My recent experience with Shop Clues is very positive. I ordered an item, ( Coco peat 20 kgs) it was delivered with 2 days delay. The quantity and quality were perfect. 19.8 kgs recieved against 20 kgs which is quite ok. I had also ordered a SATA cable to USB. This order was cancelled by the Seller as they did not have stock. They sent as message that they are trying alternate suppliers and after a few days, I received a message that they are processing the refund. I recieved it yesterday ( 2nd Jan 2022) without having to follow up. Also there were daily messages regarding the status of my refund. Shop clues should continue to operate like this. My experience was positive.

Please dont buy any products from shopclues. I had very bad experience recently with a Smart TV purchase from Shopclues. In the product description page, they showed advanced remote and they delivered some cheap normal remote. When I raised return request, they say it was not mentioned anywhere in the product page - So weird. And, the next day, I found that the product page itself is removed from their site. They stopped responding to my emails.
Delivery tracking was awful. The gave timing 20 days to deliver the product. But, it got delivered in 11 days. But, their system showed as dispatched status till 20 days and they refused to take any complaints.
So, please dont buy any product from shopclues.
And if you try to write a review or rating on the product, it won't get submitted, you will be shown'page not found' error.

I bought Nike zoom pegasus 33 shoes. They replaced the cushion with Nike to local. And making people fool with skills of delay on-time pass of returns and so on. My recommendation is no one buys anything from such a website. I never go on with it in my life.

My brother had ordered a mobile phone from shopclues. The prices listed on this site is good but takes so much time to delivered. They should improve their delivering services. So that this site more became in contact of customers.
The RO tees purchased on ShopClues were defective, 40% failing within 2 weeks of installation.
ShopClues makes it easy to open an online complaint but, from there on, service levels drop into the toilet. There was no response to the online complaint, so I tried calling. An automated response indicated that they would Whatsapp me immediately.
And they did, but via a bot. The human chipped in after, literally, 60 minutes. Responses to my Whatsapp comments would take up to 10 minutes. Then, when I didn't respond within 30 seconds, they ended the Whatsapp discussion saying, ". There is no response from your end. However, we are closing this chat."
This is a crappy company that I will never again do business with. Nor should you.
Cheating website. They show new product and sell some duplicate or used products. Once the product is delivered no customer service. You can't even return it back. Their customer service just decline your request. Avoid this site!
Without doing purchase, i am receiving ordered mails then cancelled automatically for many of their products from 10.30pm to 11.30pm. It was so irritating that I was trying their customer care but no responses till now. Pathetic
Very bad and poor services from shopclues, if you people are not interested to give proper services then why are you in e-commerce sector. Not able to receive product which i had ordered on before 20 days. Customer care officers cut my phone before I ask something else. Please improve your service otherwise shut it.
Stay away from this most Fraudulent website. Keep ready for receiving a faulty product and then waste your money calling them up again & again, sending them emails repeatedly -- Expecting NO RESPONSE. Their customer support executive say go to consumer court and file a suit - that too on a recorded call.

Ordered Microsoft office professional plus 16 from shopclues.com, received a link that could not be opened. Contacted them on the no given in the email. Received a message that they have technical issues, it is 13 days now I only receive messages sorry we are having technical issues. These are fraudsters be careful with one's dealing with them. Poorest level of customer service.
Its a worse site i ever deal with they are really not in customer service. Product was delivered me on delay basis. Everytime they said ur product was dispatched from here... i got the mobile phone after 15 days...

Website has fake prices. They are trying to scam you of PayPal dollars. When I called to confirm the item advertised and the price they told me it was better to order directly from manufacturer because they had website problems. Days later same fake prices same answer... but if you just send your money you are out of luck since refund is usually "store credit" for overpriced items they will get for you but not the item you ordered at the discount price. STAY AWAY!
I had ordered for a Ford Key Chain. I received a cotton mask instead, but from the same seller as the key chain. None of their customer care numbers are valid. Do not even go near them. Avoid them completely. No ethics at all
