SheIn is the worst company ever I placed a large order for a number of items. A few items went through A number of items disappeared from the order or required verification. Despite all items being paid. One of the verification requirements was to send my Bank details, which I refused to do. I tried to contact Someone in SheIn, even requesting for a call back from a manager Nothing. One minute they claim it's being processed next they say they can't process Unfortunately after a lot of going back and forth SheIn cancelled my order. SheIn customer services is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Since then I've closed down my account I will not be shopping from them again
I gave an order of three items. But it was shipped separately. Only two items were to be delivered yesterday and I missed my delivery. The parcel guy says, shein orders automatically cancels after one day of failed delivery. I tried contacting him but he won't respond and neither do shein customer care. What do I do? How can I get back my delivery. I really need it after 3 days.

The material posted on Shein's site is full of lies. I bought it because the description said it was 70% cotton. Due to skin disease, I cannot wear products that are less than 60% cotton. However, the product I received was 100% polyester, and Shein specified that it was the only product that could not be returned. Isn't that a scam? Of course, I contacted customer service, but it's pointless because they just give me a canned response from a machine. This store is only used by people who want clothes made from 100% polyester. (the worst quality and just few cents cost)

Customer service phone number not in service!?
One of my orders does not show on my account therefore I can not do returns of items they have sized incorrectly.
Quality of clothing can be very poor.
I'm paying $18 (on 2 orders) to return items because their sizing items wrong! Plus I'm stuck with an item that was final sale and again their sizing was off!
Such a waste time of MY $$$ and time!

If you buy something from SHEIN, I do hope you don't have any issues with the delivery, because if you do, you are on your own. It's impossible to find someone in customer service - everything is via email (Ontrac") and it takes 2 or 3 days to get an automatic reply. I will NOT purchase anything from them again. They just lost a loyal customer.

I love this app and use it all the time. Super cheap and affordable and shipping isn't terrible I often use this app when i need something but it is too expensive on another site. I highly recommend Shein because its so easy to find stuff. Legit have almost anything but much cheaper than the normal price.
Wrong size delivered, and SHEIN won't help!
I bought iPhone 14 Pro Max lens protectors from them. The pack that I received has "iPhone 14 Pro Max" printed on the package, which means I didn't order the wrong size. However the actual size of the protectors is wrong. It's much smaller than the iphone lens, and thus cannot be attached. I'm 100% sure the size is wrong because the iPhone 14 Pro Max protectors from my previous purchase fitted perfectly.
I sent photos to Shein with measurement of diameters, and comparisons of the wrong protectors vs the right ones vs the original camera lens.
They keep insisting there's no incorrect or missing items from my package, and that they cannot respond to my claim - even with photo evidence.

I have been buying from shein since 2016. There were few disappointments with the material, but you get what you paid for. My biggest disappointment is when they made a mistake of shipping my order via US and asking me to pay $31 for customs clearance. I have always received my orders from china to Canada without any problems for clearance.
Why would Shein sent via US and make me pay? Why not send through the same channel? Why would any customer pay for your mistake?

To begin with, that the dress came in excellent quality - nowhere, no thread, all the lines are perfectly executed. I took myself in the amount of M - it was also excellent. I'm going to wear it with jeans and a jacket in cool weather, and with a dress - a combination, when it will be warm.
The mesh is very thin and soft, nothing is cast anywhere and does not interfere, the skirt is wide enough - it develops nicely when walking.
I placed an order a month ago, I received a confirmation saying that my package was "shipped and in route" 3 weeks ago. That was the last update that I've gotten other than "USPS is still awaiting your package". I tried to get my money back and cancel my order but they refused a refund. I don't even think I'm getting my package at this point.

I paid $4 less than what the dress was in shipping for expedite to get here sooner. I had over a month before the wedding i was going to to get this dress. Plenty of time right? WRONG! Somehow got stuck at a hub in Memphis. I had to go and get another dress to wear(which is what i should have done considering the dress i got was way nicer for the same dang price and with none of this bull crap!)Try contacting shein to get this resolved and they dont even have a number to call or anything other than a "live chat" or help ticket. At first i wanted them to reship the dress but after spending days trying to connect with their live chat on 3 different devices, I just want my money back. This is a terrible store to shop online with, super cute clothes but now i cant even review their clothes cause they cant even get it to me in the first place! $17 dress and $13 for the shipping. Its not much money but its so frustrating when you want their product and they are not even willing to help!

To be honest; most items are affordable and of decent quality. Problem is some Shein items are literally GARBAGE and to make it worse, it's practically impossible to reach a/o at customer service. They have made it so difficult to reach anyone, it seems intentional. Sneakers with photo attached were worn ONE day, yes ONE day! And the robot that keeps answering says it can't be returned because it was already worn. Gee, this is not a "return", this is called standing behind your product, maybe that is not as accepted in China?

Ordered a pair of pants for my teen daughter to wear to a special event. They arrived quickly after paying and extra $12.99 for expedited shipping. When they arrived we were disappointed to see the item was missing a belt and also torn beyond any kind of repair. I contacted SHEIN immediately to process a return and replacement but because the item was going to arrive after the event. I requested a full refund instead. Their policy states the do not refund shipping charges however when sending a damaged item, they should make exceptions. It is poor business standards to send out damaged items and expect the customer to pay. I will be disputing the charge and will not order from this company again.

I live in South Africa. I received a message on WhatsApp early this morning saying that my parcel will be delivered. I responded immediately and said that I am not at home this weekend and told them do not leave it with my roommates. The delivery service Buffalo kept calling while I'm at work. I answered and they started intimidating and threatening me saying that I will only get my parcel delivered next month.

I have bought from shien a few times. I understand it takes longer to relieve because it's a cheap site. But my last order I placed was over 200.00 I waited 19 days. Still no order so I reached out to customer service. She proceeds to tell me yes there's something wrong with your order. It's been sitting in Chicago for over 2 weeks. So I just had her refund me. Didn't even get my stuff and I was only refunded 96.00 I'm so annoyed and will never ever shop here again. Don't waste your time.

Stay away! Cheap material, does not worth even $10. All items run small. Even size up does not fit. I made a purchase of multiple items as the website claims easy return/exchange in US. Lies! I wanted exchange to different sizes, or alternatively get a refund. Nope. No returns are accepted. Big scam! Customer service is a robot that gives you a run around. I will be disputing with my credit card company.
ALSO, after I gave each item one star and published my review on their site, the star count were changed to 5! Hahaha

I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
