This is the most unprofessional non thorough company I have ever had to use! I placed my order dec 15 and I paid for express shipping. On Dec 30 I haven't received 1 item. I haven't been given any tracking updates just emails about more delays. They used DHL for delivery and their website malfunctions and not useful. Purchased almost all my 10 y/o Christmas gifts from Shein. Safe to say her Christmas is ruined.

I used to love shopping here not anymore. First all your points expire! Then you think you gettin Discount coupon they say they used but believe me it wasn't applied. And they say free shipping but You still end up payin the same amount add your cart up there's really no discount my items I always buy like 300$ then when I get to cart it's like 350.00 so where's the discount? So disappointed won't use this site again after 5 yrs and they changed and even make u pay 9.99 more for a coupon?! But still no coupon!

I bought Christmas gifts in November due to the long shipping times (10-14 days) and then not knowing what USPS will be like. I needed to return items due to getting multiples and things not fitting after Christmas. I tried to return some items and because they have a STRICT 35 day return policy I am stuck with MULTIPLE items now. Not to mention the 35 days starts from the day you order them, not from the time they are delivered. That's almost half of the 35 days just waiting for them to be delivered, so really you only get 10-16 days to return them.

I have only placed on order from SHEIN. The order was for less than $20. After that first order, there have been several orders placed using an automatic payment feature. These orders were canceled by me and reported as fraud. SHEIN refuses to do a refund because they say I have authorized previous orders to the non English speaking person who lives in Orlando, FL...I do not live in Orlando and I only speak English. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEBD SHEIN TO ANYONE. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.

I recently discovered Shein and have made several orders (T-shirts, pajamas, hair clips, cosmetic brushes, etc and recently plastic box organizers). The size charts are hit or miss, the quality of the merchandise is extremely poor (stitching, material (weird odor), the plastic boxes came cracked and lid wouldn't close [they were wrap in 1 layer small bubble wrap and in a plastic bag), and just in, the satin pajamas bled in the wash (I used cold setting) discoloring the whole load. While some stuff is returnable, other stuff is not, EVEN IF IT CAME DAMAGED! One of the plastic containers had something black (bug?) pressed into it. The return process is difficult - you can spend more money in the printing, packing material and gas than the $10, $5 or $2 dollars you are trying to retrieve. And the $30 and $50 orders add up. They suck you in with really nice pictures online, but most of the merchandise doesn't come close to those pictures. There is no customer service, not even a place to e-mail someone online. Also, they change prices quickly - some stuff I ordered and didn't even receive yet, price lowered by 50%, and they do not do price adjustments. I Wish I never found this website.

One of the items was missing in my package and Shein dismissed my claim and said that the item was included……except for the fact that someone opened the package, took the item out, and then resealed the bag. Beware, as Shein will not reimburse you, even though it's not your fault.

My daughter loves the site, so I bought her a $200 gift card for Christmas. Little did I know that half of the items on the site are from third-party sellers and now my daughter can't buy what she wants because the gift card can't be used on those purchases.
If you buy a Shein gift card, you should be able to use it on anything on the site. I should have given her a Visa instead. It feels like kind of a scam.
Shein reached out and rectified my issue and they were super quick, too! I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Super impressed!

I placed 2 orders for Christmas. I wanted to pay for express shipping for both. One let me pay and it got here through FedEx quickly. The other only let me "free" expedited shipping which is a lie. So now Christmas is tomorrow and no package. Good bye SHEIN

I ordered on 12/6/23. Delivery date was supposed to be 12/15/23-12/19/23. It is 12/22/23 and still no package. These were Christmas presents. There is absolutely zero info on tracking. I contacted them on my order with tracking number 1Z*******YW******* and they apologized and I'm supposed to receive points for my inconvenience. RIDICULOUS! I don't want your stupid points I want the stuff I paid for within the time period promised! 3 of my children will not be receiving their gifts because of this company. I order from shein a lot and I just noticed that their default shipping setting is express shipping, meaning you would pay $12.90 shipping each time if you didn't notice it to change it. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical business practice, please fix this. The default shipping setting should be the cheapest/free option, like every other business in existence.

I place an order and I did what I've been told to do for requests shipping company, I request post Canada and urgent, the agent told me everything is finalized and I'm going to receive my package on time well after the week I called post Canada and I told them what happened to my package it's not traceable. If I could give less than 1 star as that would accurately reflect this company. I purchased items and all items in my cart were included that purchase. Today I see that the amount I paid for doesn't reflect one missing item.
It was difficult to reach a live agent as the bot kept wasting my time by trying to force templates that weren't applicable. Secondly, their phone number is a NON working number.
When I finally reached a live agent, I tried explaining what the issue was and her responses were NOT applicable nor was she listening properly. I asked for a supervisor and none was able to speak with me rather they kept sending their templates response. This will be my LAST time using such an unprofessional company who don't care about customer service.

So in may 2023 I ordered 3 lots of clothing I got nothing! I was told several times that they were delivered but no proof. I have been fighting with them since. I got 1 refund & then they sent me a checkmark with REFUND!

I'd give zero for rating. Don't order clothes from this company for a variety of reasons. I was told great clothes. I ordered, paid & got NOTHING! I've been fighting with them for 5 months. I received some money back, a gesture. But the rest? I keep getting form letters from a variety? Of people. I have no faith in people who r named after food, rice, banana lol, etc. This company us not legit! DONT WASTE UR MONEY!
I ordered pajamas for my daughter's wedding day. They unfortunately were way too big. I also ordered three additional pairs of pajamas for my other daughter to wear on the wedding day. The first pair were too big so I ordered two sizes below. Well, they sent two of the same sizes. When checking out on the Shein website there is no way to verify what you are ordering and confirm that it is the correct sizes hence why I ended up with two of the same size. Trying to get in touch with Shein either by phone, chat or email is impossible. The website is definitely not user friendly. So I guess I am stuck with at least three maybe four pairs of pajamas that will probably end up being donated. If you buy from this company, go in with your eyes wide open knowing you may not get what you ordered and if you think you will need to return something, you probably won't be able to. I learned the aggravation is not worth it so I will just stay far away from this company and never order again. It's a shame there is nobody at this company willing to help their customers. Sticking to Amazon. At least I know I can always get a live person if needed and returns are the easiest. Definitely not the case with Shein. I am staying away. Customers, proceed cautiously.

Answer: JUST DONT DO IT! Whatever shipping you choose, even if you want to pay for expedited they tack on 5-7 days of processing before it even gets sent out! They don't mention that until you pay then its a nightmare to cancel and get money back!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
