They're all used with blemishes and they don't always send what you order.

Just know the company is unethical and avoid them. Check out all the detailed verbose reports on here, on BBB and then try and find their NJ business license - they are no legit.

At least two reasons: The Aeron I received at the end of May 2020 is 1) the old style chair, meaning it is pre-2016 and heavily used, 2) stinks, like it was sat in for years by a heavy smoker who tried to cover up her stench with a heavy perfume (i have tried everything to clean it to no avail yet). I will probably return it, but be aware they have a 10% restocking fee. Stay away.

You're missing the fact that the chairs that Seatingmind is selling are in the worst possible used condition. Stay away.

There are so many chairs out there. We didn't have that info then.

Hey, I will "sell" you one for 400$ as long as you don't mind me never delivering it. That's what happened with me!

You're missing the fact that you will receive broken chairs in terrible condition! And once you receive them, customer service will stop responding to you, and you won't be able to do anything about your broken chairs

They are the same company on Amazon! They have a different name but the same shipping address. They are snakes and need to be stopped.

From the information I got on my refurbished listing it sounds like they buy up office chairs/equipment from business that are downsizing, upgrading, or whatever and then reselling them. Also I know that a Herman Miller chairs that normally costs $800+ dollars can be bought for as little as $420 when bought in bulk at wholesale prices, so maybe thats also why. I only know this because I happen to know the guy who does the purchasing for office equipment where I work and he told me what they pay.
