And once you give over your phone number, you will receive about a dozen span calls every day. On top of all of that, their clothes aren't very high quality and fall apart in the wash. I don't care how much money they say you'll get if you jump through their crazy hoops. It's not worth it.
If your one that just figured out Shien, about how it has so many cute things that are really cheap? Don't use shien. I have seen the 5.0 star likes with 100+ reviews but they're just lying. Shein's clothes quality is bad. It's really fake. Only some things have a good texture and are true to size. 12% percent recommend

Had an awesome experience with these people. Thought I should write a review as people tend to just come here when they have complaints. I expected the order to take some time to get to me but it wasn't too long at all. The prices are excellent for the product you get (not super high quality materials but well put together, no weird stitching and they last). Communication was great - the messaged me to make sure I received my order. Will definitely be buying again!
Ordered 4 items, 3 were not as described. Only for one raised claim, because received incorrect item. But Shein not solved and this case.
Also to get free shipment you should order for min ~30 eur - non happy with it. Alternative shoping portal works much better, works with purchasers. Will not use Shein anymore.

I purchased a wool jacket, a dress, a scarf and a pair of earrings from sheinside. I'm very happy with all of them. Shipping did take a long time, about 3 weeks from the time I ordered, but considering it was travelling half-way across the planet, to me this is understandable.
The clothing fit as described. Make sure you read the measurements on the site and compare to your own actual measurements (no cheating!). Chinese sizes are waaaayyyy different (smaller!) compared to US sizes.
Quality was great!
There were additional taxes due upon delivery, but I think this has to do with each Country's taxation policy, and not Sheinside.
I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
The only reason why this site is getting 2 stars is because it looks like I am getting my money back...
However, this site is a complete waste of time. I spent over $100 on my first attempt on this site. Never again!
I ordered my clothes on April 30th. Even with Express Shipping they cannot guarantee it will arrive on the 22nd of May... So I'm in the process of going back & forth, sending & responding to "tickets" to get my card refunded.
Also, if you reverse image search their photos A LOT of them are from different sites with better reputations. Simply type in images.google.com into your browser, save their image on your desktop, and then search it in that link. Someone from reddit taught me that.

My first order was great. Timing was impeccable and i got standard shipping. This time I PAID for express shipping and had to wait quite awhile. Customer service responses were kinda standardized so basically if you don't mind playing the waiting game you'll be fine. Unfortunately I was in a rush so wasn't too happy about not being properly informed. The products themselves are great though. Hope this helps!

29/11/14 - Bought clothing from the site (2 sweat-shirts, 2 skirts, 1 fitted shirt & earrings)
The process was easy and they have plenty of discounts available for people and those who register. I ordered for express shipping and expecting a long wait.
3 Weeks Later - Finally saw that the item had been processed and was going to be shipped, Only took another week to ship which was as specified in the shipping details.
Package Arrived - Once I got the package and opened it I was happy to see everything packet neatly and separately (Earrings were in a sealed pack with bubble wrap) Everything fit to the sizes I had wanted and material was as expected for paying such good prices (not cheap but not top of the line)
Over-All - I found my experience to be very well and will be buying from them again. 7/10 :)
I placed a rather good size order thinking that it was legit "free returns" and turns out they want 7.99 shipping free per item. It is only on the first item, so I'd be paying more than what the items initially cost. There is no real person to speak to or chat with.

My order is delayed. I've tried and tried to contact them asking and have received one reply that basically said "it's been shipped and it will be updated in 5-7 business days." Their shipping notices indicates 21-33 to receive and order. June 1,2020 is day 33. Package arrived at the local sorting facility May 10 and has not moved. Live chat doesn't work and they haven't replied when I explained that they didn't answer my question and asked again where my package is. Will never, ever order from them again. Customer service means you use real people to engage with your customer... not a bot on your webpage

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order, and it STILL has not shipped. They keep making excuses for delays like: holidays that don't exist,"warehouse upgrades","warehouse relocations", just many stupid things like that. They say that my order may be delayed 3-5 business days, but as soon as those days pass, another excuse pops up. I spent a lot of money on this website because of the glowing youtube reviews I saw, but am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and upset that this entire thing may be a scam. Also, the company states on the website that "It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends." It has been 14 days, yet it it still processing. I am very saddened by this, so I can't recommend this website to anyone.

I recently stumbled upon the SheInside website. Wow! These guys have so many great clothing options to choose from! I needed a dress for an upcoming event, something classy. I found so many options, but settled on the yellow and black lace Bodycon dress. This website makes it so easy to order clothing online. They had a very clear sizing chart in the dress details, which is not always the case. There was no second guessing myself about what size to order; I often struggle with this when ordering clothing online. (By having these measurements displayed, it cuts down on my chances of having to return an item for not fitting.) My dress arrived exactly when they estimated it would and it fit PERFECT! I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can't recommend this site enough. They have such great, stylish clothes for an affordable price. I will definitely be ordering again.

I was skeptical my first time ordering as you can't always be sure when ordering from websites. I was pleasantly surprised once my order came. Good quality, huge selection, great styles, & even better prices. I had an item arrive that didn't fit and retuning wasn't much of a hassle either. I've ordered from the site now about 6 or 7 times and will for sure be ordering again. Worst thing is sometimes items take a while to be delivered but if you order in advance you will be fine.

I've ordered a few times off this site, items that came were not bad for the price, a few dresses and tops, spent over hundred bucks and must say shipping was very fast from China to canada
Believe I received within four days, customer web site however only displayed a portion of order, for some reason got double of same dress and same size so that was weird.
Recently ordered one dress paid a lot about forty us, came within two weeks, shipping was detailed could track, dress was very very pretty nicest purchase ever from them and I would buy from them again.
Bought from rosegal and rosegal wholesale their awful do not k ow if related but sbein at least delivers.
Every item in my order (9 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days before estimated date)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied with SHEIN! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, i almost had regrets after reading them while waiting for my order but trust me i really had a good experience :)
They offer praying matts and have the audacity to Sell them as carpets to place inside bathrooms. Mind you, I know the difference; one has mosque minbar or Islamic holy sites woven in the center, the other is simply floral. They don't properly label it, so people will buy them as accessories for their pets to $#*! on. It's like buying a Cross to itch with your $#*!. Its disgusting and disrespectful.

I ordered my sunglasses about two weeks ago. I purchased two pair, two days apart. After a few days I received an email saying my first pair was shipped however, I could not track my shipment... still can't. Cut to this morning, I receive an email saying the second pair of sunglasses I purchased are out of stock and they don't know if they will be getting more, so they are just going to refund my money. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
