I bought the Black Faux Fur Collar Long Sleeve Slim Down Coat in a Medium. I received my coat within 30 days a little but worth the wait, I was thrilled with the fit. I wanted it to look slim, I hate the big puffy look that the down coats can give. This coat fit perfectly and is a true black color.
The site has inexpensive clothing but I always get asked where I get my clothes from. I like not looking like everyone else but still stylish. I would recommend visiting the site for great finds.
I should have done my research but I guess I was captivated by the low prices and the fact that one of my favorite bloggers uses their site so frequently. I made a purchase 7 days ago and it still has not shipped. There is really no information regarding the status of the order on the website besides that it is "processing" which is incredibly frustrating. (Most websites, which sell items that are much more popular than those on sheinside can at least process and ship an order in 2-3 days). There are an outrageous number of terrible reviews of this website and I'm kicking myself for not looking at them prior to making my order. I just hope that my items work because at this point it will not be worth the effort to attempt to make returns.
I ordered my order about a week ago and It still says processing. I'm leaving for Hawaii soon and was really looking forward to being able to get it in time for my vacation. I am really hoping someone can get it out for me soon or let me know what's going on. No one has even sent me a tracking number or anything
This is truly a site where things are too good to be true. The quality is beneath the worst you could imagine. I shop at Walmart (Juniors' Department) regularly, and their stuff is heads and tails way better that this junk. The things that look like sweaters/sweatshirts are made of the most crude, lousy material you can imagine. It's so fake, I can't even describe what it is! Forever 21, HandM, Walmart, all of them blow away the quality of this place. And don't hope to return items--I got this stuff as a gift, and there is NO WAY to return or exchange it!

The return policy is free for the first time and then supposedly $6.74... BUT- then in small print its minus coupon value (so you're paying 15 or 20% more for an item when you return it), shipping (which is not uncommon) and use of their shipping label?!?! And a shipping guarentee... there are so many other vendors out there. Don't give them your money.

Ordered 2 swimsuits and paid express shipping. Processing itself took over a week which is ridiculous and express shipping is more like 6 days. Will never order from this site again! Totally unreliable

I love love love all their clothes, found them on instagram and just fall in love with every post! Anyways i ordered 2 dresses and a jumpsuit all fit me very well and looked exactly like the photos. This site is a scam. Unfortunately, I ordered before looking at online reviews. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and it has not even shipped yet. I was charged for the order immediately despite that it hasn't even shipped. Customer service claimed it would ship soon over a week ago, but my order still says processing. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered a pair of jeans.The zip was defective and the button was loose. When i told them they asked me to pay return charges because they won't consider the zip as a defect because they won't be able to recognise the defect in photos.
If this was the case they should have told earlier that if you order a pair of jeans and after spending bucks you get one with a faulty zip and a damn loose button its not considered defective. What is this?

I ordered my correct size and it was huge! When I returned them in one package. They refunded the 2 least expensive and did not refund my $33.00 for the 3rd dress. There's no way to contact them. Buy at your own risk!

I recently ordered 4 petal sleeve blouses in asst colors. I ordered one size larger than I usually wear due to no name manufacturer, I received the four blouses in an acceptable amt of time but they were about 4 sizes smaller than requested even tho the packaging said the correct size. I will not return these items and waste more money and time, I will simply donate or discard, Granted, they were cheap but the quality was also cheap, Count me as a former very dissatisfied and disappointed customer

I purchased my order that's over a hundred dollars over a month ago in November 17th. It got shipped on November 18th. I was so excited and then time passes by without any updates. I thought it was probably a delay due to the world problems going on right now, but I downloaded this app to track my package and it says the location isn't found. The app is amazing I've only every had one or two things nor be delivered to me but that was on a old profile account. I've now ordered loads of things from clothers sexy out fit a Samsung note 3 that I still have to this day and many other things. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
