Ruined my daughters! Christmas! One thing she really wanted as i orderd it was gaunteed! To come friday its still not come and on 3 days after xmas and not answering phones or relaying to emails still not arived! Utter bastards! Do not use them ever!

Ordered laptop 29/11/16.24/12/16 not yet arrived cant get through to speak to anyone except to leave a message. They send You emails giving dates that come and go. Last one being 23/12/16. Even it arrives tomorrow 24/12/16 I WONT BUY FROM
SAVVIBUY AGAIN. Unreliable not trustworthy and a total disregard for customers. They should try telling my 11yr old daughter Christmas day her presents not come.

The people who own this company should have the decency to wear masks! They have robbed people right left and centre. I ordered GHD straighteners for my daughters Christmas and dispite guaranteed deliver by 23rd they never arrived. Do not use this company! I'm so glad I paid by credit card at least I have some protection!

Surely a Scam

Like many others, my wife had ordered a gift for Christmas on the 1st of December, money was taken the same day. The first delivery date offered was between the 8th-13th, the product never arrived, my wife chased the company up and was offered a date of delivery for the 24th, nothing arrived. We are now going through our banks fraud team to claim our money back.

I cannot preach enough about how you should not use this company! Please save yourself the hassle.

Like the rest of the complaints, my order was promised between the 12th and 16th December then pushed out to the 23rd. Nothing has arrived, no correspondance.

These people are the lowest of lows. Scum, absolute wankers now my 5 year old daughter will not receive her gift for Christmas.

I will make sure everybody knows what a piece of $#*! Savvibuy is.

I ordered two Fitbits for my grandchildren in early December, got e mails saying 16th December delivery then definite 23rd December then 24th December nothing arrived, Rescued by Argos on 24th thank goodness, phoned my bank, I paid by Debit Card and explained what had happened they refunded me the full amount, said they had lots of complaints the same as mine so beware
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM IT'S A SHAM Should be prosecuted shocking

Rip off website AVOIDING

I purchased an iwatch from this rouge company on the 15/12 was told 3 days, then got email saying delivery 23/12... like everyone else I called the company, answerphone message saying if courier hadn't delivered they would definitely deliver today. I then searched company and found loads of bad reviews... Not one good one, so I went to John Lewis first thing this morning and brought one for my daughter so she wouldn't be disappointed on Christmas Day. I contacted Barclays and was told I had to wait 15 working days from due delivery date before I could make a claim. From what I've found on companies house doesn't look good. Mr Chaudhary Numan Ahmed I hope you get what you deserve spoiling so many people's Christmas.

I've been receiving guarantees that the order will be driveled before 23rd, its 27th and i don't even know if it will be ever delivered. Can't afford another order and that was a Christmas present... don't think about dealing with them.

I just found hatchimals on thier site and they have uped the price to 107.00 i am calling the bbb and so should everyone else... If u have a lawyer and have been swindled by this company plz call them this could be a worldwide lawsuit... Lets help other not be taken advantage of! Thanks :)

Terrible customer service

I am totally disgusted with this company I ordered an item two weeks ago and promised delivery by the 20th this never happened and you can not get through to anyone on the phone clearly they are falsely advertising items and delivery dates I have now canceled my order let's see if I get a refund do not use this company!

SavviBuy are a pair of shysters with no stock. They take your money and then take the ****. Get on to your bank asap because non-delivery of goods means, even with a Visa rather than credit card, you will get your money back and trust me, you will not get your goods delivered. Savvibuy are a pair of ***** who are really the scum of the Earth. There is no company, there is no stock, all there is, is an absolute shower who will almost certainly be in prison within the year. DO NOT BUY FROM SavviBuy.

Same as everyone else, ordered on 5th December promised delivery by 16th then 22nd now silence. We didn't even get a confirmation email when we ordered which had alarm bells ringing straight away. I will spend today reporting them to my bank and requesting chargeback and then reporting them to trading standards also to try and stop them doing this to anyone else.

I spoke with a girl on the phone after trying to call them about 50 times I bought a PS4 vr and when I asked for a tracking number they could not give me one when I confronted her about the site being a scam she got quite nasty.

Ordered a hatchimal on the 6th Dec and was told it would be here between 13th and 17th Dec, it never arrived, I chased them and received an email saying there was a backlog due to Black Friday and it would guaranteed to be here by the 23rd Dec for Xmas. I've waited in all day and no sign of it. It was the only thing my little boy asked Santa for when I took him to see him... he broke his elbow last Saturday and is so excited about getting his hatchimal for Xmas. I don't know how I'm going to explain it. Savibuy is a scam and has ruined Xmas for my 5 year old!

Order a Fitbit 2charge 30th Nov. Was guaranteed delivery on the 9th Dec. It never came so I emailed them and left a answerphone message. I then got a email back to say it would def be here by the 23rd Dec. Still it never came.
This company has terrible customer service & now I'm having a fight on my hands to get my money back.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

Just like everyone one else on here I ordered iPad on 5th Dec, constantly fobbed off with dates for delivery. They don't answer the phone or emails. I had a very bad feeling about this company so I cancelled my order on the19th December I was lucky enough to be able to order another one from Currys which arrived the next morning my problem now is getting my money paid back to me from these theives I feel even more angry that after reading these reviews a lot of children have not received their Christmas presents. Everyone on here needs to report this so they can be stopped playing with people's lives, I wish I lived close to their addresss because I would be straight round there

Having ordered two PS4 games to be sent as a Christmas present, I am likewise incredible disappointed at the lack of customer focus by SavviBuy. Having contacted them by email after the promised delivery date came and went I received a standard reply and a promise to deliver by Dec 22, this of course is too late for me to repackage and resend to my nephew in London even if it does arrive today. I did mention this to them and hoped it would be delivered earlier but got no response. Reading other posts I see this behaviour seems to be pretty endemic at SavviBuy, I still wait and would advise no-one to use SavviBuy. I certainly shall not be using them again in the future.

I ordered a PlayStation VR headset for my son and was given a delivery date of 16th-22nd December and nothing yet. I've now got the mother of all migraines, will have a disappointed son and feel like I've been stolen from. I've sent them an email and told them I'm calling Trading Standards and the police, I urge others to do the same! Would give -100 if I could. THIEVES

I ordered a Hatchimal on the 21 Nov 2016. It was promised to be delivered by 12 Dec 2016! Received the Hatchimal on the 6 Dec! I found them to be BRILLIANT! The liaised with me via my FB messenger ( as I followed them on FB) and they responded to all of my emails! Due to my experience I would give Savvibuy a 5* rating! I will definitely use them again!
