Horrible experience. Ordered Christmas present on 12/15 with expedited delivery, which they claim is 3-5 days delivery. Website states: "*Please allow at least up to 24 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and ship your order." I contact Sheinside via online chat on 12/22 and was told "your package is waiting to be shipped out, and the address needs to be printed, normally 3-5 days later, it will be shipped out, dont worry and we also have told our shipment department to be quick". Not only was it a week later but I requested he rush my delivery and overnight it in time for Christmas.
After telling them it is a Christmas present and it should not take this long he responded with "i know you are worried but please understand us during this peak season, we have so many orders to deal with so it cause the delay, we will be quick". This is on 12/22... When I asked when it would actually ship he says 26 December... WTF?! 4 days later and AFTER the holiday?! After I just told him I need it as a Christmas present? He stopped replying to my questions after that.
12/26 came and went and still hadn't shipped. 12/29 I emailed again and he said "can you please tell me if you still need you order? Once you said to us you need it by Xmas, we were not sure about it, so we held it off waiting for your reply so do you want us to ship it right away? Please reply asap " Are you kidding?! I told him to SHIP NOW and refund shipping. Finally a reply Jan. 3 that it will ship 1-2 days. OMG. Order finally ships Jan. 6.
Did a chargeback on the $15 shipping charge and my bank promptly refunded me. Will never do business with this company again.
They gained so much momentum by paying bloggers to review products and making a big social media campaign. It also looks like their employees make a lot of fake 5* reviews on a lot of review sites and on their own website. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
For an international store, they should hire people with foreign language skills. Not just English, since they clearly have a lot of international orders and not one person makes a lick of sense in their "customer service" responses.
Received a text from DHL saying only one of my items will be arriving supposedly when I ordered TWO. But other reviews are saying it's via FedEx.

Reading your reviews highlights your one and only problem, well maybe two. I love your clothes and I love the prices and I love they are all plastic wrapped (please use ziploc type if possible I keep my clothes in these bags as our home is pretty rustic), they almost ALWAYS fit! Your service is super the SHIPPING IS NOT. From what I can figure you send your packages to be dumped at some site possibly for cost, usually Post Offices, to be picked up by UPS and FedEx. Does it cost more to take out that middle man? USPS is awful, bad attitude. You do not want P. O. Box delivery yet all is delivered to our Post Office and if our P. O. box is not on the package it gets sent back to you. I am heart broken to lose a few items that just are no more. It is obviously not your fault, it is USPS. But your company is getting the blame. I've finally gotten my P. O. box # on my address and I am now receiving my purchases quickly... although they aren't delivered by UPS or FedEx. Weird. The second thing is inventory control. If the item is available and we pay for it we should never be told that all of a sudden that item is not available anymore. I'd also like to see an easier way to check off items that were delivered to show you what hasn't been. I've not received my wallet bucks for a pair of boots OR a cute dress, one or the other not sure which... that all of a sudden wasn't available any more... I'll do a ticket thingy but it is tough to look up the orders, find the proper numbers. A new streamlined communication between client and SheIn would benefit BOTH of us! Not to mention getting around USPS and mailing directly with UPS or FEDEX. All other packages from other companies make it here and on time. You are getting bad marks for USPS crap. No box number and they send the item (s) back to you. Can you not send them AGAIN? Any way, hope this helps... I've thrown out all my old clothes and just wear SheIn... I LOVE THE CLOTHES!
This company is a scam. Like many of the reviews I see here I bought my clothes, was promised 24 hour shipping, which was a big lie because my clothes did not ship until 7 days later. As I was emailing back and forth with their costumer service I was told that it took 5 to 7 days to prepare the clothes for shipment, even though the site promised 24 hour shipping. I even selected the expedited shipping. After 3 weeks of waiting I threatened them with emails of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and then and only then did my clothes come 3 days after this email.
This however, is not the most insidious aspect of Sheinside or Shein as they now call themselves. As soon as I got my clothes, almost 4 weeks later. I returned the clothes because I did not want anything to do with the company. Online it says that you will get refunded if you return the clothes. When I emailed they said that they would refund me. I sent in the clothes to their warehouse in New Jersey (the items got there in 2 days- now that's actually expedited shipping) and I get an email from them 3 days after the articles of clothing arrived saying that I would be refunded 24-48 hours to my paypal. That was 4 days ago. This company is quick to take your money and then is trying to steal it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also, I am going to report this company to the governmental internet crime complaint center and show all the emails of this fraud if I do not receive my money by tomorrow.
Key Points:
-They lie about the speed of shipping and I suspect that a lot of the good reviews that they have are actually robots. If you look closely at the spelling of most of the 5 star reviews you will notice a pattern also.
- The costumer service is terrible and basically and not accessible.
- They lie about the speed of returns, and may in fact try to keep your money as I have yet to see my money refunded.

I am very surprised to see all these good reviews as the website is the biggest scam i have ever seen.
I was pretty naive to spend 200euros for what I ordered.
1- they say they will ship your order within 24hours ( when it is specified- depending on the items you chose) - After 5 days, my order was still pounding. After that, the UPS has been create, but only to stay in their factory for another few days.
After day, the wait wasn't really long but they delivered the package to the wrong address ( i have no doubt that it is UPS's fault, but this didn't add any good to the she inside experience)
2- I tried all the clothes and really had a big laugh. The material is so poor that I didn't know it was possible to look so sh$t. Low prices, low quality you say? But on the pictures the items didn't look anything like what I received.
The shapes were really bad, way bigger than on the pictures ( it was One size items)
Seams coming off, lose treads everywhere...
3 - I then realized that I had to pay for the return - which costs me 35 euros
4 - they received the package 5 days ago but they are still telling me they didn't.
5 - I wrote some reviews for the soothes that i bought and of course, they did not approve them.
Why would you have a review option if you don't validate the bad ones?
I am really starting to think that all the ppl who posted good reviews have been " bought " somehow by the website ( discount, free stuff, free shipping maybe?)
My experience with she inside was absolutely terrible and I will never buy in this website ever again, and you shouldn't either if you don't want to waste your money and your time.

I will start off by saying, I placed 3 orders from here over the course of 2 months and things went perfectly fine. December 12 I "PRE-ORDERED" a coat from their site. That's when you order it before they get it in stock for a small discount. They give you an exact date of when it will arrive at their warehouse and the date it will be shipped out. My coat was supposed to ship out on December 19. After reaching out several times to find out what was going on, my coat finally "shipped" on JANUARY 6. I paid for Express Shipping, which is when you get everything in 3-7 business days. As of January 12, I have been tracking the package based on the information provided and it still says "Shipping Information Received", which means... it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I've reached out several times asking for a refund of JUST the shipping fees since it's not Express, and they keep offering me 40% off my next order. Like I'm going to order from them again. IN ADDITION, while I was waiting for my coat, I made another order right before Christmas, with the same Express Shipping. This dress, supposedly, shipped out on January 6, based on the tracking information they gave me. YET ALSO had the same "Shipping Information Received" until yesterday. I also, asked for JUST my express shipping fees to be refunded and they keep offering 40% off. PLEASE NOTE, my original coat FROM DECEMBER still has not moved, nor is in transit and they are not helping.
UPDATE 2/3: Shortly after this post both of my package were finally shipped out and delivered on 1/18. They also agreed on refunding my "Express Shipping" costs for one of the orders. I will say, when my coat and dress finally arrived they were awesome. Great quality and I've been getting a ton of compliments on them.

I didn an order for my honeymoon last August and out of nowhere the CS asked me to cancel the order and get refund with is so wired from online selling website and cause am stupid customer I did another bulk deal for 14 pieces and I expect you treat the bulk deals way different cause I worked my whole life in sales and I know how the CS should be. First they shipped one item cause it's already in the US warehouse and informed me there's one item not ready and gave me the choice either to cancel or send the other items right away and wait for this to be ready and done. I asked to send the rest of items right away cause am going back home by end of October for like 4 months and depending on my shopping through you gain cause am so stupid and now they are telling me oops it's another item not ready do you want to cancel! And my order is divided into 3.1st package the one not ready. 2nd the one that is shipped already and 3rd one with the 12 pieces and processing. Guess what your smart CS is telling me that the 1st one is ready and waiting to be shipped and the 2nd one shipped and the 3rd one which is the biggest amount is under processing and not ready now. And he's asking me to cancel if I want while another ticket is like I heard you wanna cancel. What's wrong with your company as long as you aren't qualified to shop on time and to the Us or even not qualified to satisfy your customer to an extent the best solution you have is to cancel the orders which failure big time. In a chat with Kevin on June 5th, I was advised "Due to some problem in our factory, recently thousands of orders are inundating our factory, there might be some delay, sorry for that, we will urge our relevant department to send your order asap"
In a chat with Eva on June 8th, I was told that the reason for the delay of shipment was due to too many "bestsellers" in my order.
The way the representatives communicate via email and chat is ridiculous! I just want my items if it is claimed to be "too late" to cancel. There aren't anymore tickets that I can open without being completely frustrated with this company.

I ordered a dress, a shirt, a skirt, a belt, and a pair of sunglasses. All my items fit just fine, and were very comfortable. The dress was a bit thin, but not so thin that I need to wear anything underneath it. The shirt was a thicker material. I expected it to be cotton, but it was a different material that was a little strange, but I actually liked it. The sunglasses came in their own case and were really good quality! One thing I really liked was that the lenses were actually really dark, and since I'm pretty sensitive to bright lights, I was very pleased with that, since sunglasses usually aren't dark enough for me to feel like enough light is being blocked out. The belt was also really good quality and packed in a way that ensured it wouldn't get twisted or bent. The skirt was very cute, though my only complaint was that there was no hem on it, and the cut wasn't perfect. Because of the way it folds though, the cut wasn't very noticeable. I just have to be careful when I wear it lest it fray.
The only problems with shipping that I had was once my order arrived in America and was in the incompetent hands of Fedex. It got to the U.S. in about a week, which is pretty fast considering they're based in China. However, I don't understand why they use Fedex instead of a company like UPS, which is much more efficient and doesn't bring your items within an hour of where you live only to ship them halfway across the country before finally delivering them.
One other thing I actually liked (though some might find inconvenient for the purpose of washing) was that the items did not have tags. I abhor tags, so I was pleased to see that I wouldn't have to deal with constant itching.
I am very DISAPPOINTED to say that my first order with this site is a BAD EXPERIENCE.
When i was shopping the site proposed me to add one more item into my basket, so that I pay more than 100 $ and get a free express shipping, which was supposed to be maximum in 8 working days. So for that reason i added one more item, only to get the express shipment. A confirmation email was send to me saying that maximum in 7 working days I would have an update. After 9 working days i did not received any update and most important i did not received yet my order. The site answered to my question by saying that i should know that this is a busy season and that they are still PREPARING my order. They do not even said when I will eventually get it, but only that it wont arrive next week either and when they will have news the will inform me by an email and that I also should wait patiently. They also proposed me a 25% discount as a compensation so that i shop more.
So the promised maximum 8 working days became already at leas 14... and possibly more.
Now I have to by one more red dress as I actually ordered in only becouse of a special ocasion for the next week. Excellent!
Definitely i cannot recommend this site for shopping, bad service and most important their official statements are simply not true.
PS.
The customer service agent tried to help and did what was possible for him to do, no complains what so ever about the agents job, they are trying to do their best. All the complains and the bad review is addressed directly to the company administration.
Also it is not possible to place a negative comment on the site, they do not upload them.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
