order was amazing! I got my parcel in 8 days and I live in africa so I fell in love with the website and I order a larger order in cotober now its nearly february and I didnt get it they say that it got back to them and Its been a week that I've sent them my paybal account so they can charge me for extra shipping fees but they stopped replying my emails! I just want a refund and I cant even get it!
UPDATE: I finally got a refund but guess what I've lost the 9$ shipping fees which makes me wonder if they ever sent the parcel or they just ripped my money off! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I have made a purchase of USD49.95, of 40 items. As it was an international shipment, I choose to purchase the maximum of 40 items for the shipping charge of USD9.95.
I accidentally clicked on the same item twice, and upon payment, I realized that, and immediately sent an email to the customer service, but was replied that the order had gone to their warehouse for processing, and as they are fast workers, they had probably packed the items and delivered out. Funny, I sent them the email immediately after I made the purchase and payment online, and they could only reply me a few hours later, due to the time difference, yet the warehouse staff could moved that fast to have my items packed and shipped out.
I received my purchase several weeks later. 1 item, a lip gloss, was unsealed, and obviously used, as I can see the stain at the side of the tip, which could not be wiped. I sent another email, with my feedback on this. Then the reply came, claiming that their warehouse security was tight, and their employees could not possibly unseal the products and use them, and most probably it was due to manufacturer's fault, as the products came directly from their suppliers. Nevertheless, I was offered a credit of USD1.00, for my future purchase, though I have not received it in my account on the website yet, the customer service officer did mention that it would take a few days to be credited.
I don't know if I will make purchase from this website again. I was lucky to have the other items delivered in good condition, but I am not sure if I will be as lucky next time.
I ordered from here once with a friend and thank goodness everything came. However, things were significantly different from on the website which was very disappointing since I ordered accessories and really was looking forward to them and giving them as gifts. Think again. I coated them in top coat to ensure they wouldn't turn my skin green.
I ordered a second time which was actually before my first order came. I order on 11/30/15 and was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to be shipped etc. Here I am 12/8/15 still waiting on a confirmation that it will be shipped. I am praying that everything actually comes and on time because I really need my items plus I spent over $40 dollars.
Update: I got my order although at least 6 of the stuff I ordered weren't in there. They also had the gaul to put an "I'm sorry" note in my package with a sad emoji stating that I had ordered some "hot items" and because of that they were out of stock. I also ordered a really nice blue necklace and it was broken so badly and discouloured and I swear it was probably laying in the back of their warehouse for years. I also got a mascara that was WAAAAAAY past its expiration date. Very disappointed. They lost me and ALL my contacts, friends etc from ever ordering again. Good luck without hundreds of orders.
Then they tell me it will take 3 months to get a refund. Icing on the $#*! cake!
I ordered some jewelries from this site in Oct and received it in November. The products are okay but hoping that they can improve in their service.
I have placed an order ofrecentlyoabout $33 and i haven't got any email to know whether my order has been shipped. So stressful & worried.
I have ordered about five times from Shop Miss A and have been pleased with my experience so far. I live in Australia so I was expecting a very long wait for postage but all of my orders so far have come within 1-2 weeks. For one of my orders the tracking number did not work for six days, when I contacted customer service I got a vague reply but the tracking number started working.
Yes, some of the products aren't great quality but others I absolutely love. The AOA/a2o brand has great and quality products. I did receive one concealer that appeared to be dry, when I inspected the product further the liquid was a thicker consistency and settled to the bottom of the tube.
I think with a concept like this there are bound to be plenty of horror stories circulated about postage and product mishaps but for make-up and accessories at that price it is kind of a given. The only negative thing that I can say is that they have increased the international postage price to $20 USD, meaning that my most recent $48 USD order actually came to about $83 AUD.
Overall I have to say that I like this website a lot and can definitely say that I will continue to use it frequently.
They have good affordable brands E. I., ELF, L. A. Colors, and REALLY good brushes, all for 1 dollar each. I think it's a great company!
They sent my package to the wrong Province obviously the wrong address and they say that are not responsible for it this place sucks balls
I orderd my stuff from this website on June 24,2015. It said that the shipping in US is 3-7 business days. I live in NJ and this was shipped from Dallas, Texas. So, I assumed that it would take approximately 4-5 days. After waiting for already a week, they had send me an email saying that they shipped it only on June 29. I was very disappointed and curios of why it shipped a week after the purchase. So I of coarse did not give up but waited I still waited for another week. They send my the tracking number and when I tracked it, it said that it will come on Monday July 6,2015. So this is already 3 weeks after. On Tuesday, the next day that it should have come, I was waiting patiently but it still did not come. I called my local USPS and they said it is still in Dallas. I was confused and upset. Then I had went on the website to email the company but the website apperently was not working! Now I am just angry that this is all a lie and fake. I still never received the package and if I don't, I will write it up to the police department about my situation. However when I contacted them through my email, they did apoligize and said that my package is on it's way. But in order for me to beleive this, I have to just wait and see what's going to happen in the future. If I get everything correct, I will be sure to say it on my next ShopMissA reveiw.
So basically it removes your cart after you havent been on the tab for a few days/hours. Sometimes it even deletes you wishlist
Answer: It can also take up to 2-3 weeks now. They changed things a bit. If you spend more than $35 you get preferred shipping and if you didn't then it will take longer, but I agree you should contact them

Answer: The foundations and concealers are as "healthy" for your skin, as any makeup is. There is a BB cream but other than that, they are as basic as all the other lower priced makeup is. For a dollar, they work pretty well. Depending on what type of coverage you like, you would just need to build up the coverage. Hope this helps.
