Oreded a main present for my grandson on the 8th of December from savvibuy they said I would get email and a tracking number. Received nothing I kept sending emails keep ringing them to be put on hold then got cutoff or a message to say leave my name and number. I got a email of someone called Barbara to say my order would be delivered on the 23 of December after staying In all day guess what no parcel. I had to explain to a very upset 4 year old boy that I didn't get what he wanted for Christmas. I will be contacting trading standards to see in to savvibuy no order and no refund this is glass as theif will be seeking advice you are not getting away with this

I ordered a PS4 console a week before cyber Monday and it's expected to be delivered between 8-12 December and here I am still waiting. I tried to call them multiple times, left messages so many times but no one got back to me. If I've read this review before, I wouldn't have even bothered dealing with this people. My son's birthday is ruined as I'm dued to have leave for xmas only to still be waiting for my goods. Poor customer service. No communication

I am another one paid £88 for a present for my six year old the only thing she wanted and ordered 3 weeks ago and was promised delivery before Christmas nothing going to have one upset little girl paid over the odds for it they don't give a damm I bet they have a good Christmas something needs doing about this company

Do not purchase anuthing from these conman.!
Guaranteed delivery means nothing they have stolen thousands of pounds from customers and have made interest on monies that was not there's. I ordered a hatchimal for my five year old and paid over rrp for it as was guaranteed for Xmas. Never arrived and they still have my money.

I ordered sony vr glasses on the 30th of november, although the call center sounds genuine i honestly dont think it is

I have been lied to many times about them being in stock, they then said they would be opening them all to check they ok and this would cause a delay... why are they opening them? This is technically my property and a sealed unit abd i dodnt want it opened

The date of delivery kept slipping and now i am attempting to get my money back which isnt as easy as you would think

They also have fake facebook profiles promoting how good they are which you can spot a mile off

There are lots of other people like me out of pocket buyer beware

My order was placed in time for delivery scheduled between 16-22 December. On 21st December, I received an email to say that it would be delivered on 23rd. My parcel was not delivered. I called the company during the day and got a voicemail message saying that all goods would be delivered by the evening and at worst by 24th (today). There was no opportunity to speak to anybody. Surprise surprise, there has been no delivery. Our granddaughter will be very disappointed not to get her Christmas present and they have our money. They obviously do not know anything about customer service! Is this a scam company or do they just have rubbish management? I suspect the former. Well done Savvibuy, for ruining it for our granddaughter!

Ripped off

Paid £349 for ps vr 9.99 for three day delivery back in november 20th after lie after lie still no vr no refund this con shop should be shut down now why hasnt trading standards done anything, writing this review on xmas day told my son not to be to disapointed we have been let down by savvibuy!

I ordered a V8 Dyson 9th December and they took the money from my account and have not delivered the item. They respond to emails but it is all fake promises, the delivery date keeps moving, I think they have no intention of delivering my item. Bewarned do not use savvibuy.

Wish they had a 0 star for the review. They are uncontactable. For a Christmas present ordered for delivery between the 9th and 13th of December, still sitting unfulfilled. No way to contact anyone, thank God I brought it on my credit card as I have no idea if I am even going to get the product I ordered and paid for, or if it's all a big con. My advice, buy from someone else.

I ordered my daughter a hatchimal for Christmas and paid £89. I was promised delivery by 9-13. It's December 20th and still no delivery. I hope they realize the sorrow and painful disappointment they are causing children and their parents. I'm currently awaiting a tearful Christmas morning without a hatchimal thanks to Savvibuy.

I ordered an item at the end of Nov Playstation VR headset, as with everyone else I have nothing to show for my money, basically they have stolen my money without any intentions of sending me the good's. Ordered my daughter a hatchimal having been ripped off once on another website they guaranteed delivery on 21st December then emailed me and said i would get it 23rd i couldn't get through to them and no tracking on my item. Luckily i paid on my credit card so should be refunded... i don't know how these people sleep at night. DISGUSTING!

I ordered call of duty ps4 game for my son in the first week in December. They give me a delivery date between the 9th and 13th of December time has gone by. I have tried to call them it just rings out email them and all you get off them is that they are trying to get couriers in the uk funny that when I ordered of eBay from China it was there at my door with in 4 days but yet they can't send a game from Manchester to Liverpool what a load of rubbish.
I today have been down my bank they have had enough time to deliver my bank said you have to allow then up to 15 days which I have and still nothing my bank give me the number to Freud line I called them and they are going to charge the money back to my account.
Don't use save your time and hard earned cash I have had to now look round and get him the game from else where when his birthday was yesterday utter utter liars. Not savvibuy more like fake buy.

Everyone who has been conned by this company has to report this to the authorites. If we all do this it might make a difference... these people have to be stopped other wise they will continue to set up companies and rip people off... not only did they not fulfil the orders but have been deceiful and dishonest from day one. How many more companies will they set up?... its just too easy if you have no conscience and are able to rip people off and run people's Christmas and still sleep at night...

I don't know how these people at savvibuy can sleep tonight Xmas eve when they no there are thousands of children out there who are going to wake up in the morning without the present they asked for from santa. I bet their children if they have them won't be doing the same as others and not getting their pressies they asked for. I am going to have one 4 year old grandson very unhappy as he asked santa for a paw patrol paw patroller for Xmas and because of you con artists he is going to be one of the disappointment children in the morning. How do you explain that santa has not left him his gift. These people need to be named and shamed, they need to be reported to watchdog and shamed on the t. V.
