SheIn always has great clothes at pretty affordable prices (some things can be expensive), and as a Canadian shopper, the shipping is relatively quickly and they provide compensation for customs. Would highly recommend!

Having purchased several times, the quality of most items are very low. Almost all fabric is cheap synthetic. Some are sewn improperly. Many are extremely thin and too small for the average American even when following their specific item guidelines. In every order, I've had to return at least two or three items. I will not anymore. Too much of a hassle.

Bought several items, quality is decent for the price but their return policy states that accessories such as belts are not eligible for returns so buyer beware. Now we're stuck with belts that don't fit and no avenue for resolution since their customer service refused to make a one time exception. Definitely won't be buying again.

Then they wanted each item returned in its original bag. But only bar codes on the bags. Check ur first email they sent for descriptions and bar codes. Jerks. They want u to fail and not return this absolute CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!

Product was not what looked like in picture, very very hard to locate on internet to request refund. Phone number for customer service is not connected. Finally went thru PayPal and made complaint. Received a partial payment as they adjusted price of product. Withheld $1.99. No it is not a lot but principle of situation. I jumped thru every hoop to insure a refund. They have over 2000 reviews. If everyone of them were deducted 1.99 that is…almost 4000. 00 they kept. Will NEVER deal with this company again

When i opened the package i thought immediately this is going back but then tried it on and was pleasantly surprised.
Staff here are normally very friendly! I absolutely love this store and its employee! Simply said, if i didn't like this store there is no way i'd come back. But i am a faithful and regular shopper! My son ordered a jacket for his Mom on 12/16. The tracking update via FedEx is that the label has been printed. No other updates. We thought it was sketchy, but took a shot to the jacket she wanted. Should have known better. Probably out the cash too...

Since purchasing, I have read various negative reviews about Shein and one fairly old newspaper article calling it a 'scam', which I do not agree with based on my own recent order. Yes, the order takes a while to arrive and, hence, this retailer doesn't fit the bill if you urgently need a garment for the coming weekend. Yes, returns are not straightforward and cost money. However, the clothes are cheap as chips, the quality of the items I bought is more than acceptable, and my only main grumble was that some leggings were described as "cotton" when they are - in fact - made of a synthetic fabric. And I was able to track the progress of the order online, no probs. Shein is clearly a good place to buy staple items at low cost but to be avoided if you want to buy bundles of clothes to try at home, because you cannot make your mind up, and then send them back! I will definitely order again.
My daughter spent her birthday money buying clothes from this site. They were all too small and the material was cheap. The seams in one outfit didn't even match up. They will not take returns for the products she bought. So, now my 14 year old daughter has no birthday money and poorly made clothes that she cannot even wear!
We will not be ordering from them again and would suggest you don't either. We went by their size chart and NOTHING fit!
This company is a rip off!
They also conveniently do not include a packing list with your shipment.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
