About 4 weeks ago I visited sheinside.com for the first time and absolutely loved the clothing available. They had amazing deals and to be honest I had a hard time choosing which dress I wanted in that their was so many nice ones for a great price. I ended up making a few purchases and got myself a full set. I got an amazing leather belt that looks gorgeous with the denim jeans I got. I gotta admit these might be the most comfortable jeans I've ever gotten, I was a bit sketchy about ordering jeans in that other websites sent me the wrong size but not this site. :D I actually contacted customer support and asked for a promo code discount and kindly enough they set me right up. I love companies that actually care and help! They even sell costume jewelry! The holiday season is coming and they have sales galore so I'll spending a pretty penny this week. :D God bless and I hope this review helps everyone! :)
After shopping at Shein for about two years and returning about half of everything I bought due to poor quality fabrics, items not looking like the pictures, things not fitting properly, and damaged or defective goods, the last straw for me was the undercover investigation which turned up very concerning information. If I needed a reason to stop shopping at Shein, I found it. I will not support a mediocre company with unethical practices. Good-bye!
I put in an order on February 14 2023. Did not receive my order even though they sent me a message that it was delivered. There is always someone home. Mostly my two granddaughters that do their home schooling at the table overlooking my front door. No package arrived besides I have ring doorbell that takes videos when someone comes to the door.
I contacted SHEIN on march 21 providing them with a picture of my door bell and my address number. They said they would prepare another order and send it to me. Here it is 3 months later June 21st still waiting and still hav not received anything! I checked my account and there is no mention of my order or any kind of delivery date.
What gives? Is this a real company or a scam?
2 stars because Shein use to be a lot cheaper $5, $6 $12 $15 for most things when I checked out 10 -13 items it use to be like $150 total (with a roughly $30 discount) but now most items are $20 - $25 minimum and 12-14 items comes out to like $350 - $400
3 stars for the quality it's 50/50 chance it will look good on you

Why would the package left on the floor of the entrance of 14 floor building? Courier provided a proof of delivery (picture) where he threw the package. The sweetest part, I was billed for something I never received. I've sent many emails regarding this issue and nothing has been solve.People needs to be away from this situation

Each time I place an order from SHEIN they would send me used, stained and torn clothes clearly that has been worn before as the clothes would smell of body odour! I have never experienced this kind of treatment from any company in my life of online shopping. This company needs to be shut down asap. Please note that those images are just a few of the many that I have received in the past.

I have purchased so many items from SheIn. No complaints. You have to read the reviews to make sure you order the right size. At first my orders took weeks now they come within 10 days. This is my choice for online shopping!
This company is a complete scam. Their size guides are way off and even garments labeled with the same sizing (example medium) are not even close in actual measurements.
Have been trying to return the garbage clothing (very poor quality) for 8 weeks and even had to open a claim on the company who continues to drag their heels and not respond.
Buyer beware! Good luck trying to return something to them. You are better off flushing your money down the toilet in all honesty. Zero customer service

Crooks - Beware of sneaky non-refundable handling fees
Shein advertise free shipping & returns but added a £29 non-refundable "handling fee" to my order because it was more than £160.
They're extremely deceptive and underhanded. Call it what it is, a £29 shipping fee and I never would have placed the order. But instead, they added it on at the very last stage of checkout hoping that customers won't notice - which I didn't, and then won't refund. Total crooks, didn't keep a single item because the quality of their clothing is awful. Would advise anyone considering their first order to avoid, they are awful.

Absolute rubbish customer service, just automated replies! Sent me wrong item, which is cheaper, they will not replace it with correct item, or refund the difference as they state I'm out of time! Also last year my husbands card was used, the bank traced it back to Shein, so be very careful as customer service will not talk to you. Chinese company, so obviously they do what they like!

I received a delivery notification both by email and on my the app stating that all 15 orders that i purchased were delivered. All orders were not delivered and because i have had recent issues with theft. I tried to reach out to SHEIN to see if they could either replaced them or refund me for them. They don't provide a contact number, all that they have is a so call chat. Further their optional questions are very limited prevented me from making an accurate selection so that i can place the correct complaint in the chat.
In addition, Shein tried to charged for some kind of a "customer support" with one of their specialized agents which attempted to charge me $55/month to register for furthering customer support services likely my bank rejected this charge attempt.
Shein is horrible and lacks total professionalism. They are absolutely apart of the issue along side the thief that stole my packages.

For two weeks I was using their website trying to process a return it just would not submit. No way to contact anybody at the company every phone number is disconnected and there's no way to use a chat. Ended up filing a claim through my bank to get my money back on these items that was way too small.

SheIn made me sit on my but in a factory filled with rats that I think carried malaria and the warehouse gave me skin cancer but I did'nt have enough money to get chemotherapy and so I had to cut my own arm off with sewing machine. Im so tired of this job I get 3,000 orders a day and I have to sew the words "I'm so sigma rizz" on thirty sweatshirts everyday. I had to sit on my butt so long it made my butt bleed and I'm currently dying.
Delivery was more prompt than expected. However, quality and workmanship of the items I bought were very disappointing, especially the patch pocket teddy oversized jacket - shoddy workmanship and raw hems to the Sherpa exterior and inner nylon lining even on the collar! Will never order again!

I ordered material worth over 6,000 for my daughters birthday and I was given a delivery date. They said they do orders to green and orange zones and I'm in a green zone. In over 2

Today I manage to get a person on call after several attempts and hours of pressing option 2 to stay on the queue and I get a person who says it will take 15 working days or more to arrive and when I asked for status he had nothing and was exceedingly rude and said let me just cancel your order then. Exactly what the economy needs now - rude support staff who want to say no to business!

Wish I could leave zero stars for this. Ordered this green jumper a couple of days ago and it arrived today. As soon as I opened the package I noticed that the left sleeve is hanging off! The jumper looks like it's almost been cut with a pair of scissors and just been thrown in a bag and sent out to me! I'm disgusted that this company even thinks it's okay to send their items out in this condition. The material is extremely cheap and it appears as if it's already been worn! The item also came with no tags on which is very odd and no paperwork to show order confirmation or returns policies? Would not recommend to anyone, disgraceful quality and extremely disappointing.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
