Ordered a new condition Aeron chair with a couple upgrades and it wound up taking 2-3 times longer than what was quoted to receive the chair. Once it arrived I realized it was the wrong chair, a refurbished model in a different size without any of the upgrades. Notified them right away and they offered to refund some of the money if I kept it but since it was a smaller version that wasn't an option so they sent a return shipping label. Once the chair was returned to them they only issued a partial refund, keeping a 20% restocking fee, and are no longer replying to emails and the only phone number listed goes to an answering machine that nobody checks or replies to.
I purchased a chair from this website 4 months ago. It was estimated that it would take three weeks due to the coronavirus backing up their supply line. Fine, I understand. After 3 months, I finally received an update from their horrible support network that took 3-4 days to answer each email that I would be receiving my chair within the next week. After getting an update that said my chair was delivered, it was never actually delivered. Fedex and Seatingmind kept sending me to each other to fix the issue. Neither provided a solution to my missing chair and now I can't get a response from their support network as I guess I have already been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do NOT use this service.
I was scammed into buying an older model chair Aeron (had all has no labels or serial #'s on it) which I thought was going to be new. Herman Miller chairs are supposed to have a 12 year warranty but they will not honor warranty because I have no paperwork from a authorized dealer. Seatingmind is NOT an authorized dealer! Also they put a monthly recurring charge on my card which my credit card company is now investigating. This site should be shut down.
After ordering my chair and being assigned a tracking number, it became clear after 2 weeks it had never actually been shipped. I emailed and they responded a few days later to let me know they actually shipped it. I finally got the chair today, 3 weeks after ordering. The chair arrived with a huge fabric defect in the middle of the seat and the fabric was not the color I ordered. I called customer serice and was unable to reach a person to speak with. I left a message and sent another email. So far I have not heard back. If I can ever get in contact with the company, I'm going to return the chair. It's super disappointing. Do not order with this company!
I purchased an Aeron chair for about $400. The seat frame cracked after less than 9 months and I was told the piece would be replaced if I sent photos and my order number, which I did. After chasing the company for several months after that, I was finally told the crack was normal wear and tear and I should crazy glue it.
I have now purchased three Humanscale Freedom chairs from Seating Mind, and I would only consider buying chairs from them in the future. Their refurbished chairs are as good as new. Their prices are exceptional and their customer service is prompt, friendly and effective.

I ordered 2 Herman Miller Chars NEW over a week ago. So far, the order hasn't even been processed. I have to go back and forth from CA to AZ. I sent them an e-mail that if they can't deliver it to Porter Ranch by the end of this week, I won't be here; thus, please send it to Sedona. I got some stupid form letter stating it takes them 14 -20 business days to do anything. I told them to cancel the order if they cannot fulfill it, either in a timeframe for CA or AZ. To cancel it. No answer the meantime, I have already paid. This is the form answer that I'm sure everyone gets.

I ordered a $649 chair in May. I am still waiting. Seatingmind says it is lost, but they never even bothered to file la claim with FEDEX. BUYERS BEWARE! Seatingmind, do the right thing and either give me my money back or send my my chair.
I check the reviews from the google search results before making the purchase, but regret immediately as I read read the reviews from https://www.trustpilot.com/review/seatingmind.com. Trying to cancel the order immediately and so far 10+ days past and get no response from them. Yes, they charged on my credit card immediately and the only way out is to dispute the charge with credit card company.
I ordered a Herman Miller Equa chair through this company. I never received the chair for nearly a month. My pay pal account was deducted the day I placed the order for the chair. I called the company three times, and was not able to talk to a customer representative. I emailed the company four times. They finally responded with " the label was lost and we'll get the chair sent out." I was told I would receive a discount for the extreme delay receiving the chair, but there was no discount. I have tried multiple times to contact them via e mail and I get no response.
The Chair they sent me was not the chair I ordered. When I tried to contact them about their mistake they were hard to get a hold of and were not willing to help with he problem. I then went through with a claim with paypal, but somehow, after paypal messaged the seller, the only proposed solution was that I somehow send back this large piece of furniture. If that was not bad enough, I was being asked to do this out of my own pocket. It was 100% the seller mistake, and yet I was being told I wouldn't get a refund (Or the chair that I ordered in the first place) unless I pay money to correct the sellers mistake. I will never buy from here or officechairatwork.com (Which is the same address) again
I purchased this chair for $289 and its slowly sinking all the way to the bottom and its defective. I am communicating with customer service and they want me to record the chair slowly sinking to replace it. The chair is slowly sinking over time I cant record this but they would see that its defective when they recieve the chair and sit on it themselves. I am not happy at all with the customer service nor the product.

I waited for 1.5 months for them to deliver a chair that on their site, they said was in stock and they kept asking me to bear with them due to COVID, 1.5 months! After that, I asked for a status as my back was killing and they said they do not know when they would have my chair in stock and offered a cancellation and a refund so I was like sure, let's do that. In my mind I was happy as that seemed to be quite professional.
Low and behold, I only got 90% of the cost of the chair back due to their "policy" as they went through the pain of setting up the order. Again they did not have the chair so they did not do anything that deserves a 10% fee (not to mention the fact that they never mentioned the fee when they offered me the refund). Cannot imagine how much money they are making from people like me during these difficult times and quite disgusted by their attitude
This company will steal your money. I purchased a chair and realized it was the wrong size. I canceled the order before it shipped. I was told by email my account would be credited in 5-7 business days. I've contacted the company many times to be told I've been refunded, it's between my bank and I and it takes 3-5 days. It's been almost two weeks. My bank is investigating the situation. The other thing I noticed about the transaction was it showed as recurring. This was a one time purchase! NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Purchased an Aeron chair. They charged me the day I ordered but shipped it almost 20 days later. The chair was missing features and the headrest I purchased.
I contacted customer service, they requested photos of which I sent. Customer service confirmed the missing features and asked if I would install and sent me a video on how to complete the installation. I noted that I wasn't thrilled to perform the install, but would try or if I was concerned I would return the chair.
All communication has gone dark, no replies, not even to a request to return the chair. I expected a used chair, and it was certainly used and dirty. I didn't expect a chair missing the features I purchased.
I would not recommend spending your hard-earned money with this company.
I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Chair in April via PayPal. First off, don't pay by PayPal. If you pay on Amazon you'll be much better off to track these shysters. At the end of the month the chair was still not delivered so I wrote the company 3x. They never answered. I filed a dispute with PayPal. The company sent a fake invoice that didn't have my name nor address on it and the item on the invoice was another chair. I finally got a hold of FedEx who proved to me the item was indeed not mine and sent to another person. I hope this company goes out of business for their lying scheming ways especially during Covid. How dare they try to pull one over on people? STAY FAR AWAY.
I bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair. It came broken. Customer service does not respond to emails for voice mails. I called Herman Miller to see if they could help. Seatingmind.com is NOT an authorized dealer so should NOT be selling their chairs. A REAL chair includes a warranty in the shipping container, this did not. I would like my $1100 back from this company. I plan on disputing all charges with Visa and am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, I have no chair and might be out the $1100. JUST SAY NO TO THESE PEOPLE!
Chair showed up 10 days late-----2 days later, THE BASE OF THE CHAIR BROKE IN 3 PIECES. When you call "customer service", you'll never talk to anyone except an answering machine. Email is the only communication method. 2 weeks later, they sent me a new part, WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS, FILLED WITH COBWEBS, AND PROVIDED ZERO help in putting the chair back together. Clearly they dug the replacement part out of some warehouse corner, it was disgusting and used. People are horrible, terrible at communication, DO NOT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you want to donate money to a shifty company. AWFUL.
They are located in NJ, according to the BBB site they aren't licensed merchandiser since 2017. I had to send a nasty email and disputed the order with my credit card company before I heard anything. The email that it was sent to is *******@gmail.com, Abe Berkovitz. I hope this helps someone.
Save yourself a HUGE headache. Very poor quality chair. Returned and it took 4 FOUR months to get my refund. Seatingmind is a SCAM - beware! Sent emails, voicemail, phone calls, text and they NEVER responded.
