Absolutely horrible service and i regret ever shopping on their site. If you are not a blogger, be smart enough to keep your money to yourself. They will charge you immediately, take forever to ship item, lie that they have shipped it and give you bogus tracking number(s) and when i asked for why i had two separate tracking numbers, the blamed it on their system and when asked why my tracking number provides no information, they told me to give it sometime but they are able to supposedly track it and give me bogus tracking Information. Huge liars and scammers. All the good reviews here are very suspicious
I purchased items through Klarna with Shein in May 1 2021. It is now 5-10-2021. Shein had no history of my order. Tried calling the fake numbers they have listed no connection. Tried even their chat system. No live person there. I am trying to locate my order and can not get anyone. I will never use this site ever.

Never had a company asking me to upload photos to proof the "bad quality" before the return!
First of all, their price is NOT competitive; secondly, shipping takes forever to arrive; thirdly, all clothes came within a bag, no tags, and they are just average or even poor quality.
Then it comes the return part - there are fine prints everywhere that return must be initiated within certain days, you can only do 1 free return, etc etc. When I decide to return the poor quality items, I had to send a photo to proof that... which company does that?
Wasting my dollars on several orders already, I will never buy from this company again

Placed an order for my daughter and order had 2 packages first package only a brown dress arrived and second package never came with most of the clothes and jewelry for her birthday. Not only did they not refund me but I had nothing to give my daughter for her birthday. Luckily I used paypal and could provide that there was 2 packages and one had only arrived to get a refund but the whole process was months long before getting paid back and I won't shop with them any more.

Things take way too long to arrive. I ordered 2 things may 12th and they're still not here from reading reviews receiving has been a main issue. The usps tracking and shein tracking they do not update from what my sister found out, so I can't even go off of that.

Ordered 112 dollars worth of items last Wednesday, was beyond excited to receive them! I never received an email saying anything had shipped so on Monday of this week I contacted them. They told me they hadn't even shipped anything that it would ship out with 24 to 48 hours. Was told by three different people three different things. Guess what items still haven't shipped. Woke up to an email this morning stating your items are being pushed back another 3-5 business days due to popular demand of the items. So on top of pushing back my order you also want to tell me I won't receive it for another 5-7! Nope cancel anything you buy with them and get a refund! Not even worth it! Worst customer service and company ever!

I needed a nice outfit for an upcoming date with my boyfriend, and I heard about decided to purchase something nice to wear from SheInside. I heard about this company via word of mouth from a few friends. All of their amazing selections are hard to choose from, but I ended up choosing the "Wine Red Short Sleeve Bodycon Dress". Shipping was quicker than expected. The dress looks absolutely beautiful in person! I was surprised at the amazing quality. I would also like to add that it fit perfectly on me. My boyfriend liked it too! I had to contact them once with a question, and I appreciated that they replied right away. I recommend them highly.
I ordered two items on May 3rd, to which I haven't received. The two dresses were both stamped with a 24hr shipping time so I got mad excited and ordered. I recently ordered a beautiful red and blue tribal print dress with a knotted collar. Online, the dress looked stunning. It was advertised as having a loose fit. I'm on the shorter side so I wasn't worried about length or anything, either. Shipping was no hassle and it arrived quickly and in great condition! Tight packaging held the dress. Airy material, and the fit was just right for me! All my worries were for naught. Great quality at nearly a fraction of the cost of other sites, so I’d say it is well worth it to take a shot at discovering your next favorite piece in your wardrobe!

The clothes, are really good material and they are really cute. They have clothing for just about any style. They even have more to offer! Including phone cases, jewelry of all kinds, nails, nail kits. And lots more. Everything there is super good quality. But here's the problem, the clothing always takes FOREVER to arrive. They are almost never on time. They stay in transit for like 3-5 days straight. Even if your ordering something small. Every time i order something i end up being disappointed seeing it is still "in transit" for the 3rd day in a ROW. Its a pretty good site. But if your impatient like me, id advise you to just stick with amazon.

When I saw this online I knew I had to have it. It arrived in perfect, clean condition. Seems to be pretty well made even though the sheer fabric is kinda delicate. The cat head covers my size A chest with just a little side cleavage peeking out. Will probably wear it without a bra underneath and just wear skin tone pasties. I'm 5'2 and 110lbs and the size small fits just right. The skirt part has three layers. A silky first layer, then some tulle, and then the outer fabric to add a little volume. Bow is attached with a pin so it's removable.
Think I want to get the white one, too!
At first I was on the fence about buying things from offline, especially from a place that not in the US, but so far, I never had a problem with them. My stuff always come when expected, sometimes even early, and it's always what I paid for.
Can't believe I've wasted as much money and time as I have with these unsophisticated, unprofessional, unethical fools. You can get better stuff at better rates with actual customer service. They shouldn't be in business long.

My biggest pet peeve about this site is their unreliable shipping times. Do not bother purchasing expedited or express shipping because it's not going to expedite the shipping process any further. They will ship out your item whenever they see fit, and it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order since they're shipping it from their warehouse overseas. I feel like this is a very unacceptable way to run a business since sometimes the shipping time can exceed the estimated arrival date. If you're going to tell a customer that their package is going to arrive before a certain date, it needs to be on time.
The quality of the clothes itself is okay, on par with stores like Forever 21. Some of their items will tend to run on the smaller side so I'd recommend looking at the measurements that they provide for your respective sizing.

I ordered 8 items, a sweater, 3 sundresses, 3 tops and a summer evening dress. Everything is fine, some really nice. Some are a little longer than stated, but sizes were all true to the size guide on each item. I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality for the price. I will definitely order again.
What you get is not what you see in the pics.
The fabric is junk and will fall apart the first time it is washed. Sure, they say you can return but they don't tell you that you will pay almost as much in shipping as you did on the order.
I spent $100 but it was going to cost me $78 to return everything! PayPal agreed to reimburse me (as a rare exception) and they did but only after Shein confirmed they got my return but after 4 months Shein did not confirm they had received the package. In fact, they still have not confirmed they got it back. So, if PayPal had not made sn exception and reimbursed me, I would never had gotten my money back.
Scammers! And millions of us keep falling for this.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
