I am a repeated customer of Shein and I love their stuffs. You just need to check the sizing really carefully before ordering from them, check the material, and beware if there is no review available for a specific item. It's just this one time I tried to return 2 clothes (I've purchased more than 10 items there) and was in contact with a nice customer service, despite the fact now I don't know if they receive the things or not and if I'd ever receive my money back. But yeah, I'd say that they have some really great stuffs but be careful if you want to return stuffs... I don't know if there's anybody out there except bloggers that has received their money back from the returned goods... or maybe I'm just unlucky this time. Nevertheless, because how cheap the price of the stuffs was, I didn't lose a lot of money.
ABA******* this is my order and the tracking says it's stuck in New York for a week, The customer care people keep giving stupid pre typed template responses. After pestering for weeks they told they'll refund me. But I'm worried they'll rob me of money and not send the clothes too. I think this website is a scam. Be very careful. Do not order here

Most deceiving website I've encountered.
Site wasn't clear that they ship from China (aside from the terrible grammar that should have given it away), so I didn't receive my items for almost 3 weeks.
I ordered size Mediums, and what I received would barely fit a child. After trying on the clothes, I felt disgusting as the items smelled like the basement of a D rated restaurant. On top of all of it, the item materials were completely different than what was described on the website, they felt almost grimy.
Do not order from this website!

I order from this company at the end of April. It took forever for my package to ship. My card was charged twice! On top of that now it is taking my package weeks to get to me. I am in Jersey and My package has been sitting in Queens New York over 3 days! I will never order from here AGAIN!

I have been buying products with this merchant since longtime Iam never disappointed by their services. They have excellent customer support and undoubtedly the best delivery service. They have variety of products, from which you can select. Highly recommended.
SheInside is my go-to site for all my clothes! I used to buy at the big department stores like Nordstroms or H&M, but on a friends' recommendation found SheInside. It is literally a fashion guru's heaven! The prices are unable to be beat- I found a homecoming dress that would have been upwards of $150 for $30 on SheInside and was complimented on it all night. Not to mention, because a lot of people don't know about this gem, no one else had my dress! Now, SheInside is where I get all of my clothes. It's inexpensive with an expensive quality and I love the style. I could literally spend hours on this site :)
I ordered four dresses. The sizing was off and the quality was sub standard but for the price, okay. I returned two items and was never credited. Even though I have a verified USPS receipt showing that the item was delivered to them, they say they never got it. Bad customer service. If you order, better hope you don't have to return!

White Short Sleeve Floral Crochet Bodycon Dress is beautiful in person, its good quality and looks exactly like the pictures, the only little problem is on the back but is not big deal for me. Love it. Very gorgeous.
They make it nearly impossible to find the return method, then when you do, they charge 5.98 for each item returned --- after charging for delivery --- very, very slooooow delivery.
They seem to want to give you a shein credit instead of a credit to your payment source - will fight that because I don't want to order any more of their sleazy clothes which look like nothing pictured.
Stick with zulily, they state if it can't be returned and go overboard trying to satisfy their customers.

I bought two dresses from them. Waited 12 days. My Sheinside account said they were delivered - I never received them. I contacted Sheinside's "live" chat and after 41 minutes, someone responded telling me that my order was shipped. That's it. Order at your own risk. That was my first time ordering something and I never received it, never got a refund. Nothing.

Ive ordered a lot from shein.com during the last couple of years and Im (nearly) never disappointed. The quality is really good in general, the shipping is pretty fast (1 week or 2) and the clothes always fit the picture on the site. You can find a lot of trendy articles for a really cheap price and great quality. I highly recommend

I ordered a big amount of clothing on March 28th which I have not received. It said I was supposed to get my package on March 7 and have not received anything. It says it is in transit and arrived at the local facility on April 4th. It's been over three weeks since then which sucks because I have no idea where it is at or if it's coming. I tried contacting customer service but it would not go through. Being such a big company, I don't understand how they don't have a number so we could communicate with them. This has never happened to me before and I'm so mad about it.

I wanted a few coats for my wife, I'm a guy and don't really like women stores so I just order online. Here the prices were GREAT, especially on coats... it seemed much better than in stores and I even saved 30% off on my first order. The site is very easy to use and maneuver, checking out was a breeze. The flip flops came within the estimated delivery date. I will definitely be ordering from SheInside in the future.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
