This company is all around horrible. There is no customer service to speak to or chat with. You have to pay more than the amount for the product to return it. They send you ripped and broken items. They offer no assistance when you have questions. This company needs to be shut down.
Got this awesome cardigan today and I am totally in love with it! It fits perfectly and just looks great with black pants or Jeans, even with Shorts or a skirt. The material is very soft and the golden parts of the fabric have a light shimmer to them. A really great piece everyone should have :)
I never received my refund money back. They kept saying that please check your "wallet", and I did but all I see was " zero balance". They made all kinds of excuses not to refund your money. On one occasion, they said they never received our returned items or another time, they apologized us to be patient and again they said to check your wallet but there is no money at all.
All they are doing is, keep replying our email. Very dishonest people. Don't ORDER.

The return policy establishes that it will be between 3 to 4 days. However, a month has passed and I have sent them emails following up and they have not responded. When it comes to getting paid, they are fast, but when they have to pay consumers back because they shipped defect"s products, they keep the money.

Just received my package. Spent 190.99 on the clothing. Absolutely the worst quality clothing I have ever purchased.
The thinnest material even on what was considered a sweatshirt. The stitching on the clothes is horrible and coming apart. Not to mention, the shipping took forever. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered about 70 dollars worth of clothes to have my entire order messed up! From missing items, to wrong size, to a bra literally sticking to the shein bag with adjesive tape. Fought with customer service for weeks back and forth thru email. They treated me as if I was lying even when is emailed photos and bar codes to items that were recieved and bar codes to items not received. Mind you these people have NO NUMBER you have to email everything and half the time no response at all. Didn't get my money back, didn't get clothes that were missing, nothing. Nothing for the inconvenience and complete screw up of my order. Cheap, SCAM artists is what they are. Save your money and buy elsewhere. It's come down to me having to protest the charge with my bank! Shame on shein. Never again.

I guess I got what I paid for. Not wanting to spend a lot on clothes and jewelry I thought I could get some nice stuff from this sight. I ordered several pieces earrings and a couple of earring and necklace sets so far 4 of them came broken. The clothes a cheaper material and basic stitching.

I ordered my bikini from here 5/30/17 and it is 6/18/17 still not here. They have emailed me that the delays were due to the upgrades they had to their warehouse. Eventually they sent another email saying it was going to be delayed again and gave me the option of canceling the order for full refund or continue to proceed. I chose the option to cancel my order and couple days later they told my item shipped. I guess i'll wait for my product to come in, but I would definitely not recommend shopping here unless you want your items a month later.

I tried to return some things from my very first order and the label would not scan at the USPS I thought it was an error on my end so I kept the items and let it slide. I just recently purchased 3 pairs of pants and a large would fit someone who is an XS so I started a return. First label wouldn't scan at post office. I contacted customer service though messaging because they do not have a working phone line(How Convenient). Got a second label and what do you know that does not work as well. I am beyond frustrated with this company. No more! After this my account will be deleted. Piss poor customer service!

I ordered a 2 sweaters and a bra. It took 3 weeks for them to deliver. When it arrived, the quality of the clothing was horrible and the clothes did not fit. The clothes were nothing like what was photographed and pictured on their website. Very disappointed. Won't order from them again.

I received the Navy Lapel Half Sleeve Floral Bodycon dress as a gift and I have to say I was really happy with it. It looks nice and fits true to size and the fabric is nice and soft. I like that it's really versatile and can be dressed up or down depending on what jewelry or what kind of shoes you pair it with. I noticed some of these reviews but my friend who got it for me said she did not have any trouble with the shipping process and received it in a reasonable time. Thank you!
I use makemechic regularly so i'm familiar with longer than average shipping times and generally know what to expect(don't order something you need for an event next weekend). Noticed this site that offers many of the same products for around the same price. Decided to give it a try. Added about 6 things in my cart, total came to around $150 so i tried to use the 45% off code offered for $105 and over... nope. I was forced to use my "first time" 40% off coupon. Ok, fine. Tried to use that and wasn't allowed because i was "already enjoying a higher discount" before my coupon. I wasn't. Although yes, most items were "discounted" around 35%. So i checked the site again, and yes, sure enough. Even Just In items are discounted at that rate already. EVERYTHING is discounted at that rate. So just forget about the coupon, that' doesn't really exist. Unloaded my cart and sending these emails to spam. BYE.

This website will not take any of my credit cards because I only bought $20 worth of merchandise. As a result, I couldn't actually buy what was in my cart. This site is a complete scam and even blocked my IP address after I complained. The live chat kept telling me to "wait 5 minutes" for an email to complete my purchase, and the email never came. I recommend Zaful, their items are just as good if not better than Shein, and you can actually buy their items! I found the same items I needed on Zaful for cheaper.

I two dresses from this site about a week ago and i an update right away saying my items have been prepared for shipment i was very excited and please but a week later the status of my shipment is till the stay " label has been created" it does not take fedex one week to pick up a shipment that has been ready for delivery a week ago. I will be trying to get my money back if there is no acclivity made on this delivery soon. They do not seem like they are trust worthy.

This is my second time giving shein a chance, and they are failing to meet my expectations yet again. I ordered several items over a week ago and Shein claims the items have been shipped. The tracking numbers are not being updated regularly and show that the packages have not been received by the shipping companies. I emailed customer service in regards to this and did not receive a reply. My question is, why hand packages off to logistics companies that have bad reputations? (AKA Pitney Bowes and US Elogistics Service Corp) May have to pursue legal action against all liable parties in the event that my packages are lost.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
