Quality is beat

Although prices on here are really great, you pretty much get what you pay for.
I have a few items i'd like to return but reading reviews on returns I may as well just not bother.
All clothing is made in China and is made with such cheap material. Love how everything looks so high-quality on their site but when you receive your clothes they look like a wrinkled garbage bag.

Terrible

Nevermind that the site and promotions are misleading, as most people have mentioned here the shipping is ridiculous. If you spend a certain dollar amount you get free "express" shipping. It is not "express" since they wait a week to even ship it! Even clothes marked "ships within 24 hours"... And that was only after I opened a complaint ticket on their site. Then, the clothes arrive. Now you get what you pay for, but the some of the hems are sewn very messily. One dress was so see thru that you could see the tags. Biggest issue, one of the cutest items had stains all over it. To add insult to injury, when you go to "rate" how they handled your ticket, the rating changes from 1 star, back to 5 stars and you CANNOT change it! So deceptive.

TOTAL SCAM!

I returned my order within their 45 day policy. Refunds take seven days. That was five weeks ago. They won't respond to any of my emails. They just plan on keeping my $123.05. STAY AWAY! Overall rating is -300.

Everything I've ordered from this site has come in looking great. Before you order something just check the size charts and other reviews so you know what you're buying! Thats my only tip. Its good its just slow service

I love that Shein has a large variety of products. It allows you to be able to find basically anything you're looking for. So many people talk about the clothing selection/value but I really enjoy the home related items they have to offer. My order was shipped out not long after placing and is on the way with an expected delivery of next week. This will be my first order! I cannot wait!

If you're looking for affordable, on-trend clothing- Shein is the best! Extreme bargain hunting and freebie finding is my jam, and there are so many items on their website for bottom dollar- you can even get a lot of cute tops for just $4! :)

So Far, So Good!

I decided to try Sheln, after seeing it pop up on my pc everyday. The dresses looked really adorable at an affordable price. Everything I ordered has been really nice and cute, and I am very satisfied. Items arrived relatively quickly, and any issues I've had are easily resolved through the live chat, as they are very helpful. Returns have been easy also. Love this company so far.

Ordered 13 items on 22 May, one item refunded and rest arrived in New Zealand on 1 June. App for tracking orders was really great. Don't trust the photos on the Reds/greys they all seemed allot lighter. I had no sizing issues as I went off measurements not my regular size so sizes ranged from XS to XL and all fit perfectly. As I have a larger bust this was pleasantly surprising as I struggle to shop in stores.

Communication excellent but gmail did try to flag as spam. Got the small refund requested for unavailable item from my wallet within a week.

Update to my review: they contacted me right away after I posted my initial review only to do NOTHING. Didn't fix the issue and only reached out to make it look like they have customer service. Also a heads up the product is real bad, colors bleed, fit is off, poor quality.

I ordered a bunch of things from their website. Once I got the order I realized that the sizing is completely off. I spoke with multiple customer service reps who were not cooperative at all and didn't want to accept the return. One of them just left the conversation half way!
Final thought, I'm never shopping there again and telling all my friends so. They might have saved 20 bucks on me but they are going to lose hundreds on me spreading the word to my friends. So disappointed! Worst shopping ever!

My two orders, which I love, have been delivered since last Thursday, although on tracking it is still saying not delivered yet. I love the two items I purchased but they are too big and I need to return them for a smaller size. Please help. I've tried every way with no success.

I can't respond about the actual clothing because my order still hasn't shipped. Ordered a week ago with express shipping and after talking with an agent, my order still hasn't been "prepared well." Grammatically and logistically it makes absolutely no sense. All I was told is that they hope I can understand but there's no shot it will be shipped soon. Also, the customer service rep was rude and just kept on saying he will cancel my order. I obviously spent time searching the site to pick out items, I WANT THEM. This is literally the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Not sure if the clothes will be worth it.

Reading some of the mixed reviews just wanted to put my two cents in, i have ordered from Shein 3 times so far and have yet to be disappointed in quality or sizing (dresses, bathing suits, lingerie, jewelry). Unfortunately, due to the pandemic shipping is taking much longer ( i can't say how fast it was before pandemic because i only started shipping once it started lol) but i want to confirm for others it can take about 3 weeks to receive and I am in the US. Just be patient guys, you won't be sorry! Yes i gave up on contacting somebody, seems they literally have EVERYthing automated. I cant complain for the price that I pay. Happy Shopping!

Great Experience!

I am a huge Sheinside fan! My ordering experience was quick and painless, especially considering that I barely scratched the surface of my summer clothing budget in doing so. Their prices are great, and I received the items just as described quicker than they projected! I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. Their lace dresses are to die for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves looking stylish while staying in budget.

Great service... I am extremely pleased with my purchase from SheInside, the shipment came quickly and was in the exact perfect condition I expected. I purchased a pair of super cute trouser pants (that fit so great, I may just have to order another), along with a gray floral sweater for Fall, I had been looking all over the internet for something just like it. Their prices are also very affordable. I will definitely use them again, thanks for such prompt service!

Customer care is useless. First of all if you want to return something then you have to sent to back by yourself that is fine since they mentioned it in their policy but they will not refund you money either. I have raised tickets twice but nothing has been done yet, also after 10 days ticket will automatically close whether your issue is resolved or not. Quality is bad too, photographs are just a mirage

Received order fairly soon, however outfit was clearly worn! Sleeves inside out, one half rolled, random buttons unbuttoned, and stained all over! No way to contact customer service! Grrrr! Online says I can print a return label, find a box and then bring it to a post office. I don't have a printer. It feels very inconvenient for your mistake. I need a QR code to just drop off at UPS down the street! Was hoping I'd have a positive experience.

Update: I was finally able to email with them and after a little back and forth they provided the desired QR code for UPS :)

Dresses did not match size measurements on website. After trying to negotiate several times with me a refund of less than half of what I paid, I was promised a full refund, including return postage costs. I returned items and provided a receipt as requested by SHEIN. 8 weeks and over 30 emails later i am still waiting for money to be refunded. Dealing with a different person each email which is frustrating.

The clothes are super cute, I'll give them that but with standard shipping (7-10 days) my package was ordered 6 days ago and the order still says processing. If all these people are complaining about this, I think it's about time they fix the issue wherever it may lie.
