I too have had a similar experience my item has not arrived i paid by credit card the company that took the money are call www.advancetech.com and they have the same address in rochdale has savvibuy and still have a website i believe they are the same company so i am going through the credit card company to try and get a refund but i would advise everybody to avoid both companies like the plague because i ordered off savvibuy and paid advance tech
Christmas Eve 4pm, my delivery of x 2 Hatchimals not arrived. No one answers the phone. Told about 3 times my delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd. If they could meet the obligations they could have told us and given us the opportunity to source an alternative. Utterly shambolic customer service
Ordered £430 of goods that were in stock apparently, had Guaranteed delivery between 16 and 22nd December still no sign of delivery at 18:53 on 23rd December, shocking customers services, left loads of messages as no one is available to talk too, no replies! Shocking
I placed order on 24th November and still waiting for goods. Got through to customer service once and advised deliveries were 72hrs behind. Tried phoning twice since then and ea h time I've waited swim being caller 36 to then answering then hanging up when I got through.
Similar story to everyone else...
Orders unfulfilled. Broken promises.
Thank you for ruining my 10 year old daughters Christmas!
SavviBuy should NOT be trading!
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Bought an apple laptop nearly £1000. Was told 23rd and when I emailed company received an email from Jenny customer services saying they were delayed and it would be delivered 24th definitely! Guess what... Nothing arrived... So my main gift for my wife was nothing but a dream. I have notified my bank as I have paid with my visa debit card and the bank have asked me to wait 15 days from the expected date of delivery and then they will initiate processes... Uncertain whether I will get my ££ back. Also spoke to www.fraudpolice.co.uk today and given them details. If your effected do the same as me... Everyone must stop these low life individuals and make sure they don't do this again. How can these people sleep at night... Low life heartless specimens of humanity... They ruined our Christmas... John
Yes I bought the Apple Watch, or rather paid for it at a 30% discount by clicking through from an Amazon sponsored link. I was in a hurry, didn't research it until too late. Now I am £196 out of pocket unless my bank (Barclays) refunds me - if they do. Moral?
1. If it seems too good to be true it isn't.
2. Don't trust an Amazon 'sponsored link' - they are not sponsoring it, just taking money from the 'sponsor' in this case some clever thieves. Amazon disclaim responsibility but that might not stand up in court. Another reason, if one needed one, to never buy, even via sponsored link, from those tax dodgers at Amazon.
3. If you take a look at the Google street view of the store front and its surrounding area you may get some idea of who is perpetrating this fraud. Enter 40 Tweedale Street Lancashire GB OL11 1HD on Google maps and Check it out!
Ordered my son some Lego for Xmas on Dec 13th, "guaranteed" to arrive by 21st. Then got an email saying it'd be here on 23rd; it's now Xmas eve and still no sign of it. No tracking facility and nothing more than a recorded message on the phone. Ended up having to do an emergency Toys R Us run to avoid Christmas morning heartbreak. Would chase a refund but Savvibuy couldn't pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were printed on the heel, so if the goods ever turn up they'll be saved for next year.
Promised delivery before 20th then told we promise everything will be delivered by 23rd December without fail. The after numerous times of trying to contact them I get a recorded message saying it will now come on the 24th. Christmas Day comes my daughter has nothing to open. Absolute disgrace. I hope the company directors slept well Christmas Eve and their kids had presents to open!
Dont ever use this company, ordered item for delivery 19th Dec didnt arrive told 23rd december surprise surprise did not arrive.
They dont answer the phone or reply to emails i wonder why
Shocking, disgusting is very polite
I ordered a laptop for my daughter on 9th of December and was promised it would be delivered by 16th. My wife received an email on the 15th stating they are very busy and that it would hopefully be delivered by xmas. We have tried contacting them over 30 times but each time, we keep getting put through to an automated answer machine, to which we have left numerous messages. I'm extremely disappointed and angry that a company (if that's what they are) are quick to take your money but do not promise to meet these delivery dates, if we get it delivered at all. Do not buy from these... absolute rip off... that's our xmas ruined! Thanks savvibuy
This company is a total disgrace promised to get the microwave to me by the 23rd december it did not arrive a total wast of time This company want to be taken off the web so nobody else gets coned
Very dissatisfied.
Despite numerous emails reassuring that PS4 VR head set would arrive by 23rd... it hasn't. Had they just been honest and said we aren't going to get item to us by xmas, we could have sourced alternative. I wish I could award a minus score. Now they aren't answering emails, Fb messages. The company posed a picture of Santa wishing customer merry xmas, they have ruined to many children's big day - shame on them.
Ordered iPhone watch on 5th December, promised delivery between 12th to 16th. Received email to say they are 3 days behind with deliveries. Received another email on 21st to say delivery will be 23rd. Guess what no item. I think this company is a scam and just taking people's money and not coming up with goods. Only ordered from these as sold out everywhere else. Pissed off is not the word!
I can't start how pissed I am! To just point it out nicely... I have placed an order on Dec 5th for two items! I called couple days later to confirm my promised delivery of 12-16 of december as advertised! Well i kept calling and was being reassured by their staff that I will get the item! Rest assured i shipped it to my friends house because she was coming to the UAE and she was going to bring the two things for me for my kids christmas present! I am beyond belief angry! The staff all they said was so sorry its that time of year! But the first email i received the item wasn't even in stock the next dec 13th saying everything is being delayed because of the cyber deals / boxing day... FRAUD! They are not only false advertising that the items do arrive on the date they don't! I've been trying to get ahold of someone regarding my order since last few days to cancel it! What a joke do not order anything from them!
Brief history order lego for grandsons Christmas box 1st Dec money taken straight from bank account expected delivery date 9 th to 13 th on recived email as many more had stating that the goods would be here 72 hours late due to high demand (fair enough)
After those 72 hours telephone calls were made and no one picks the phone up your 4th in the que but then transferred to answer phone. I have left 3 messages doing exactly what they asked but no contact, so I decide to email, x3 emails one entitled "does anyone answer these emails finally a reply your delivery date is 23 rd Dec u will get SMS message from courier.
Yeah right Savvibuy that was never going to happen another email fired off to you saying thanks for ruining a Christmas of my 5 year old grandson.
Do not go order from this very shabby website I'm seeking full refund as soon as
How dare you say have a very happy Christmas when you were fully aware that my goods were never going to arrive
Ordered from them on 12th december.
Money came out of account same day.
Sent email to ask how i track my order.
Recieved email next day to say due to busy time of year here will be a delay on delivery.
Then recieved email to say parcel guaranteed delivery on 23/12/2016.
Total scumbags.
Hope you burn in hell.
Ordered a Fitbit watch on 13th December and was told delivery between 14-18th December.
Nothing arrived - they will not answer the phone and the email response was that it would be delivered by 22nd December - too late to post onwards for Christmas.
No tracking number yet on order... is this a real company?
Fraud is the only word to describe it. I don't understand why the police aren't their door arresting chaudrey Ahmad at 40 tweedale street in Rochdale for theft. He must have more than half a million pounds taken so easily from people and not an apology or a product in sight.
I reported them to trading standards and the fraud office and hopefully he will be brought to justice unless he has fled the country which I suspect will be the case.
I purchased an Apple Watch on 30 Nov, it was due for delivery between 13-15 Dec. I had no delivery or tracking number by 16 Dec, Savibuy told me not to worry there was a slight delay due to Black Friday but I would have my order by 21 Dec in time for Christmas. I continued to chase this by email as you can't get through to them by phone, I was only given general statements, nothing personal to do with my order. I was eventually guaranteed my order would be with me on 23rd Dec for Christmas, still no order.
I have had to go elsewhere and pay for a replacement item at greater expense and I have still not had my order or refund as requested. I will now have to try and get my money back through my credit card.
I really awful company and deplorable customer service
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
