if Seatingmind is selling Herman Miller Aeron chairs for $500+/- and the Herman Miller Co & Amazon sell same chair for $800-$900....what am I missing?

Hey, I will "sell" you one for 400$ as long as you don't mind me never delivering it. That's what happened with me!

you're missing the fact that you will receive broken chairs in terrible condition! And once you receive them, customer service will stop responding to you, and you won't be able to do anything about your broken chairs

They are the same company on Amazon! They have a different name but the same shipping address. They are snakes and need to be stopped.

From the information I got on my refurbished listing it sounds like they buy up office chairs/equipment from business that are downsizing, upgrading, or whatever and then reselling them. Also I know that a Herman Miller chairs that normally costs $800+ dollars can be bought for as little as $420 when bought in bulk at wholesale prices, so maybe thats also why. I only know this because I happen to know the guy who does the purchasing for office equipment where I work and he told me what they pay.
