This is one of my favorite places to buy new clothes. It is inexpensive, the clothes are constructed well the the designs are perfect. My latest purchase was for a White Short Sleeve High Low T-Shirt dress. I bought a Large sized white one. I love how versatile it is as I can were it with skirts, leggings and jeans. It has a great fit (true to size) and I received it on time.
So many cute clothes, and I love everything about this site. Great service and I was very pleased with the quality of my order. I am hoping to continue my dress purchasing from sheinside in the future.
This site totally sucks.
1. I invited 5 of my FB friends to register and they all did but never got the 50% off coupon.
2. I placed my first order on Sept 30 but never got the shipping information after 16 days. I checked many many times but it still says processing, even some of the items I ordered labeled as "ship within 24hrs"
3. I also sent inquiries to *******@sheinside.com but never got a reply.
Worst online shopping site ever! Never met like this before.
One time my package was lost and I contacted SheIn customer service, the chat is readily available and they provided me a refund for my lost. Clothes and fit size are always what's described on the website.
I haven't received any tracking number in over a week now and I am really concerned about it, and also if my package even exists. When I write the tickets I don't get the properly answers to the questions I asked. I want to know exactly where my package is right now and not just "in transit"... For God's sake, I don't even have a tracking number. I hope that you can respond to me ASAP or else my faith in you may die.

As stated above, I bought a shirt that I loved and looked inside the tag and it said SHEIN.I Had never even heard of them. I went on line and have purchased three large orders from them. I had zero promblems with anything. I love the cloths. I have had free returns. I shop there frequently now. If I have questions, they answer. I do not fill out surveys however I just saw someone say they had difficulty with something having to do with this company. My experience has been the best and that includes male/ female and curve women orders.
Disgusting service, disgusting quality.
The express package went for 3 weeks and I was charged $ 20 for the return of the package
Why should I suffer for other people's mistakes?

Not great but not terrible... yet. I've ordered from them now 3x and some items I keep but others I return and exchange for something else. The pictures don't always convey what you're really getting and of course not everyone is a 5'10 110 lb model so size and fit will vary greatly. It does take awhile to get my items which sucks but if I'm buying from here, I make sure that I'm not in a hurry to get it because the timeframe is unpredictable and the tracking info is so unreliable.

So far, i've had positive experiences at shein. They have trendy clothes for afforable prices, so i don't have feel too bad about spending money on clothes that may be out of style in a few months/years. That being said, the quality is what you pay for. The customer service at shein is pretty decent as well, and they always try their best to satisfy the customer.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company... my package arrived with two missing items and two items that weren't at all what I ordered... the sizing is completely wrong. I have been trying to send back the clothes that didn't fit for over a month now and it kinda feels like they're trying to drag out the process so they don't have to refund me the money... all of the material was horribly cheap feeling/looking and nothing looked anything like I ordered. The "customer service" is 100% run by bots as they don't actually answer the questions you ask... horrible horrible experience. I was so excited to get my order and am SO disappointed

I needed a cute but classy dress, for my boyfriends dinner party, later this month. So, I went online and went straight to SheInside. I found the Blue Halter Sleeveless Pleated Chiffon Dress, which I thought was perfect for the occasion. The dress was coincidentally on sale and it had been marked down from $47.50 to $33.83. I wasn't about to miss out this bargain, so I ordered right away. The ordering process was quick and easy. Thankfully, I received package in a timely fashion. The packaging is was great as usual. The material used to create the dress did not feel cheap at all. I felt like quality cloth. I feel I got way more than i expected for the price I payed. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I ordered Sunday 7/24/16 I didn't getting any tracking info any emails etc. My order still says that it's processing. And 7 hours after I sent a ticket, I see that I it says to allow up to 7 days to prepare shipment. I also paid for expedited shipping thinking I would get it this week. I only ordered two things and I even took the chance with ordering from the site after asking my friend about it. At this point I just want to cancel and order the same thing somewhere else.

I read a lot of people's reviews saying their clothes never arrived or took months to do so, weren't the right size, looked different than pictured, etc. Not only did I receive all my order in about a week and a half but everything was exactly as I ordered. Some things fit a little different than I hoped but it is discount clothing and you get what you pay for. Not bad for 12 products for $100 bucks!

Have been waiting since the 22nd of Feb for order I placed have messages SheIn customer service numerous times and been told it's delayed in China then delayed in England a hell of a lot of delays if you ask me and they cannot supply me with a proper tracking number. I hate being palmed off. Will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered on 11/28 and it was marked as shipped on 11/28.12/3 it stated it was at the airport and that I would receive my package between 12/6-12/9. Here it is 12/12 and my package hasn't moved. I have no way of getting a hold of a live person. I spent almost $100. I also submitted a ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. These are Christmas gifts and have no way of contacting anyone.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
