I received my bathing suits and cover up also purchases a sexy baby doll. Everything arrived on time and fit perfect. When I first put on my cover up it smelled horrible like sweat and underarm. Had to take off immediately. Same happened with my teddy. I smelled like sex. Urgh. I usually wash clothes before wearing it. Should've done that with this. Never again! Shein sells used clothes.
Clothing and customer service needs help. Products is rejected poor quality trash sweater arms even with bottom of sweater. Save your money and go to goodwill. After the rip off return rates your better off.

The customer service is terrible. I got an order worth more than $80, and the t shirts and sweater are wrong sizes, and very low quality cotton. It's worse than even Walmart! I will NEVER ever buy anything here again. And I supported it a few times!

I ordered once from this site. Got my clothes, returned some items. No problem. Placed a second order, received the order but when I went on the site to make an exchange for size the order was no were to be found. No to mention there is literally no physical was to get in touch with anyone in customer service. Now I am stuck with 2 shirts I can use. No more orders from this site. Now, on the other hand, my sister has had not problems and has been ordering from them for a while.

I started shopping online at Shein and I could not believe the low prices ' the only problem is the sizes are very inconsistent but, returning it's pretty simple and quick. Somethings run much bigger and some are too small ' I've gotten quite a few cute things At a reasonable price. I definitely recommend giving it a try' Dress in the picture are from Shein
I paid for items and never got them. Tracking said they were delivered and signed for, by whom? Unsatisfactory customer service, could not speak to a live person to figure out what was going on. Apparently they delivered it to the wrong address, need better delivery service. The deliverer should be held responsible because he/she knew the delivered my package to the wrong house.

The only available USA phone number has NOT been set up?! Trying to deal with their customer service in CHINA is most frustrating and a complete waste of time. After the "chat" they always stated "issue solved" but NOT at all. Trying to request a change of address took 12 chats to no avail. They kept saying info "updated" but never gave permission to delivery company to change the address. Will never order from them again even though the prices are great!

Customer service was awful. Would not allow returns within their stated policy. I would avoid purchasing items from this company. Because they sell clothing, you need to be able to return items that do not fit as expected.
I followed the instructions that Shein provided in the response, but there is no way to reach a real person. It's just an automated system. It appears that this is a scripted response that Shein uses to make it look like they are responsive to customer concerns. Please be aware that they are not responsive and do not be fooled.
Shein - if you really want to resolve the issue, I would be happy to speak or chat with a representative, but so far you have not provided that option to resolve the issue.

I order from shein a lot and I just noticed that their default shipping setting is express shipping, meaning you would pay $12.90 shipping each time if you didn't notice it to change it. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical business practice, please fix this. The default shipping setting should be the cheapest/free option, like every other business in existence.

I always been a loyal customer to Shein, my poor mother bought me a gift card for the holidays. I purchased some clothing and used my Gift card, I returned the merchandise for different reasons. Was waiting to be credited to my wallet for the return, Shein claim they don't credit money from gift card" What a way of steeling money from customers. I was so surprise. Do not get anyone gift card if you don't want to loose your money. I will not buy anything else from them.

Very bad service. I ordered a set of clothes for me and my children since September 2022 and so far I have not received anything. I ordered from here & my package sat in the sterilization & inspection process for forever! I ended up reaching out to support due to the fact that my items were time sensitive. I ordered gifts for a baby shower as well as a dress for me to wear at that shower. Support confirmed with me that I would receive those items on time. It is now day of the shower & I do not have my items. I now will have to go out & by all new gifts as well as an outfit for myself meaning I'll be spending double the money. So frustrating. If you need something within a specific timeframe, order elsewhere. You're gonna end up having to shop elsewhere anyways once your package doesn't arrive on time!

This company steals your money, it is insanely hard to resolve issues, they resolve them in ways that only work for them then they make excuses. Once you get fed up of not being able to contact them and go to social media they simply block you and remove the negative comments. Any company that has to hid that much is definitely up to something. Never ever buy from shein

Ordered moss panels. The amount in the description says 10 pieces for about 18 euros. I ordered 2 sets of 10 (20 total). Only 2 sets of 2 came (4 total). That would mean that ordering a larger quantity costs more per piece than ordering single pieces separately (4.25 per piece). The quality is not terrible. I have since checked the product again, the price has now increased to 31.25 for the same set of 10. If this was an error previously, the right the to do would have been to send me (and other reviewers who have had the same exact thing happen to them) the correct amount and then change their price online. Very disappointed. This is a scam.

I ordered a month ago, and still have not received the merchandise. Customer service does not exist, just an email that is part of FAQ Questions. No matter how cute the clothes, by time you get the clothing, if you get the clothing, the kid will have outgrown the outfit. This is not an USA/American store, they are out of the country the reason why it takes over a month to receive when they state it was shipped after ordered.

Horrible company. They do not return emails and have no interest in communicating with you. It is also impossible to find an email. Unable to ask for a return. Dd not respond to me at all. Their glasses are cheap and not made properly. They also provided a tracking number that was not trackable. I which I good give them a zero.

SheIn is the worst company ever I placed a large order for a number of items. A few items went through A number of items disappeared from the order or required verification. Despite all items being paid. One of the verification requirements was to send my Bank details, which I refused to do. I tried to contact Someone in SheIn, even requesting for a call back from a manager Nothing. One minute they claim it's being processed next they say they can't process Unfortunately after a lot of going back and forth SheIn cancelled my order. SheIn customer services is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Since then I've closed down my account I will not be shopping from them again

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
