Hie, everyone I ordered an item from shopclues.com. They deducted money on the first attempt from my debit card as cash on delivery is not available with this site(best way to get money& hide from the customers as they have money nd u dont have the product). After 4 days I got a sms stating that my order was cacelled due to non availability of courier facility in that area.( I ordered item in sector 29 chandigarh, an easy available option and a posh area) sms said u will get refund in few days. After 8 working days I still have not received my refund back. When contacted customer care they never pick's the call. By chance they picked call the c care guy they had a very rude tone, the cce even said "me kya karu agar tere paise wapas nai aye hai to" and abruptly cut the call. Now I am afraid that the money which I have paid will never come back So people beware this site is fake, they will seduce u by giving big offers and low price and when u order they will deduct ur money and will not deliver the item nor refund ur money. *******472 my contact number.
