Terrible

I placed an order on 9th December for two ps4 games as part of my sons Christmas present. I was told delivery would be between 13th and 17th December. Then I received an email there was a delay and it would be be delivered no later than 23rd. I received another confirmation that I would get the items on this date. It's now Christmas day and my son doesn't have the games. Absolutely disgusting. I have demanded my money back if I don't receive the items by 30th December

Ordered 28 November 16, advised delivery 8-12 December. The took payment straight away! 20th December... still no goods!
Cant get a reply from email or phones just take you to answer phone, which no one replies.
DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY

Absolutely Fuming! I ordered a iPad for my daughters Christmas present in November. I was told delivery no later then the 9th December and guess what still waiting for my daughters iPad to arrive. Was promised 5 different delivery dates and still no show. Tried calling but never got through, only get voicemail. To top it off ive requested a refund and i have had no replys to my emails since 23rd December. The government and Google should do something about this shame of a company. This company is the first to show on google that is why I used this SAVVIBUY... I feel let down by both and my daughter was extremely upset on Christmas Day... this company is a SHAME!

So, guaranteed delivery by the 17th nothing, guranteed by the 21st nothing!
Guranteed by the 23rd and I must understand that they are very busy but no worries santas elves are hard at work to gurantee I have it before Christmas, nothing!
So what is the gurantee? Guranteed or what?

I have made a order with them on 28 of november the price of my item is 1300 and they say I will recive it between 13 and 17 december before i make the purchese i did gave them a call and ask them if will recive it on time and they say yes but didn't happen and and now can't get in touch with them do not buy fuking scam not recommended so anggry

They are theives, they do not have the goods in stock but happily take your money and you have to fight to get a refund. I would rate them as 0 if there was one!

Why offer deliver dates that you have no chance of actually achieving?
When I ordered on line last Sunday the delivery dates quoted were Mon - Thur.
After nothing I emailed them only to find that my item still ain't been processed on Wednesday...
By Thursday I had been given an order number and told hat I would get a text from their carrier, who could be any number of companies, once the order had been fulfilled!. It was supposed to be delivered by Thursday.
You've guessed, it's now Christmas eve, 14:00 and still no word from them so I can take it that nothing has been sent yet.
They are a disgrace. Their excuse for my item being late is that it's Christmas... well didn't they know that when they accepted the order and provided delivery dates? And why didnt they staff up accordingly?
I now have to go out and hope that I will be able to find the item locally on Christmas eve, which is a big ask and probably won't happen.
I cant mark this 'company' down enough.
A bit if advice - Do not offer what you clearly have no chance of delivering...
If I am lucky enough to find what I want, and my item is eventually delivered, no doubt in 2 weeks time if at all, no doubt I will be expected to pay the return postage...

Just to warn everybody, i ordered some christmas items on the 1st December for my children one being there main present, i was informed 4-5 days delivery?
As i did not recieve them i contacted savvibuy and was told that they was 72hrs behind on deliveries due to black friday.
I still had not recieved the items on the 16th so i contacted them again and asked for a refund so i could buy the items of the high street in time for christmas, they informed me 4-5 days for the refund which was great and would give me time to buy the items.
Now after numerous emails we are on the 26th with no refund still and christmas slightly spoilt for the children.

Do not buy from SavviBuy or you are asking for trouble

Like many others, I have ordered through this site, well you can't say it's a company, there are so many children disappointed Christmas morning, I have never known a site scam so many at the same time, some people have worked and saved all year to end up with nothing to give their kids Christmas day, as a parent myself I wouldn't wish that on anyone, this should be reported to the police,

Ordered a Fitbit on 10th December, then on 17th they emailed to explain they were 72 hours behind with deliveries because of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but I would have my order by 23rd. Sounded feasible. On 21st I received another email confirming delivery by 23rd. It didn't happen, so I traced their phone number and a message told me it would be 24th. 24th - nothing so I contacted my credit card company and asked for a refund. 27th - another email, apologising for non-delivery and explaining how to cancel and obtain a chargeback from my credit card. Today - 28th, my credit card company confirmed they had credited my account. So I went to Currys and bought my Fitbit for the same price.

What a shambles - there are other words to describe SavviBuy, but I'm sure you get my drift!

Stated parcel will arrive on given day but didn't. Paid over the odds for the item anyway and didn't receive it. They greedily took the money though, nice.
