Amazone est une multinationale Qui s'enrichit par le vol.
Leur système est de voler les vendeurs En fermant leur compte et Ne restituant pas les fonds vendu par ses sociétés ils ont aussi un procédé ils prennent des frais pour les ouvertures de compte qu'il n'ouvre jamais.
Par la suite les comptes sont fermés et des robots répondre aux différents mails des plaignants sur lequel il n'y a jamais de réponse il est temps de faire une action collective contre Amazon Car leur enrichissement est uniquement basée sur le vol.

I dont consider starting a business with Amazon they dont tell you if you change your mind after 3 days you lose your money and when they make a mistake they punish you for it they shut my account down without me knowing thats when they figured out my account wasn't being charged so I asked for my money back and thats when they tell me about a 3 day policy my account clearly didn't make any money and they complained about the sessions being free I didn't learn anything but a waste of time they expect you pay 995 or morer depending on package one time fee to start and 299 a month for coaches call and not completely understand what to do to get products you get 30 minutes every other week its a luck thing I must admit I talked to the support team and I thought we had resolved closing the account

Deactivated my account

I have spoke to 3 people from Amazon now and it's the same thing. It's the computer algorithm fault not mine but still waiting and waiting for there error to be fixed. Best part is my money is on hold this whole time and it's nothing I did wrong. I will stop using Amazon for sales and purchase now. Only way to get them to change is to stop using them

Avoid selling on the platform. Amazon is getting worst. 15% commission is too much. FBA process refunds quickly by screwing over sellers. Buyers scams sellers by requesting refunds soon. They return things as rentals. FBA doesn't reimburse "Late by carrier" buyers return and refuses to accept fault for it. When printing out payment to see about income, FBA took chunk of those expenses.

Worst site to sell on, so closing seller account. Closing account is a nightmare, because Amazon claiming that I owe a non-existing balance. I haven't sold in awhile and removed inventory. Seller support is useless to sellers by not providing answers. Seller support give lazy worthless automated messages. Amazon shouldn't make closing selling account this difficult using dumb 90 days since last sale, which cause buyers generate more return scams.

Seller Central is absolutely terrible. The support is subpar at best. You can only open a ticket with first-line support who then creates an internal ticket for which you have zero visibility into resolution or progress. Support is also not set up or appears to have any process for addressing larger issues, such as FBA team consistently losing product that is shipped in. Second, FBA proves that Amazon's business model is not scalable. Out of 10 shipments, 6 inbound shipments will have lost product. The worst was 250 units out of 800. Seriously, how do you lose half a pallet? Simple, the product isn't checked properly at the warehouse. On top of that, you have to go through this lengthy and tedious process to submit a claim despite the fact that an Amazon carrier already confirms the total quantity and weight on pickup. Also, it appears Amazon has these stringent performance requirements on sellers but does not hold themselves accountable for the same requirements. We consistently deal with longer than usual check-in times, lost product, longer than usual resolution times for Amazon mistake, etc. Once a new platform becomes available that replaces Amazon. Amazon will surely disappear into the sunset...

Very Very poor response from the help team, they just make us roam around from link to link, but could never give us a proper response
Even after closing my seller account a subscription fee was being charged from me for altogether different market place which had no connection with my account (I was working with US and JAPAN charged me with a fee of Rs. /-(INR) which had no explanation, and when I contacted the help line, they told me that "AMAZON.COM" cant handle the support for Japan market place so I better contact them for my query, and FUNNILY the Amazon JP can't even identify me as a user let alone seller, and it just denies even identifying me as a user
If I don't even have access to a seller account at the Japan market place, they who gave them the right to credit money form my BANK ACCOUNT?
Seriously fed up with their irresponsible behavior. While looking at their steps as to how to sell at amazon, they make it look as if it is a cake walk, but in to be precise, I would like to use as word such trap. Like Amazon just credits money from my bank account when and where they need and I have a no say in this (maybe it would be understood if my sellers account was active, but even after closing my account i have to go through all this crap and mental tension not to mention my time waste).
And above all, I don't even get a response regarding my money refund.
Really terrible experience
Wouldn't recommend anyone for this

These mother$&*&%*&^s are the worst support you could ever possible get. It's better to get no support because this would save you time.
I've been trying to change the title of my ads it's taking 3 weeks to get this to change and still NOTHING. My products were bulk imported incorrectly and now they are being falsely advertised and are misleading. Amazon is OK with this, they have no concerns with the buyers or worse the seller. Whats worse is the robots who repond to you concerns with a completely different solution to the problem you are NOT having. F U AMAZON.

Amazon has really changed over the years. Used to be, you could pick up the phone and call them to take care of any issues. Now, they are matrix driven (ever notice your dashboard?) and whatever data goes into the matrix is what they go by. We have been sellers for just under 20 years. Just a week or so ago we got a policy violation through the dashboard for selling a used book as a new one. We have never done that and we never will! The violation was very vague and when we asked for details to take care of it no information was given. We were told to file an appeal. An appeal? I don't remember going before a judge/jury... we didn't. We were told it could result in account deactivation. We appealed 4 times and each appeal was declined. Then, just a day or two ago we got a violation for a banned book. We haven't had that book for a couple years (Amazon had it at the same time!). The human element is gone. All they look at are the stats. By the way, we never received one customer feedback for selling a bad/used book. Our customer reviews are 100% for close to the last year. And yet we are supposedly guilty. Part of the appeal is to check off on a list of what you think (yes, what you think) you did wrong. With no actual complaint or purchaser feedback how do you do that? We did it four times and each time it wasn't the correct one. Finally, my wife checked every possible crime (I used the word crime on purpose. That is how they will treat you). That really did it. They quit responding to us at all. Customer service will not help, I have had a chat with them and sent several messages. They have the attitude that you work for/belong to them. Amazon, you will soon be deactivated by us! Good riddance. For what it is worth I did file a complaint with the BBB. Maybe a real person will contact me for that.

If you want to loose money go and open a store on Bezos domain.
The most piece of $#*! service you can get.
They return money from your account with no evidence at all.
On Amazon you can say anything about a product and they return the money to the buyer.
They actually steal money and refund after 6 MONTHS for the stupid reason "it's not what I ordered"
Really you needeed 6 months to find out.
If I can put -5 star I will.
AMAZON SUCKS!

I registered an Amazon Seller account very long time ago. When I tried to login recently, it told me that my account was disabled for inactivity. So I contacted Amazon's support over the phone, and they told me that I have to create a new seller account with a different email just to be able to submit a support ticket to unlock my old account!

This is absurd, but I decided to do it anyway. I clicked the link they sent me to open a support ticket. It takes me to a login screen. I clicked the "Register Now" button on the login screen. And during the sign up process, it did not tell me anywhere that I will have to pay monthly charges. And the next day, I found that they charged CA$54.12 to my credit card. When I called them to request a refund, they said they can only add it to my account balance and not refund it to my credit card. And to withdraw my account balance, I have to provide my bank account information and Social Insurance Number. So they are basically blackmailing me to give them more personal information when they can simply refund my credit card.

Total disaster, if you call them you arrive somewhere in India with a bad connection and the have most of time 90 procent of the time no idea what the issue is and how to solve it...

If i have a choice i will give amazon less than 1 star for how they treat sellers.
Extremely high fee for selling as well as charges.The seller support customer servises very little english(they source cheap labour from abroad) and you will be wasting your time to trying to explain the support you need or you wont understand what they say. They struck of your listing with our evidence if your competitor make a case against you to get to get you out of your way. Frudulant customers claim they have not received item when tracking shows it been delivered. Amazon refund them from your account even if you have a proof its been sent. They suspend your account if system suspect pricing error, and any other silly reasons, your account wont reactive for more that 5 days more. Some of customer service not even trained well and they dont know what support to give you. I cant go on.It is money making scheme, where they collect extremly high selling fee from each item you sell, but the service they provide is nothing you would expect for the fees you pay. I can go on. But i have had enough from them and their disappointing customer servise.in process of closing the account and i expect nothing but to be draged around for longer as i read in the reviews here. I wish i read the reviews befor i sign up. Those of you who are reading this, take this in inconsideration befor you do so.

We have been trying to upload only one product for the last three months! We receive rejections, approvals, emails with totally different directions and guidance! We called over 10 times and have been on the phone with clueless rep and all kind of guidance and then declines and disapprovals! NOT PROFESSIONAL! SOME RUDE ALSO!

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MAN WHO IS THE RICHEST MAN ON THE PLANET! LOL! WHO IS NOT ABLE TO MANAGE A SIMPLE TASK! OR HIRE A FEW TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND KNOW THEIR STUFF! CAN YOU AFFORD TO PAY THEM? OR YOU WANT ALL THE BILLIONS FOR YOURSELF?

I thought Ebay is bad but... this is just out of order. I wouldn't recommend anybody to sell on Amazon. They only want your money and nothing else. Never ending fees, charges etc. They refund customers from your account without your permission. The thing is that you dont get your items back either. Basically there is nothing you can do as a seller if someone is trying to scam you. Amazon will let them to do it. Amazon will only support buyers. So much stress, hassle and no support just pay pay pay. Money making scam is Amazon. Iam wanting to close my account but these greedy Amazon baxxxxxx wants me to wait 90 days. Once again so they can deduct monthly fee i am guessing.And its not even monthly fee. You basically pay £30 every 2 weeks. Every 2 week statement i had Amazon fee £30 and its ridiculous
