Return policy is the worst I have ever experienced. Their parcel labels for return can't be scanned in which means you eventually have to pay it yourself. They will only if you attach track and trace (13 euros) will pay you half of the cost. Insane serieuously. Never gonna order here. Still havent received my money back

Shein attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My SmartPost parcel has been stuck on "Label Created" for almost a week. It's such a bummer it may not get here in time for the wedding. On top of dealing with buying a new dress in a store somewhere (ugh!), I'm now likely going to be dealing with returning this order. It's sad because the dresses and jewelry looked really cute, but unfortunately, I probably won't shop here again, nor recommend it to anyone, unless the issue is promptly resolved. Still waiting to hear back about the two "tickets" I submitted contesting my order :( So sad! Not a good experience!

I'm not satisfied with this company, I was a little hesitant to make a purchase from this company but the constant advertisement of it on every social media platform tempted to do it and now o regret it. I made a purchase of a good amount more than a week ago, I didn't get any follow up email ever since that my Shipment is on the way or when is it going to arrive it's been is been more than 7 business days and nothing from them nor email nor my package. Now I regret making a purchase and thinking if my money went down the drain?

I ordered from SHEIN for my daughter on April 14th. Still know package. Received all the bogus excuses regarding their warehouse update. Inaccurate status regarding my shipment being shipped when it haven't. Why take money out of your customers account when you know damn well that your warehouse is going through a transition and you CANNOT deliver on-time? This is unacceptable!

Everything I've ordered from this site has ended up being of very poor quality. Fabrics and knits are very low quality and look worse in life than in the snazzy photos with cute models. The designs of everything I ordered were all cut so that they could loosely fit almost anyone. I would have preferred better, fitted and sized patterns to these sloppy, loose designs.

And two of my garments had fake pockets (flaps) which were not flattering (right on the hips). At least if they had placed REAL pockets there, I'd put them to use, but what on earth is the point of designing a garment with flappy, fake hip pockets? No one's figure is flattered but such a ploy.

I have had to return 2/3's of my orders, and it is hairy and complicated, with funds going first to customer's "wallet." Then you have to request receiving what's in your wallet. This felt sneaky to me, as if it would be too easy to forget you have funds waiting for you.

Ok, it is now 7-24-2017 I received my package. After the very prompt reply from shein, the package was dispatched. I must say everything turned out great. The material is nice, the size is true to measurements, and everything looks good.

A little ticked off

I placed my order on March 30th and chose express shipping. Two of my items arrived but the bigger package is still in processing. When tracking it on FedEx, it was apparently supposed to be shipped out two days ago. Not very impressed.

I am so frustrated with this company. It took forever to receive the package. I had problems with my order. The swim suits don't fit well and in small print, they say swimsuits are not returnable. Horrible company. Great method of scamming people!

I ordered $105 worth of clothing over 3 weeks ago and the status shows "urging shipping". What on earth is that supposed to mean? After initially placing the order, I received an email stating that I should receive an update within 5-7 days. Having never received an update I gave it ample time and emailed inquiring about the status of my items. I received a BS response about returning from holiday and that my items still need time to prepare for shipment. I have ordered from China many times and expect the delivery in about a month's time frame but it has been nearly a month and my items still haven't shipped? This is unacceptable! Its unfortunate as many of the items are pretty cute but not really worth the hassle that comes with actually receiving your item.

I bought more stuff so I could exceed the $99 limit to get Express Shipping which says 3-5 days. I ordered items on June 13th and its been saying Shipped for the past 4 days. Typically that means there is a tracking # available but all it says is "Departed Operations facility". Customer service is very unhelpful.

Terrible!

Ordered some items about three weeks ago, did the free shipping and figured it would be about a week to receive... Nope still nothing. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I need to contact FedEx because the shipment was sent to them... But clearly FedEx never did receive it because it still said that the label was created.
Asked customer service to look in to it, and what do you know? They said the package was lost and asked if I wanted a refund. I sent them a message asking them to expedite the items without charging me additional, as I still wanted them... But have not gotten a single response from anyone and it has been over 2 days. Go figure...
I will never ever order from them again. It is true that you get what you pay for!

Terrible customer service
September 8, 2022

I place a large order it was sent in 2 packages only recived 1 within about 5 days time. I can't get issue resolved and they are still charging my credit card. They sent me a message appoligizing about a week ago and credit my account 50 shein points from what I understand is 50 cents worth of points. Got a new email on Monday saying there would be a slight delay when it was already late. Tracking has been showing in transit for 3 weeks now. I've requested they cancel the package about 3 times now bit still no answer on that.

Do Not Do It

First buying experience went down the hill. Not only the order was marked as received, but also signed "by buyer" as received. This wasn't enough for me. Ordered second time. Now fighting for 3 days over adding delivery instructions. No, they have nothing to do with third party who is responsible for delivery. No, you cannot type any delivery instructions during your purchase. Most likely it will not happen, but I wish one day they will declare bankruptcy! As for right now, I am a double looser!

Best price around for the best Quality. The selection is great, the prices are better. I was recently Given this site by a friend and I can't say that I have seen any other site cheaper. On-line ordering couldn't be more easy and the products are well packaged and arrive fairly quickly. I like that they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. Ordered over $100 worth of clothes on June 20 and was told my order would be in by July 13. It's July 28 and my tracking info hasn't even been updated since July 2. Company took over 5 days to respond to my complaint with a standard computerized response. Offered me TWO dollars worth of points on their website for my "troubles" after sending two more additional complaints. Ended up having to have the order reshipped and it still hasn't come in. Save your money- buy elsewhere!

Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed with their service because they never double check what's inside their Shein plastic bag, if the item is correct or not. I ordered 15 items from them and one of the stuff was wrong I ordered a High Waist Slit Hem Denim Skirt but when I received it. Jeans was inside, they packed in the same packaging a different item.

Less than classy advertising
June 9, 2022

I've been more struck by the less than classy way Shein advertises their products for women, than the beautiful products I've purchased. And while it's been a mix of fast/cheap fashion and decent quality items, scrolling through ads on Facebook, Instagram or their website is like looking at soft porn. Many shots of female models, their poses and what they're wearing are inappropriate and disgusting. The overly sexualized and photoshopped images creates a very disturbing and unrealistic view of women that isn't needed to promote their products. Yet they do, which is revealing…they can and should do better. And as a shopper I regret supporting this type of culture and plan to do better…
