O M G Due for cremation with my dead sister we sent a jumper to the funeral parlour. Now, this funeral parlour is one of four units in a large space of land and it is at the end and it is HUGE and yuo can't miss it. Address was on the package but not the unit number. You can see the thing from miles away on the road and it definitely DID NOT NEED the unit number, and BTW, there were SIGNS EVERYWHERE for the funeral parlour. Did he leave the parcel for them? No. Couldn't be bloody bothered and said "no unit number on package". Did the guy even read that it was to the funeral parlour? COULD HAVE RUNG ME. COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING. BLOODY DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING LAZY COURIER.

Good Service most of the time.

Mostly parcels picked up by courier please but when aramax has to pick up the parcel then no one turns up and then I cancel the order and send through Australia post.

Would never use this service again, I wasn't home, they left no note to say they had trued to deliver, other couriers leave a note, communication very poor

I have been using Sendle for approximately 6 months for mostly domestic shipments. I was pretty excited when they announced they would be offering international shipping. I have since discovered, they just use normal post, and its VERY slow. I have a shipment picked up from Melbourne on May 25th, to be delivered to India. Its now June 26th, and the shipment has not arrived to my customer. Sendle advertise that the shipment will take 4-12 business days, which is a complete lie. I have requested Sendle to follow up with the shipment, but they tell me there is nothing that can be done. It has been sitting in the post office in India since June 6th. My customer in India is furious. Sendle are telling me to tell my customer to contact the local post office to arrange pick up. My customer has tried this a number of times, and the post office has stated that my customer needs to be patient, when the shipment is 'ready' he will be notified. Sendle have not been helpful, they are just hand-balling off the situation to me and my customer. I have requested for the items to be returned to Australia, so I can ship these through a company who can actually deliver in the promised time. Sendle have stated that they can't do this. I am now at my wits end. I have emailed Sendle numerous times about this. They take over 24 hours to respond to these particular emails - it is quite a coincidence that when I have a simple request, they respond within a few hours. They don't want to deal with the problem.

Ridiculously slow

2nd sendle delivery, second epic FAIL. 2 weeks for a delivery that should take 2 days the first time. 2 weeks and still waiting, the second time. NEVER use this service if you can avoid it!

Really really bad
December 12, 2021

They have caused me to lose business. I run an online store. One parcel it took them a month to pick it up from the drop off point. Required days of waiting on their useless "live chat" to fix it. They have no phone number and this is the only way to get help. Most of the time they just copy and paste generic responses and you can never speak to the same person/robot twice.
Another parcel They claimed to have "failed to deliver" the parcel twice to my customer who was home both days they claimed to have come.
Then I requested the attempt redelivery again and to just leave the parcel with no signature. Instead of doing this they sent it on its way back to me up in Queensland. The parcel has now been back in Brisbane over a week and I dont have have it back. I have had to refund my customer and lost business. I believe they have lost my parcel but won't allow me to claim insurance until they decide its lost. Its been over a month. The also promised to refund me shipping for both of these parcels but I have recieved nothing.
They have cost me good reputation on my store.
They don't tell you when there is an issue. When you have many parcels you send out as I do you don't sit on the computer watching the tracking. It took the buyer contacting me weeks into the issue for me to know about the problem

S4V6Y6B - Sendle driver picked up my expensive gas heater, after I paid delivery fess + extra for insurance cover.
1 week later, no Tracking and no word of heater.
When questioned Sendle (no phone support, but rather incompetent support from overseas call centre), they firstly denied picking up the heater.
When produced security camera footage, they turned around to mention that the parcel was picked up and delivered already.
They updated their tracking manually, but forgot to manufacture the details properly, so they showed that the parcel was picked up from VICTORIA and delivered to SYDNEY in 3 hours.
They finally refused to honour the insurance cover I have paid for.
I am out of pocket total of $700 + hours of frustration and time lost in following this up with no result and no one to answer for that.

DO NOT DEAL WITH SEDNLE, AND SAVE YOURSELF THE COSTS + POTENTAIL LOSSES.

I have always been happy with Sendle their service is excellent their pick and drop-off are always on time.
I wouldn't send any parcel with anyone else and their prices are the best.

ALWAYS RECORD THE ACTUAL TRACKING NUMBER (CPAFXLT...) AND THE ACTUAL COURIER COMPANY IT IS GOING WITH, THIS WAY IF THE PARCEL IS LOST/DELAYED ETC YOU CAN CALL THE ACTUAL COURIER COMPANY DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THE PEOPLE AT SENDLE.! LOL.! EVEN WORKS IF YOU NEED TO CALL THE ACTUAL COURIER COMPANY TO BOOK THE PICK UP IF NOBODY SHOWS UP TO PICK UP THE PARCEL.! :)

Do NOT use this mod if you are not in a major city, or you actually want your package collected.

Parcel has sat now waiting for collection for 5 days. Never again

Placed order on Oct 02. No one come to collect until Oct 09. They still haven't come to collect.

Really sorry to hear that your parcels are still not picked up, Lauren - this is certainly not the Sendle experience we had in mind for you. We had this pickup job raised with our Network and courier managers to identify and address any issues in having your parcels picked up on schedule and facilitate their urgent collection.

My fiance and I hired their service to send 5 parcels interstate in Australia. We were moving and decided to use their service. One week later 4 out of 5 parcel were delivered but the last one, the 5th parcel was delivered at all. The tracking system said thay the parcel was running late but it would be delivered in a couple of days. Two days later I got another email saying that the parcel was damaged but they would fixed that and send the parcel. I tried to contact them and there is not phone to call so the only way was via chat where the assistant told that she would open a investigation to see what had happened.
The investigation took 7 business days and in the end of the investigation they just said that the parcel wasn't found. I open a claim to get the payment from their insurance. So I received an email where anorher assistant asked for a Statutory Declaration with all the content and costs of everything, also signed by a qualified witness. The parcel had all my shoes and some personal items what I described exactlyas they asked. The cost of everything was around AU$ 1600. After sending this to them I received another email saying that the case was approved and they would pay me $100 for the parcel. Basically they lost or probably someone have stolen my parcel and they want to pay this amount as it was enough. That is insane! Does anyone can help me with that?!

I'd leave a zero star rating if I could.
After chasing my parcel which SENDLE took 5 weeks to deliver, within Australia, there was no reason given for the delay despite the sender lodging an investigation.

It was delivered today by COURIERS PLEASE for SENDLE
As usual the driver threw the package containing $87 of product in a glass bottle from my gate onto my tiled porch.

I saw him do it and called out to stop, but he fled. I then lodged my third driver complaint this year, for the same behaviour, with COURIERS PLEASE. There is never any outcome, just excuses and usually a demand for my camera footage.

I was then sent an email from SENDLE asking me to rate them. I did this and tried to submit it and their site refused it indicating I had not filled out 1 box with drop down options. No matter what option I chose it wouldn't accept any, so I couldn't submit my feedback.
I then tried the online chat which also blocked any requests for help or a contact option.

I have camera footage, photos and screenshots of today's dual company substandard service and damage. This time I'm going to see what government department oversees these 2 companies trading in Australia and lodge an investigation.
Avoid using them both, it's a costly time consuming choice.

Terrible experience

In last week only, we had to resend 5 packages with Purolator beacuse the customers were expectimg the packages and were delayed over 10 days or lost.

BOOKING REFERENCE: SN36RH - Booked a collection on Monday 20th April at 10am, for pick up on Tuesday. Tuesday come and no-one turned up. I contacted them immediately, with no response. It's now Friday and package has still not been picked up! I have sent over 10 emails to them and have not received a reply to any of them. They do not have a contact phone that you can call and speak to someone, they use email only. I have booked with Sendle at least 50 times for various domestic courier services, and I always seem to have the same issue when they use FASTWAY COURIERS to transfer package. This was an extremely important package that needed to arrive urgently, but no-one seems to care. DO NOT USE SENDLE WEBSITE TO BOOK ANY COURIER SERVICE, OR FASTWAY COURIERS EITHER.

Ive must of have 4 different occasions where no one shows up to pick up the packages. This is a fake company here in Canada.
