Buyer has received fullrefund." all those damn automatic email from thier "performance team" just telling: " *******@ck-off and don't try to contact us. "we are" just a stupid software and we don't read your emails anyway..."
Those *******@stards simply suspended our account with ******* EUR balance on it! Because of those 2 scammers, and they asking us to provide an "action plan"!
When we call them by phone, they say, an agent will contact you by mail, and we receiving same damn automatic email by amzon software, over and over again.

If I could give --20 stars i would. Amazon seller support are thieves. Take more than a month to review your suspension, even after providing ALL THE DOCUMENTATION, i hired a lawyers to fight for my account, and they simply does not give a $#*!, they suspended my account for 3 months and kept charging me monthly fee, even worse they kept my money from all my sales. They have no sales support, they do not help the sellers at all, they only care about make money. I prefer to sell on ebay than in this stupid platform
Signed up and then stopped selling due to the absurdly high selling fee's, later realized that they stole £39 from my bank account. Had to fight to get it back and no they repeatedly spamming me with both phone calls and emails, I have firmly told them I'm not interested in using they're money grabbing platform ever again and they are still continuing to spam and harass me! Logged back in a couple months ago just out of interest and found my account disabled and them after my passport details, very worrying indeed, and considering they're yearly turnover in the UK is an estimated 3.4bn and they paid 5.2mill in tax is just laughable.
I started selling on Amazon in December 2018. Since then I have repeatedly had different issues which become a pain in the $#*! to resolve. The worst of which, that is still ongoing btw, is that they flagged my products as having pesticides (which they do not!) and suspended our account... yet continue to charge me every month for the professional seller fee AND random advertising fees AND fba fees... all of which should not be charged because it was all Amazons fault why the product became inactive in the first place. So now I am stuck with stranded inventory at the FBA warehouses and keep getting charged Amazon fees... and they won't reimburse me those fees until the pesticide issue is resolved. It has been about 7 weeks now and I still keep getting emails every few days telling me to be patient and that they are looking into the issue. This is the biggest rip-off. For one of the largest companies in the world this is completely unacceptable. Time to short amazon stock because if this is how the company operates, it is going to downhill fast. Worst experience ever.
Signed up for selling on Amazon.My account became suspended within 30 minutes. The performance team only sent automated emails and they didn't answer any direct questions. I haven't been able to figure out how to reactivate account so I requested them to close my account and release the fund of $49.19. I created the case logs and they transferred the emails to the performance team and closed the logs and marked as answered and the performance team hasn't been responded the emails. I rang the customer service and they advised me to send the email to performance team. They can be only reached by email and they don't answer. If you create a case, they transfer the email to the performance team and they don't respond... and marked as answered. It has been two months. At this point I don't know what to do... This is the worst support I ever had in my entire life..
For three days I have been trying to list an item for sale through amazon seller central. Online instructions do not work. Begging for help -- phone call -- ignored. The data I post (inventory, pricing) later shows up totally incorrect. Site continues to state that my product is unavailable.

Impossible to resolve problems with No Seller customer support line. In this fast paced world Amazon makes you file online complaint form & expects you to wait up to 12 hrs for them to call you which usually never happens. Meanwhile your problems keep Rollin' in piling up unresolved thanks to the brilliant resolution process the Einsteins who mismanage the company have so brilliantly put in place... WARNING,,, B-4 registration as a seller take an Xtra dose of your favorite headache meds & keep em close at hand cause Amazon has plenty of problems without resolutions waiting for you... Worst manager hired by amzon Mr kawal Desai who doesn't have manageral skill at all, how to speak with seller,. He is behaving like king abv than Amazon, very errogant, rude behaving with seller like some aliens arrived to despetch Thier stuff in FBA. All his associates are ilitriat like kawal Desai. I sold three designer handcrafted t-shirts for $545,- on amazon and the tracking number shows delivered to the customer. The customer open a a2z claim and says he didn't receive the package! Amazon refund him immediatly and charge me a $11.95 administration refund fee. 10+ years on Amazon as seller. Can't log in now (no problems on my end) because they've changed their website. Changed password numerous times today at direction of phone people. They tell me Sellers no longer have support. Must do all by email. They do NOT email you back or call. 5 hours wasted but worse, someone bought something and I can't print postage for him. I can't see his name or address and go around this. What was once the fastest, easiest site is now close to the WORST. Don't know what to do. No help from Mr. Bezos. Must be too busy w/ his girlfriend & his phone.
We've had a TERRIBLE experience with seller central. The platform is extremely un-user friendly and they go out their way to make the system convoluted to use. We have had major log in issues with accounts and passwords becoming tangled with little support and hours wasted on the phone to amazon with no result. All the time whilst not being able to access the account, we racked up fines which Amazon has had no problem taking directly from our bank account. Our products have become 'unlisted' or 'stranded' for no apparent reason with no communication. Our products we send to Amazon leave our warehouse in full box quantities but mysteriously arrive at the amazon warehouses with less units - which off course we then get fined for. We've now been charged extortionate storage fees which again is not communicated clearly. Total disaster. How do the get away with this?!
I sell $5M per year on Amazon and sometimes I lose many many thousands of dollars due to problems within the Amazon system... whether it be FBA or catalogue and the cases don't get resolved. I open new cases on a weekly basis, followup daily, and none of them get resolved. This has become a full time job. I could call into the captive department and still none get resolved. Now they have a marketplace growth program where you can pay $3500 per month for an account manager - I was just approved so I will try that. But it's pretty ridiculous that I have the pay $3500 per month just to resolve some cases. And that's assuming this account manager thing even works. Most nights I'm up late on the phone with seller support instead of growing my business or sleeping. Actually I'm on hold right now.

First of all they lost some of my items when they received it. They refused the category i chose by saying they needed a commercial invoice with specifics informations on it. Ive sent many commercials invoices and they didn't accept any of them because " some information in it did not pass their criterias " they never say what was specifically the issue with my invoice. It was even worse when i called them. They looked like students learning how to work because they could not help me at all. Finally i changed my product category after three hours of search of how to do it because my category was locked and their help page looked like a chinese puzzle. After all that my products are active. I started their dumb method of advertising with bidding more then the average and having a decent budget but guess what. 0 clicks no sales with a product 9/10 score on jungle scout. My pictures my keywords and my description are top notch and at the end. Nothing. I have downloaded their app to manage my advertising and see my sales. I saw with the app that you can see the ranking of your product and i didn't have any ranking. Amazon is a total waste of time and money. The service they give is more than bad. The seller central site is more complicated than a chinese puzzle. The advertising system is illogical. To be ranked you need reviews but to have reviews you need to sell but to people seeing your products on the first pages you need to be ranked. It all sucked from A to Z. The only good system to be in the first pages with good reviews is by fraud. Fake accounts and fake reviews. That system suck really bad
Amazon lost 25k of my book inventory and still proceeded to send bill collectors for an erroneous bill. There is NO WAY to contact human beings to resolve issues. You must open a new ticket every single time via email. All phone numbers (if they answer at all) lead to phones in India and Africa where you must start from the beginning with a poor customer service agents who have no clue.
