This furniture store sells on Qoo10 site. I ordered a "Crystal Mattress" (photo 1) but a different mattress (photo 2) was delivered. I filed a complaint to Qoo10, and seller volunteered to do a return. They collected back the mattress on 16 Jan, I called on 18 Jan with regards to the refund. The guy claimed that they have sent request to Qoo10 to process my refund. I checked with Qoo10, who said that they have not received any refund request from Cozyroom. For the past month, ever since I have placed the order, I have sent many messages to Cozyroom with regards to delivery and return, now, the refund. They either took their own sweet time to reply, or not reply at all. I am a consumer, not a beggar. I just want to get the authentic stuff for what I have ordered and paid for. Since I did not receive the authentic goods, I deserve to get a refund. Now it seems like I have to beg for my money back. This is an unethical business. They sell cheaper mattress and claim it to be the higher grade one, and refuse to process the refund to the consumer. More people should know what kind of lousy service this shop provides.

I placed an order with Ezbuy and made the payment. After that, they asked me for extra shipping fees. I cancelled the order, because it is ridiculous! How could any vendor simply ask for extra payment after full payment transaction is done? That is horrendous! I wrote to the customer service, to feedback on this and the fact that they forfeited the voucher I used in the transaction. Since The order was cancelled due to the unreasonable conduct of the vendor, this voucher should be be deemed as "used". The customer service officer from Shanghai, FIONA, obviously used their standard reply template in all her emails to me, without addressing my concerns. That is very poor service provided. If she is not looking from the view of the customers, she should not be in this position at all. Ezbuy is absolutely not recommended! This is my first order with Ezbuy, and will definitely be my last. First, I got conned into making payment for the price they showed for the items. Second, they asked for more money. If they miscalculated the shipping fees, they should bear the costs, not push it to the consumers. Third, I am disgusted with the customer service provided. Fancy using same template for every email? And since it is the vendor's fault for the cancellation of the order, they should refund me the voucher! Having said that, it shows that they don't want my purchase at all. So I need to say more about this online shopping platform?

Wrong measurement provided. No exchange. No refund to card used for purchase. No transfer of refunded credit to another account. Ridiculous policy. Worst service from robotic customer service personnel. The moment the transaction is made, that's when the devil is let out. You cannot do anything about it.

I have made a purchase of USD49.95, of 40 items. As it was an international shipment, I choose to purchase the maximum of 40 items for the shipping charge of USD9.95.

I accidentally clicked on the same item twice, and upon payment, I realized that, and immediately sent an email to the customer service, but was replied that the order had gone to their warehouse for processing, and as they are fast workers, they had probably packed the items and delivered out. Funny, I sent them the email immediately after I made the purchase and payment online, and they could only reply me a few hours later, due to the time difference, yet the warehouse staff could moved that fast to have my items packed and shipped out.

I received my purchase several weeks later. 1 item, a lip gloss, was unsealed, and obviously used, as I can see the stain at the side of the tip, which could not be wiped. I sent another email, with my feedback on this. Then the reply came, claiming that their warehouse security was tight, and their employees could not possibly unseal the products and use them, and most probably it was due to manufacturer's fault, as the products came directly from their suppliers. Nevertheless, I was offered a credit of USD1.00, for my future purchase, though I have not received it in my account on the website yet, the customer service officer did mention that it would take a few days to be credited.

I don't know if I will make purchase from this website again. I was lucky to have the other items delivered in good condition, but I am not sure if I will be as lucky next time.
