They sends wrong third class items.
On COD they have taken total money for two items and delivered one item after that not responding.
In anathor purchase they send me wrong and chiep item.
My advise please don't market with this site.

Fraud. I have given daughter for serial PVC rice lights. Instead of 10pcs they supplied me two pieces only.

I had ordered for a Ford Key Chain. I received a cotton mask instead, but from the same seller as the key chain. None of their customer care numbers are valid. Do not even go near them. Avoid them completely. No ethics at all

Shopclues is the universal worst online shopping website. They not only deliver the wrong product, but they also use to grab our money and disrespect customers.

Ordered Microsoft office professional plus 16 from shopclues.com, received a link that could not be opened. Contacted them on the no given in the email. Received a message that they have technical issues, it is 13 days now I only receive messages sorry we are having technical issues. These are fraudsters be careful with one's dealing with them. Poorest level of customer service.

I have purchased 2 product 1 missing & single item delivered with damaged product totaly fraud no customer service to talk with them ivr given you option then take your calls on hold so i suggested you don't buy anything its better amazon they initiated return your payment in your bank account

I am very disappointed with shopclues, I ordered a pack of jeans, the quality of jeans is so low, 3rd class, also if you returned the product they give that money in the form of cluebucks, so that you have to shop their product to take that money, no wallet or bank transfer.

I am highly disappointed from their site, they sell low quality products. I recommed not to buy anything from shopclues.

Without doing purchase, i am receiving ordered mails then cancelled automatically for many of their products from 10.30pm to 11.30pm. It was so irritating that I was trying their customer care but no responses till now. Pathetic

I ordered a product and delivery was delayed. One day while visiting site it shows product was delivered but I did not receive product or any notification, email, message or call for delivery. Customer service team is not responding. I did not receive product and they are also not picking up my calls or responding to tickets. I did not get refund of product also. Worst customer experience they are only scamming you for money.

Cheating website. They show new product and sell some duplicate or used products. Once the product is delivered no customer service. You can't even return it back. Their customer service just decline your request. Avoid this site!
