I gave a 1 star review for 4 items When I go online to look? They've changed it to 5 stars. This company is probably using child labour to have such inexpensive products and they quality of the product is terrible. Do not waste your money. Pay more and bypass the return agony.
I ordered here a few times, clothes were okay in quality but I loved how they looked and fit. Overall, my only problem would be the shipping. I never really had a issue with their shipping but it's been a while since I ordered a pair of jeans and it's been stuck in transit with no tracking number. My other package is going smoothly and is arriving on schedule but I'm starting to worry if the jeans got lost or delayed since they are not notifying me about any updates. But besides that, hopefully I'll receive my orders soon. I'd recommend but be aware about shipping risks, always read the product reviews, and for sure check the sizes to avoid getting the wrong one. They all fit differently.

After reading the reviews on sitejabber, I decided to order a couple of dresses, tops & accessories from SheInside and will definitely be a returning customer! Website is super easy to navigate with a HUGE choice of products, really easy to order & checkout via PayPal. Great value for money too (I even nabbed several dresses for under $20)! Discounts are run on most items adding more value & the free shipping is a nice touch. Received my order in good time expecting to "get what I paid for" in terms of quality & cheap prices yet I was extremely impressed by the quality of the clothes. Nice fabric, doesn't look like it will wear out quickly either, simply wash and wear. Customer support was very helpful & quick in their response for the little questions I had.
Overall I would definitely recommend SheInside to anyone in the blink of an eye, for great quality, discounted clothes & fashion accessories. It has now become my go to site for fashion :)

I have placed 3 orders with Shein over the past 6 months or so. It's not Amazon so for those expecting your shein package go to show up 3 days after you order, it won't happen.
My orders come about 3 or so weeks after I place. I'm spending ten dollars on a dress so I really don't care. I've ordered 9 dresses and one top. 2 dresses were not what I expected, material said cotton but it was definitely a poly. Fit was way off on both. I sent them back using the return label. It took about a month but I did get my refund. All in all it's fine for inexpensive clothing. I have some great dresses which I wear regularly so that's a win for me.

I'd give it no stars if I could. The clothes are of poor quality. They con you into free delivery and free returns and then slap you with a massive handling fee. It cost me £32 for my £13 order. Never will buy from then again. Stay away!

The dress arrived after 2 months of waiting and the dress is totally different from the picture. The sequin were so bad that it cut my skin. The colour is totally wrong. It's in a bright cheap looking pink. The zip at the back is not even working because the sewing is so bad that once unzip, the sequin will fall off. Literally short dress as well. The dress is not worth the price. The waiting time is 2 months which is very unacceptable! Poor customer service as well. Sent 3 times emails to chase after my parcel! All they can do is to ask me to check with Royal Mail myself. I will never shop with sheinside again and would not recommend it to my friends too.

Well... here it is March and I have not received a refund for items they received back 1st week of January. I will be giving all the info to my credit card company today. Save your self a headache. These are poor quality clothes and the worst service ever. I can only assume that by holding refunds for a very long time they are manipulating funds, robbing peter to pay paul.

I've purchased from Sheinside several times before and have never had any problems so I'm not sure there are so many terrible reviews here. Shipping does take a while, but the website says it ships from China so naturally it's going to take a few weeks; I was able to track my order the entire time as well. My clothes arrived as expected. I purchased the Blue High Waist Floral Flare Skirt among other things, but the skirt was probably my favorite. The skirt looked like it did on the website and fit perfectly. Every brand has a different way of sizing their clothes so it's important to check their sizes instead of blaming the brand for something not fitting properly. I, for one, will definitely be shopping there again!

I have made many attempts to contact Shein cust svc. No one will answer the phone *******500. They say free return but I've been blocked from making a return label. All outfits are much to small. You get what you pay for I guess. A most Terrible sight. I would only recommend that you run fast and pay a little more than to deal with this awful place.

Ordered items. Didn't stress on how long it would take. Long story short items ended up never needing delivered and were returned to sender. How you may ask? Somehow usps didn't have the right address. (There was no mistake, Shein likely gave the wrong address as it seems from others reviews they purposely do this)
Oh just have them reship it? It's not an option. Because it's sold out. OK why does that matter since I bought my item, the one they just received 2 hours ago.
Maybe they never even had the item. But they got my credit card and my address now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
