Dresses did not match size measurements on website. After trying to negotiate several times with me a refund of less than half of what I paid, I was promised a full refund, including return postage costs. I returned items and provided a receipt as requested by SHEIN. 8 weeks and over 30 emails later i am still waiting for money to be refunded. Dealing with a different person each email which is frustrating.
