On 11 may 2020 i purchased chess board with cash on delivery option after couples of day i got msg from them to make it postpaid due to covid 19, so i did. First i got 18 may AS delivery date estimated but it was fake then it was showing 25 may bit it didn't arrived. Yesterday i checked it is showing tomarrow, today also it is showing tomarrow, shipping status is not updated, csr not unavailable pesronal call not possible. Automated whtsapp not replying relatively. I cant cancel my prepaid order now because by this way of working i doubt to get the money back.we understand due to covid they also hv some limitations but i received order from amezon done week after this purchase. Atleas they could hv given clear date of the delivery, stopped sending prank to my number that you hv won car n all n if they were not sure abt delivery whts point in making order prepaid from cod.
I wanted not to order china item for my kid so i ordered on this indian website n look at their work.
I AM GOING TO MAKE COMPLAINTS TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS FRAUD.

NOW SHOPCLUES SAYS THAT THE ITEM IS TOO HEAVY FOR REVERSE PICKUP. IS it not ridiculous again?
When they delivered it was it not heavy / light. They had couriers who could deliver it as light. But on reverse pick up does it become heavy.
So you can understand the Customer service of shopclues? Why are such companies allowed to continue in INDIA Return Status: Return Request Declined

I had ordered a 50 inch HISENSE tv on shopclues.com. Everything was good until we opened the box. Inside only the TV screen was there. NO accessories like power cable, remote, manuals etc. Immediately raised a return request ( on shopclues you can only raise a return request onine. No toher way to communicate on missing parts). Made umpteen calls after that. Everytime the call centre person says he will get back in 48 hrs. But you need to keep calling, no return call or messages. Today after 15 days online the website shows as the request as declined with no reason whatsoever. I have attached the transcript of my interaction as below. Isnt there any way that thses kind of sites are shut off for gullible people like me

Youhi how can u decline this request. With out sending me the missing parts. What kind of customer service is this. Do you think my money growss on trees?. Ridiculous You can read from the above transcript. Everytime you call customer care you just get a message that they are working on the issue and will get back in 48 hrs. This is now 15 days and finally today they say request is declined without any reason. What do I do with only the TV screen with nothing else. Ridiculous is it not.
