Disgraceful

Ordered Apple Watch 10th of Dec for £200 promised delivery between 14th-18th-nothing! Emailed and rang to no response but generic voice automated service! Emailed saying contacting police and I had an email from a Barbara at savvy buy support saying due to high demand delivery is late. But will recieve SMS via courier and will be gaurenteed delivery before Xmas! Still nothing! Meanwhile contacted my bank (lloyds) and received money back through them! I will you all to do the same - even if only paid via debit card like me! Had money back from bank in three days! Will be pursuing police complaint!

Ordered a Hatchimal on the 5th November, had no correspondence what so ever until u got intouch in December - was sent a generic email stating garenteed delivery before Christmas. Still no Hatchimal and still no contact - disgusting

I hope people who are working at Savvibuy will have the same broken Christmas as my daughter. I did order Hatimach for a very high price because of a promise of sure delivery between 14th-18th, this was very important for me. After 18th had only one response from customer service making me shure I will receive the item before Christmas Eve. No item. And no more responses. Absolute ignorance and greediness. Making promises to get money mutch higher than price, but no effort to earn that profit.

Do not order anything from this company worst company I have ever use! Ordered my son's Christmas present from them on 4 occasions they guaranteed my delivery would be delivered by Christmas I even got email to say it would be here on the 23rd Dec stayed in all day NO DELIVERY still not arrived & my son was left without his main Christmas present. Never been so annoyed they ruined my Christmas! And they don't care

Please refund my money, order no SVV*******. I cancelled my order on the 22nd December having waited since November the 30th. I requested a refund and it still hasn't arrived. I am now dreadfully concerned having just read reviews for your company. Please at least try to redeem your reputation and refund my money I am very upset and dreadfully disappointed!

Nothing less than scan

I ordered a PS4 VR headset and camera on the 13th Dec and paid just under £400 for it. Promised delivery by 18th Dec at the latest. Nothing received so I emailed them. Received a profuse apology and a promise of tracking info by 21 Dec, and a guarantee that I WILL receive the order by 23 Dec, which is their last dispatch date before Xmas. Needless to say by late 22 Dec (today) no tracking info so I'm not holding my breath for a delivery tomorrow. This can only be a scam which must be stopped. I can't believe with all the complaints listed this company continues to trade. I strongly urge anyone with similar difficulties to contact Trading Standards to put a stop to this scamming company.

Ordered a PlayStation VR and camera for my son's main Xmas present in November 2016. Promised by a member of staff it would arrive around the 10th December when I managed to get through to them on the one occasion. Got an email to say due to Black Friday the delivery service is delayed and a definite delivery for 23rd of December. Nothing so when I rang the number a automated voice message said if not delivered 23d it would be the 24th. Waited at our company address for the full day on Xmas eve and nothing came. Then got an email to say by the 6th of January and still nothing. I wish I'd of known that so many of us have been scammed and I really hope we all get our money back from this $#*! hole of a company. My sons xmas was ruined and still believes in father Xmas so we had some explaining to do! Good luck everyone.

Same as all the others, ordered items on 10th December, delivery date was for 13th December. It wa pushed back and GUARANTEED for 23rd December. The items never came!
I now require a refund, and i doubt I'll get it as they are clearly a scam site. Do not buy from these rip off merchants!

They are essentially an online front for a small shop on Tweedale Street in Rochdale. Their company registration number is ******* and further details of the Directors (Abid Naseem and Keehin Lomax) can be found there.

I have an outstanding order but hope is waning as they have already broken numerous promises.

I hope I'm wrong, but I now suspect they are a bunch of cynical chancers who have little concept of customer service and even less respect for the customer. They certainly talk a great game, but it takes a lot more than that.

Like everyone else I ordered my daughters main gift in November for delivery between 9th-15th. Got the email about delivery delays. Thought we'd hang in there as was GUARANTEED to arrive before Xmas, I emailed on the 20th as was getting nervous about the parcel arriving, email response was my delivery slot was 23rd december, with what others are saying seems like it was more of an automated response. Since sent a further two emails and had no response! I was heartbroken, the toy was sold out everywhere so couldn't even buy another one! Just hope I can get my money back! Never buy from savvibuy!

Scamming company. Ordered a watch on the 9th of December with 5 day working delivery. Here I am 24th December still no watch. How can you sell an item you don't have to sell and blame the courier service you use? It's amazeing how I've ordered other parcels that arrived using the same courier services as savvibuy with no delay and as for customer services don't find it amusing listen to a machine telling me that my parcel will arrive on the 23rd at the latest when I ring up on the 24th. Avoid this company unless you like disappointment.

I ordered on 30 Nov. Delivery should have been 9-13th Dec. NOTHING.
Then I got an email saying delivery was up to 72 hours late... NOTHING.
When I enquired on 18th, only then was I told I will receive before Xmas. I doubt that will be the case.

I ordered a PS4 VR on the 6th of Dec. It was to be delivered by the 17th. They advised they had a backlog but I would definitely receive it by the 23rd. No sign of it yesterday and they cancelled my order without instruction. Shocking customer service, no apology and no explanation. They only respond to FB private messages, and that's only if they feel like it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Fit Bit for Christmas for my son through SavviBuy on the 30/11/2016 On the 13/12/2016 I received an email saying that due to the Christmas rush and the company being really busy(is that my fault?) my order was delayed but I would get it before Christmas-GUARANTEED, When it still hadn't shown up on the 20th December I have been advised I will not get it. A complete shambles, extremely poor service. Do not touch these people with a barge pole. Do they even exist? God knows if I'll ever see my money again.

Ordered my wife a Fitbit on the 9th December
Told 5-7 working days to deliver then chased the delivery
Only able to leave voice mails with no reply at all from them. Then had an email to say guaranteed delivery by23rd still nothing
Now xmas eve still nothing and can not get through to them
I will never order from these again
Piss poor service
Now my wife has been let down
