I had a £65 parcel delivered while I was in hospital. Evri took a photo showing the parcel in his hand at my front door, but posted a note to say the parcel was put into the yellow bin, not the place he photographed it! My partner checked the bin when getting back from work and it had been emptied by bin men. I contacted shein with photographic evidence of all of this who told me they could not refund and to contact Evri, which I did and they told me to contact shein for a refund, shein then told me to contact the bank and file for a chargeback as they couldn't do anything. I did this and weeks later after a ridiculous amount of messaging between myself/shein and myself/bank, shein DECLINED the banks request for a charge back! The bank have offered to take the case to arbitration. I made shein aware of this who asked me to see the whole conversation I had with the bank, then again told me to contact Evri and report it, which I told them I've already done and they messaged me and said contact the bank and file for a chargeback. Now every time I message them on the same conversation they tell me to contact Evri and the bank when I'm clearly telling them that I have already done this and the bank are taking further action against them because they're rejecting the chargeback. I gave them a final chance to refund me before I accept the banks offer to take further action, and they responded telling me to contact the bank… they're clearly not listening to me at all or even reading my messages, they refuse to take responsibility for the parcel and have basically stolen £65 during a financial crisis, and considering the amount of money I spend on there regularly (which is a LOT) this is disgusting customer service! Never had a problem before, don't know what's happened to them lately. I can't even trust them to order from here again after this. I will be taking further action with the help of the bank.

Do NOT shop at this site. I've ordered from them three times, and i've had problems with them twice and they have HORRIBLE customer service. First off, i ordered an item off their "presale" where they offer a special discount price on the item depending on how many units of that item they sell. Thinking that i was getting a deal, i purchased it, but when i was on their site again to take a look, their "retail" price was a lot lower than the "sale" price i had paid for. WHAT A JOKE. And when i received the item, it was of $#*! quality and poorly made that it was extremely uncomfortable to the skin and i do not know how i will be wearing this item. A WASTE OF $thirty. Secondly, they did not ship my second item i had paid for for over a month until i emailed them regarding the shipment. I received the shirt the other day, and the collar of the shirt was stretched out in a really awkward way that it looks horrendous when i wear it. SO i emailed them how i want to return the item and how i refuse to pay for the shipment back since it was their fault of not providing me of proper quality. LOL bull$#*!, all they're saying is how they're sorry, and how the stretched out collar isnt that big of a deal, when i paid $twenty for it and i can get a legit proper shirt at a store for that price, but if i want to return the item i need to pay for shipping back or i can just keep it. THIS SITE IS A $#*!ING JOKE. STAY THE $#*! AWAY.

My package has "been at the local courier" according to the Shein site since May 24th. FedEx is still showing Estimated delivery pending and that just a label has been created but they have not received the package. I actually got a response from Shein on Instagram and they're putting all responsibility on FedEx, saying they're experiencing delays. They also said my estimated delivery date is June 15 which is Monday (no idea where they got this information from), it's currently Saturday and my package has yet to arrive at FedEx so clearly that Monday delivery date is inaccurate. They also said in the message that I should give an additional 2-5 business days after the estimated delivery date... in other words what they're saying is all a bunch of nonsense. The FedEx site says the package will be shipping from California, I am in Florida, however I have received other packages via FedEx from California from other companies with no delay. I have ordered from Shein in the past and got my packages in a fairly timely manner but this is ridiculous. They're just passing the buck and putting the blame on FedEx... I believe Shein is quickly marking packages as shipped so people are not able to cancel and request refunds (my order was placed May 13th and marked as shipped on May 14th) however they're not actually shipping items for weeks after they claimed they have. There's really no other explanation or excuse for such long delays when the items are supposedly already in the US. It does not take 22 days for a package that is supposedly at a carrier in California to get to Florida. It is also disgusting that they're using the Covid situation as an excuse and to their advantage to cover up their bad business practices. At this point I will never purchase from Shein again and will advise everyone I know not to either. I don't even want these items anymore and would just like a refund. My next step is contacting my bank and filing a dispute.

I started to order from this company last year, and it started fine, however, since then, ive waited and waited on an order for over a month, chasing it all up with them, then having to cancel the order and then be refunded. I decided after awhile I would try them again as one bad experience doesn't mean it would be bad again, however now I placed 2 different orders... the 1st one received 2 of the tops in the items I received don't fit/sit properly so I sent in a ticket to be relied by customer service on how I go about exchanging these items. The 2nd order I received is a beautiful dress, however it is far too small and the braclet I also ordered was also far too small and chunky. Again I sent in a ticket to be emailed back that they wouldn't accept the braclet to exchange due to their return policy and instead of me sending back the dress, how about a 25% discount off the next order! Now for 1... I checked their so called return policy, and all it states is they wont do a return for jewellery etc, no reason... nothing! A policy is suppose to state facts! Being unhappy with this product and have only tried it on and put it back in its package... what is the reason for not exchanging it! Secondly, why would I keep the dress I ordered if it doesn't fit! Do they really think a 25% discount off another purchase when im so %#^$%&*%^&* at the moment would help? They're lucky if I ever purchase from them again! As far as im concerned their customer service is horrible! Now I have to wait for more responses to tickets just to get anywhere with a simple issue with a simple solution! Will not be recommending to anyone I know!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
