I booked my parcel for pickup on the 18/12, they neglected to do so.
It was rescheduled for the 21/12 I was home all day, parcel was at the front door, they apparently were unable to collect it? So I then dropped it off the the closest drop off point on the 22/12 and now they are saying that they are unable to collect it still. It is literally their job and they cannot do it, please avoid them, I thought I would try them because it was a cheaper option through eBay but they are useless.
I have had a parcel sent on Sendle which was incorrectly address. When I wanted to correct the address I was told that the address could not be changed and the parcel would be returned to the sender. This has taken more than a week and has not been delivered or sent back to the sender. Will I ever see my parcel?
I sent a $170 game console and arrived completely damaged. Was well packaged. When I filed a claim, directly they told me that I shouldn't use their service for valued products and was my fault (beside that they did an investigation where they consider that a ps3 used slim cost $400 in 2021 and was too expensive to send with them). Never heard that excuse before to the point to tell me to use another 3rd party service.
Sendle comes to my door to pick up my packages. And their rates are better than other couriers, so I am saving money 2 ways. Their delivery times in Canada are ultra-fast and to the USA the delivery times are good.
Takes 6 days to deliver an envelope within Brisbane (5km door to door). Then 2 days before you can raise a complaint about it. Yep, 8 days + for an envelope to travel 5km.
The "manage my parcel" feature is a joke - it shows a cute lil truck driving driving driving for 8 days - there is no real information and the website basically says "don't contact us".
As obviously one could walk 5km in an hour, I don't know where that truck is going.
But I know I'll be going elsewhere anytime I have to send anything anywhere. Even Auspost is better.
Sendle use 3rd party not their own staff. At times the 3rd party are totally useless. Recent pickup took 3 attempts and a week for success. The pickup driver of the 3rd party was awful just drove in and through without even getting out of van. Shocker!
This is the worst courier service in Melbourne! Had to collect from the depot after wasting over a week with failed deliveries by incompetent delivery personnel. No customer service number to call them and very poor customer service on the Chat service. I have no words to describe my frustration with them. PLEASE DO NOT USE!
This company caused my alot of headache delays and confusion in delivering my parcels within Canada. They schedule a pickup in a day and they don't come, they come next day instead and they don't call you to let you know they are here to pick up the parcel. They don't leave notice. They don't have a customer service number in Canada, just chat on the website. I don't recommend it.
Disappointed that my package still has not been delivered. Picked up early Thursday morning and Sunday afternoon it is still not delivered. A regional package in the same. Pick has been delivered. Very disappointed!
The parcel that was sent to me was marked FRAGILE, and the deliverer stuffed it into a small letter box, damaging the parcel. To complete a successful delivery, the driver would come up the set of stairs and deliver to front door, as other delivery companies have done. This leads me to believe the delivery person was lazy.
Hopeless. Wouldn't deliver my parcel because the address was a post office (where I work). It wasn't addressed to a PO box, a Parcel Locker or a locked bag, which they obviously can't deliver to. When I contacted them, the "Customer Happiness Champion (seriously?), told me my parcel would be re-delivered. It's now on its way back to the sender. Not happy.
Once the package was picked up I did not get confirmation of the pick up. It was days of wondering if the package would be delivered.
Once it was delivered I got a confirmation email. The only piece missing was the pickup confirmation- otherwise it was GREAT!
Organised for collection of my parcel on the 9th of March 2020. Delivery was from Sydney to Perth. Parcel was never delivered to site and was instead dropped at a 'hubbed location'. No card was left at the delivery address, contrary to what Sendle have advised. Have been chasing up the return of my parcel for nearly TWO MONTHS. Today being the 4th of May 2020. They have also not responded to my emails asking for updates, so I have no idea where my package even is.
Disgusting excuse for customer service.
Have tried Sendle many times over the years and am always quickly disappointed. There has been no improvement at all and their servies are becoming more expensive. Extremely slow deliveries, high volume of order errors and only an email based service team to resolve said issues causing massive delays. Look after your customers and your business's reputation and DO NOT USE SENDLE.
I booked a pick up service for 23-Nov and today is 30-Nov and still no one is showing up. I talked to customer service for 5 times and every time they told me the same thing that they escalated the issue and someone will come the next day but nooooo. No one ever showed up. Unbelievable
Apparently attempted delivery at a medical centre x2 (which was open from 7am- 7pm.
After 2nd "failed attempt" contacted Sendle, to enquire- no resolution. I requested them to ask driver to call me. No attempt. Since then, using the useless widgets +- emails on their website are non-responsive
They've now said they can't REDIRECT (because I'm no longer going to be working at that workplace for the next 2 weeks, and need the parcel for a trip in 2 days time. (NB, this was ordered 3-4 weeks ago)
Parcel was scheduled for delivery 11 August. Only travelling from one side of Melbourne to the other. Late in the evening checked tracking delivery as it hadn't arrived. Message pops up "Undeliverable". Due to Covid-19, there were 3 people home all day! No one saw or heard any attempted delivery! I believe that their claim that delivery was attempted is total BS!
Their tracking web site is next to useless! Especially on an Android device!
Because of the courier's inefficiency, I won't be using the vendor I did again!
I have had two parcels damaged in transit recently. I ship with Sendle regularly and all my parcels are well packed. One of the damaged parcels looked like it had been driven over. The contents in both packages were damaged beyond use. With the second parcel, it took two weeks to get a response from Sendle, then over another week to get the matter resolved. Instead of a sincere apology, I was patronising chastised for not providing adequate packaging, even though that was demonstrably not the case. I reimbursed for the damaged parcels, but I was made to feel that Sendle was doing me a favour for doing so, and that I shouldn't expect that again. It's really not good enough.
They claim they are customer service champion. It's a big bull$#*!.
They have 2 pick up guarantee, but everytime they failed to pick up they blaim you and say the parcel is not ready to be picked up.
When they lost your parcel, they will put you into complicated procedures. You can only claim your lost within 20 days after estimated arrival. But every time you ask where the parcel is after it passes its estimated days, they always tell you that the parcels are still on track only delays.
Yet few days after, you asked again and turned up an investigation which takes 10 more days, waiting for investigation to be conducted takes another 10 days, so it means there is no way they pay your lost items regardless the resulof the investigation.
Think twice using this company.

Answer: Impossible to get hold of customer service. No phone numbers and they don't respond to emails despite sending an automated response to say they will be in touch.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
