After several successful purchases in the past, I am currently fighting for a refund after my second order was returned to sender. Shein charges at the time of your order, shipping takes 2 weeks, and then they say delivery was attempted, but it is not. Then you get the runaround through an automated "customer service" chat, and they tell you it is the shipping company's fault. Wait another week. Now they have had my money for over a month and I have nothing but headache.

Returned two items and they refunded a less amount and one item was missing value $21.00 there is no customer service they don't respond and the email does not exist I sent many emails with no answers.

I have been totally satisfied with shopping from Shein. Not one of my orders have taken more than 10 days, but I usually get them within a week. I have like most of my purchases and the ones I didn't find whatever reason they were an expensive enough where I could just give them away to someone who does like them and fits better.
Bought a pair of Mary Jane shoes and the strap broke the first day she wore them; didn't even make it to the first class. Cheap material and awful workmanship. I should have known better; no response to my email to their "customer service" either.

I ordered quite a few items from shein and never received them. I got a random text from the delivery company stating that the driver's car and my stuff were stolen with it. I tried calling their customer service number and it doesn't work. I've emailed two different email addresses and no answer from them. Horrible horrible! Customer service cause there isn't one! Please save your money and just shop elsewhere!

My daughter ordered back to school cloths. Some items didn't fit and need to return them. They have return instructions on the shipping label. However, when I logged into my account, it shows ZERO orders. I used their online customer service and explained the issue providing them the order # and parcel #. I got a an automated reply "Sorry there are no orders or any order history in this account. Please create a new order or log in to your other account" No matter what category I selected on the website, I get the same response. Tried the customer service # on line and it just says "we can not connect you to your call right now. Try again later". I have no way to return these items. My daughter loves the items that fit but I will never order from them again if I can not get the return processed..

They do not package their clothing appropriately for shipping through USPS. Both my dresses had slits cut in them from what looked to be a box cutter. I didn't notice the second one was damaged until my boss pointed it out at work. Very embarrassing. Shein reimbursed me for the first one immediately. The second one that was delivered in the same packaging they made me ship back. Unless they improve their packaging, I will not purchase clothing from them again online.

Pretty clothing, but does not last long. Unjust labor will NOT buy again. With much research has led me to believe this. I bought a jacket from Shein but it was inferior quality and too small, despite XL being my normal size, so - after a week's nightmare of repeatedly ignored requests for a refund - I managed to get it approved, or so they said, and sent the item back but then they changed their mind and sent me yet another jacket exactly the same product and size, it's been going on for weeks and still I haven't been refunded. Avoid like the plague!

This is not what is in the pictures they advertise. It looks like some home made stuff. I ordered 3 shirts, and two of them had totally different patterns and the material however was not horrible, but the style of the shirt is something someone much older would wear. The fabric is semi-synthetic (rayon) material. If your highly allergic I would not order from this company. Don't plan on returning and getting a refund because it won't happen. This is a China co, that has a distribution co located in the US. That should explain a lot right there. The first screen shot is what was advertised and the second pic is what I got in the mail. It's really huge. I'm 5'6 and 145 lbs and usually wear and small to medium depending on the cut of the shirt.b

Absolute scum with pathetic and criminal 'business practices'. Ordered a soldering iron the other day and was promised delivery in 5-8 businesses days. I accepted and purchased only for them to IMMEDIATELY send an email indicating that shipping was delayed. I then go to cancel the order, being that should be simple and straightforward considering that is is nowhere near being shipped, and I am unable to since they slapped a tracking number on it. Criminals, and the representative at USAA informed me that there is an open and very public boycott against this company for this exact reason. I've already gotten my funds back. Hope attempting to steal from me was worth yet another 1* review and further social media lashing

Worst experience ever... I placed an order in October 2020(for Christmas) received the wrong order in November (all size xs plus they are items that I never ordered) I am having the worst experience trying to return the product and get my money back ( still emailing today Dec 21) Shein keeps sending me an incorrect label that will not scan at my post office? Therefore I am unable to return it or get my money back ( over $50).

Thankfully I bought a few small items instead of a large order. I heard they had low quality stuff for super cheap, so I thought I would try it out by buying a few small items like a door stopper lock and some pet items. The items came in empty boxes, packaging ripped up. Only one item made it out of five... I talked to customer service and they said they'll get back to me within a day. It's been weeks and they refused to refund me.

Horrible company. The tracking updates keep changing everyday and then suddenly disappears. I don't know what's happening with my order. It's been over 20 days and I still haven't got any updates. Worst company ever. I am still waiting on 2 orders. Don't know if they will ever arrive. I tried Shein for the first time and I am so disappointed. Shein Canada is the worst. Stay away from them. Wasted over $100. Wish I could give them a zero rating.

I would put 0 stars if i could. I will never be ordering from shein again, its bull$#*!. There is no contact numbers so i had to email through facebook and they were nothing but rude. Be patient, stay patient, that was all they said as i was inquiring about my package status. It is now a month later than the date it told me for my order and i have absolutely no updates or idea where the hell my package is. I also sent an email a long time ago and got no response. Glad i wasted over 200$ and have no idea where my package is. Do not recommend.

I haven't receive a refund of $175.10 of an order that was not delivered instead returned to their own warehouse and the app shows has been received at the Shein warehouse. I have tried so many ways to resolve this issue unsuccessfully. No way to talk to a live agent but only to a robot that only provides auto answers and this issue stills unresolved. Have a friend that told me her bad experience and I thought I will never experience this issue and here I have spent hours trying to get resolution but nothing has been done and they are keeping the new unopened merchandise (as the order was never delivered to me) and also kept my $175.10. I guess that's what happens when we decide to shop with companies that do not have an email/ customer service phone number and we still shop thinking we will never face and issue like this.

There is no way to contact them the support page comes up with an oops! My account shows no history of an order. This was a $ 69.00 loss for me. These people are dishonest my heart goes out to anyone who does business with them.

Ive ordered from them before and didn't have any issues and I understand products get shipped from China so I waited patiently for my last order and then never got it. They even sent an email about a month later saying that there is a delay. They don't have a representative you can speak to directly however I figured out a way to put in a ticket claim but they never followed up on that. So then a couple months later I put in a second ticket claim and I finally got a response only to tell me that they can't do anything about it because it is passed the 45 day window. How convenient for them. Not to mention that the 45 day rule is also written in very small writing. I'll post a photo of the email.

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
