I bought 3 dresses, they came pretty quick, in about a couple weeks, You know the saying you get what you pay for?... that's exactly right. Very thin material,. Very cheap. Felt like something that came from a dollar store table cloth. I tried ironing one, for only a second it melted a hole in the material instantly. And if you are not careful putting them on you literally hear the stiching pulling out. There was 20 dollars down the drain. But the styles are cute. And the service is fast. I got a lot of complements on it.

I ordered from this site 2 weeks ago... my shipment is still "processing" I have emailed them twice since it said it would be shipped out max in 7 days. Both times they said the same thing that I picked a best seller and they would let me know when it was ready. Aka they didn't do anything. Very annoyed because I was planning on wearing one of the outfits for Christmas but now I know that it won't be here in time. Also annoyed because they have some cute clothes and decent prices. But I would rather pay more and actually receive my items

The items I ordered came within a week and a half, which is great and were pretty good quality. Initially, I had problems with my order as a result of being bombarded with duty fees which I did not account for at the time of checking out. However, if you refer to their fine print it does mention that you may receive duty fees and taxes depending on your country; so please refer to your countries rules before purchasing in order to avoid this.
Upon discussing this issue with the reps at Sheinside, they were very helpful and replied emails very quickly. Overall, good customer service and good quality in a timely manner.

I have never had this bad of an experience with any clothing websites, EVER. I ordered my 2 items almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back about shipping. This site is complete and utter BS. I have not even bothered to contact customer service after reading all year reviews, considering I only spent $30. Not worth the hassle in my opinion. I assume, if I ever get my clothes, they will be horrendous quality and a complete waste of my time.

We ordered from Shein with hopes of keeping the products, HOWever, they fit poorly. We looked up how to return and started the process. Here we are weeks (I mean 2 months) later and we haven't received a refund! We followed the letter of the law and repackaged every item with its corresponding number and NO refund! I'm so angry!
Be careful when you buy from this company because they don't process your returns correctly. They owe me over $70 dollars! They refunded me partially. I am so upset, and customer service is the WORST!

I'm so happy to see that they use their own models and photography now, whereas they previously had a reputation for using photos from other retailers which lead to misleading items. It's great to see a company that actually listens to its customers' feedback! Love the prices and quality, I always get compliments when I wear Shein clothing because it's always on trend while not looking like typical clothes found at the mall!
Horrible company, they advertise 40% off your first purchase. When you go to check out and use the 40% off code it says (-40%). You input your credit card and click "continue check out" and it automatically charges your card without any discount! When I wrote to customer service they said anything that is on sale does not count for the discount. That was NOT in their advertisement so I'm sure many people get conned into purchasing items they believe will be discounted. The entire site is "on sale" so they don't ever take 40% off, it's just to get you to think you are getting a deal! What a terrible, misleading company- so disappointed and will never buy from them again no matter how great their clothes are.

DO NOT order from this site. Yes the clothes are a great price but quality is below average. Not to mention I have yet to receive a dress I ordered on October 30,2014. I've spoken with two representatives from this company via online chat and saved both conversations. Both told me my order would be shipped within 2-4 days. Still nothing. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family and anyone on social media to not waste your time with this company. There are plenty of other companies who have better quality clothes for the same price and who ship in reasonable times. Such as Wish.

They have different giveaways going on and each one is stops at a certain point automatically then tells you "invite friends with your link to get.50 cents off off a dollar to reach your goal. I do but then exit the app because it doesn't update it unless i restart the app. I get back on and it goes "here's.30 cents, keep inviting, you're almost there." but then it just continues to lower what I'm getting so I can't even get the stuff they promise. The whole app is honestly a scam to just invite people on to get more sales. Don't waste your time with that trash website/application.

I am stunned by reviews saying bad service. I ordered 2 items. Both were great quality, but one frankly didn't look good on me. I returned, and the process was great. All along the way I got reasonably fast responses to emails. (maybe a day). They can email me less because i go there to browse anyway!
I never know what to get my granddaughters for christmas and birthdays. A friend of mine recommended SheInside' website a couple months ago and I've gotten some great feedback from them. Instead of, "thanks" I'm hearing, "thank you so much grandpa! I love it". I love how easy the site is to use and the prices. The customer service is fantastic; the first time I ordered it took a little longer than it should have. I called in and the representative was able to find out I had entered my address wrong.
I was earlier skeptical of ordering from here. Took a chance. And it was worth every penny. Even though the clothes are priced reasonable, the quality they offer is amazing. Sometimes though there is a delay in shipping. So need to keep following up. But the customer care is very responsive & helpful.

Contacted them and was told " Your order would need another 7-10 working days to process as all the 3 items are not priority dispatching items." In the website shipping info says It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. And now they are saying it will take 3 weeks basically just to process. I know its coming from over seas and I know it will take a bit, but the fact that they falsely state how long its what bothers me the most! It took about 3.5 weeks to get my items (we are not used to waiting that long for anything in the US!) but the items were super cute, and fit like the size guide suggested. I did have one item that smelled sort of funny (sour?) but soaked it and it's fine now. I purchased a dress for my wedding shower and it didn't get here in time so I had to go with something else. Up front shipping expectations would be nice.

I have to say, over just a little over the year, this company has drastically improved in every aspect. Over the summer, I decided to try ordering from here again and I can honestly say that I am impressed. The quality of their products have improved so much. They're basically exactly like something you would buy at Forever 21. My advice is read the reviews. If it's got a lot of good reviews, you're basically safe to order it. Their customer service has also been much more helpful and quick to respond. In one of my orders, I received a defective necklace and immediately they apologized and told me that they would send me a new one. Overall, I'm happy for all these improvements and see a bright future for them!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
