I regularly upload my designs to cafepress, and have made at least three...? Maybe four orders from them, and have yet to encounter anything disastrous. Every time I ordered from them (I chose the cheapest shipping available), my products arrived before the estimated delivery time.
Between all my orders, I have purchased three shirts. Each one was of good quality. The fabric was nice and thick, and the colors of my designs ran true to what they were supposed to look like. I also purchased a mouse pad with one of my drawings on it, and it looked beautiful! The colors were all accurate and the mouse pad was of high quality. I also purchased a notebook to sketch in, and the paper was nice, thick, and smooth. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the page dimensions were a little weird and it was kind of narrow for what I'm used to sketching in. Nonetheless, I still filled the entire thing. The other product I have purchased from cafepress are mini buttons. These, I do take some issue with. The pin on the back of the buttons was poorly constructed in such a manner that they often fell of of my school lanyard. I have bought four or five mini buttons (four, I think), and two of them had the plastic cover not all the way sealed by the metal back. From the pictures on their website, you can tell that the larger buttons have a different back and have the standard pin, so it seems that the quality problem (at least with the pin part) is only with the mini buttons, so I don't recommend buying those.

As a designer on their website, I find the variety of products a bit lacking compared to sites like Zazzle, but their design interface for putting my designs on products is the most efficient one I have come across.

Alright so I ordered two shirts and a skirt from Romwe. Despite being shipped from China and paying for the cheapest shipping available, my order arrived in 12 days from the day I placed my order, so I was very pleased with the shipping.
One of the shirts I ordered was very nice quality, though it did smell a bit funky (nothing a wash couldn't take care of, of course). The skirt was also pretty nice, though I thought the fabric would be a something more like cotton based off of the picture, but it was a bit of a thicker, stiffer material, but it's not big deal to me. The second shirt I got was a good bit different from the way it looked on the site. I figured it would be some kind of sheer material, but it ended up being kind of like the inside of a sleeping bag, and the fit was really weird. I figured out that the way they had positioned the shirt in the picture was done in such a manner that it looked different from how it would look on a real person, no matter the body type. The fit was pretty weird too, as the fabric had absolutely zero stretch, yet was completely straight on the torso, leaving it really baggy around my stomach and really tight on my hips, considering I'm pretty curvy. It was a one-size shirt, but even on someone with a slim, non-curvy frame, it would probably look like a tent. So yeah, not too crazy about that shirt, but the other shirt was absolutely awesome and I like the skirt as well!

One feature I wish they had was an option to review a particular piece of merchandise, because I may have been able to see that the fit of the shirt was different than what the picture made it look like and I would have bought something else.
Another thing I was disappointed in was the lack of free shipping, as every other online clothing shop I have purchased from has free shipping.

I ordered a dress, a shirt, a skirt, a belt, and a pair of sunglasses. All my items fit just fine, and were very comfortable. The dress was a bit thin, but not so thin that I need to wear anything underneath it. The shirt was a thicker material. I expected it to be cotton, but it was a different material that was a little strange, but I actually liked it. The sunglasses came in their own case and were really good quality! One thing I really liked was that the lenses were actually really dark, and since I'm pretty sensitive to bright lights, I was very pleased with that, since sunglasses usually aren't dark enough for me to feel like enough light is being blocked out. The belt was also really good quality and packed in a way that ensured it wouldn't get twisted or bent. The skirt was very cute, though my only complaint was that there was no hem on it, and the cut wasn't perfect. Because of the way it folds though, the cut wasn't very noticeable. I just have to be careful when I wear it lest it fray.

The only problems with shipping that I had was once my order arrived in America and was in the incompetent hands of Fedex. It got to the U.S. in about a week, which is pretty fast considering they're based in China. However, I don't understand why they use Fedex instead of a company like UPS, which is much more efficient and doesn't bring your items within an hour of where you live only to ship them halfway across the country before finally delivering them.

One other thing I actually liked (though some might find inconvenient for the purpose of washing) was that the items did not have tags. I abhor tags, so I was pleased to see that I wouldn't have to deal with constant itching.

I've ordered from this site twice now. The first time I ordered from rosegal, I ordered a very cute swimsuit. I took about a month to get here, but I wasn't exactly surprised, considering I used flat rate shipping and it was shipped from China. The swimsuit got here just fine and was of good quality and I love it!

However, my second order has not gone so well. I ordered two pairs of pants and a shirt on August 6th. The pants read as being shipped out to the U.S. as of August 8th, and it has not been updated since. I didn't even realize the shirt had not been a part of that order until on September 5th when another line popped up saying the shirt had been processed. I don't know if the shirt was out of stock or what the heck happened, but a month of processing is ridiculous. Anyways, that one reads as having been shipped to the U.S. on September 9th. As of today, September 15th, I have yet to receive anything, and both shipments have not been updated as having been received by any company in the U.S. I sent them an email questioning whether or not my order had been lost or something, but apparently they don't consider anything lost until it hasn't arrived after 60 days? At this point I'm counting down until it's been 60 days so I can email them again and try to resolve this issue (though based off of these reviews, I'm worried that I won't be able to).

UPDATE: It's now September 28th, and still no updates about my items. One really weird thing I noticed was that on the page for my orders, the link to track my order directed me back to my orders page, and not the shipping company's website. It's a good thing I had already bookmarked the shipping company's website or I wouldn't have had any way of accessing it.

UPDATE: It's now October 17th, and the pants I ordered actually arrived last week. I'm quite happy with them (aside from the fact that they took over 2 months to get here), and though one pair was a bit tight, they still fit. I'm still waiting for the shirt, so fingers crossed that it actually shows up. Rosegal sent me a message prior to the pants arriving offering to totally refund the pants, though now that they've showed up, I don't know if they'll follow through with that, despite the fact that they took so long to ship. Meh, oh well. I got my pants.
I guess what I really don't understand is the shipping time. I mean, with every other website I've ordered clothes from, I choose the free shipping option, and it never takes this long. At most, it takes two and half to three weeks, even with delays, even shipping from China. A lot of the products Rosegal offers on their site look absolutely adorable, but it's just not worth it if I have to wait THIS long for them to get here. If Rosegal really wants to compete with other online clothes shopping websites, they really need to do something about the shipping time.

Update 1/8/16:
Following the arrival of the pants, Rosegal instead offered to refund the shirt, which, almost three months later, has still yet to happen. I actually forgot about it for a while so I just now sent them another message asking where the refund is, so hopefully they reply soon. (The shirt never arrived)

Update 2021:
I forgot I wrote this review, but I figured I should wrap it up. They did respond and say that they refunded me, but there was nothing in my account statement on either my bank account or PayPal showing that they had. At that point, I gave up. Now, I probably would have filed a claim with PayPal or my bank account to get the money back. The missing items never arrived.
I also noticed something really strange on a different review site for Rosegal's profile. Someone had left a glowing review, with my name. My first name is very uncommon, and my last name even more rare, and I would be genuinely shocked if another person had both my first and last name, and had also purchased something from Rosegal and gone to the trouble of leaving a review. I am pretty sure they are using their customer's profiles to create spoofed accounts to leave positive reviews. Extremely concerning both as a matter of privacy/security, and as a matter of site/brand integrity.

Tip for consumers:
If you do order from them and the link to track your shipment is not working, here it is:

Alternatively, just buy from straight from Taobao through a reputable courier service. You can find the same products/clothing for wholesale price. You'll still have to pay more for shipping and pay a commission, but the significantly cheaper wholesale price of clothing/products offsets those additional costs.

Products used:
The only thing I still have from Rosegal is the swimsuit I originally purchased. The pants I got were cheap and much smaller than they were supposed to be. I actually found one of the pairs of pants on Taobao with a completely different size chart that was accurate to the size I purchased from Rosegal (indicating the size I bought would not fit), unlike Rosegal's size chart. I'm well aware of the general rule to order two sizes up in Asian sizing, but even with that in mind the pants would have been the wrong size because their size chart was wildly inaccurate. The other pair was more wearable size-wise, but was see-through and made of an uncomfortable material.
