I sell $5M per year on Amazon and sometimes I lose many many thousands of dollars due to problems within the Amazon system... whether it be FBA or catalogue and the cases don't get resolved. I open new cases on a weekly basis, followup daily, and none of them get resolved. This has become a full time job. I could call into the captive department and still none get resolved. Now they have a marketplace growth program where you can pay $3500 per month for an account manager - I was just approved so I will try that. But it's pretty ridiculous that I have the pay $3500 per month just to resolve some cases. And that's assuming this account manager thing even works. Most nights I'm up late on the phone with seller support instead of growing my business or sleeping. Actually I'm on hold right now.
