A good 2/3s of these reviews are fake and a cover-up for their terrible "company" service. They're based out of China and USE SWEATSHOPS. If you ever needed to return one of the items you purchased from them, they give you an ADDRESS TO AN APARTMENT IN CALIFORNIA. Someones home? Sketchy. But they'll only give the address to you after you've harassed them constantly for it. Their customer service is all broken English, they probably don't even live in the United States. Also, on ALL of their social media sites, THE PICTURES ARE NOT THEIRS. They advertise their pictures FROM OTHER SITES AND OTHER OWNERS OF THE PICTURES. NONE OF IT IS REAL. They steal, the lie, they manipulate, and most of all, the photoshop the pictures. They remove watermarks from the real owners of the pictures and LEGIT COMPANIES. They make it so it "looks" like their products, which is most certainly isn't, and then advertise it as their own. If they're called out on it, THEY JUST DELETE IT. No apologies to the real owner of the picture, no explanation; they just delete it like the never did it. Whoops I guess? Do not buy from them. The sizes run small because it's all from China, the customer service is non-existent, the clothes are even poorly made with cheap material, and they steal. Do you want to purchase from a company like this? Your risk I guess.

This company are a joke, the size guide is ridiculous, I could get 3 of me in each small or xs dress apart from 1 small dress that I couldn't even get over my head! Online chat gets resolved with them cutting you off if they don't like what you are saying, there is no UK address to return to, their dresses are heavy, I have 8 to return to an overseas address which will cost more than my order. Facebook site doesn't reply, no emails get delivered. As far as I am concerned the company is mis selling it's goods under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Could I ask Chandan D how much her postage was? As a last resort I will return to Belgium but am now worried if she hasn't received her refund.
I didnt get my complete order, sizes were wrong, material is cheap, tried to return for 10 days straight and nobody picks up phone nor answers email!

The first time I ordered from Sheinside, it took them about 3 weeks to get here. Of course I was extremely pissy about it. After being anxious for so long and not get it when they give u a time frame, I can no longer wait and put it aside. (Hence: stuff from China usually takes that long to arrive.) Anyhoo, the second time I ordered well over 100 bucks just to get the free express shipping and to my surprise, it actually arrived sooner than expected. 10 days to be exact. 10/31-11/10. DHL DELIVERY. All items were as pictured. The quality of all my shirts were good. There weren't any washing instructions or even a brand tag on most of the shirts. Kinda weird. Lol. Well, I washed them in my washer, but on hand wash setting and luckily the shirts didn't shrink at all. I did not use the dryer, just to be on the safe side. Some of my shirts did have a very tiny tag below that said, "dry clean only." I didn't wash those of course. Every piece I washed were hung dry. Anyways, I don't believe all reviews on here are fake. I do believe everyone like myself, who didn't get their orders AS EXPECTED were very frustrated. Especially if it was an item as a gift or for an important event. What makes it worse is when they added a false advertisement that said," ships within 24 hrs!" Haha! Other than shipping weren't AS EXPECTED, their clothings are very trendy and affordable. Qualities are good. Most clothings are one size tho. Made for a typical Asian. Lol. So definitely make sure the measurements fit you. If you're patient and are willing to wait it out for affordable trendy pieces with good qualities... shop here. HOPE THIS HELPS!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
