Never ordering from here again I ordered a PlayStation which was suppose to get to me between 10-14 dec all till now I haven't received it I have tried to call plenty off times can't get through to them I will be reporting this website and I will do it until I get my money back

Ordered hatchimal a month before christmas. Repeatedly recieved guarantees and company assurances it would be delivered and have a tracking number. By the 17th... Didnt happen... Then they said 23rd... Didnt happen. Phone calls to customer service go unanswered. Emails unanswered.
They guarantee. Which is an outright lie. To make the sale. If they were honest about availability and delivery they know customers will take their business elsewhere. They scammed thousands of people this christmas. Out of sheer greed. Your money for presents they never intended to deliver has been accruing interest in their account... Millions of dollars... So while they may end up refunding your money."maybe"... They made plenty of money puposefully disappointing thousands of kids around the world.

Ordered a Hatchimal for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas was promised it would be delivered in time for Christmas now on Boxing Day and still no Hatchimal its very hard to explain to a little girl why Santa didn't bring her eagerly awaited present. How convenient is it that you can recieve an email stating that you will recieve your package by December 23rd, right in time for Christmas, BUT NO TRACKING number? I am now sitting at the office "waiting" to see if it shows up as it is the "BIG" gift for my kids, while everyone else is already gone... BAH HUMBUG! What's even better is that they have already charged my card, and you cannot find this item within a 300 mile radius.

I placed an order for a "Oral-B electric toothbrush" on the 14th DEC, luckily it wasn't for a Christmas present, just thought the delay was due to the Christmas period so didn't chase it up, then thought I'd leave it until after the festivities, I have done but now cant reach the website or contact them in any way, I cant find a tel no: I will never deal with this SO CALLED company again.
