Disgusting

Fuming ordered end November paid for express delivery and guess what still waiting for my sons Samsung tablet to arrive. Was promised 5 different delivery dates and still no show. Tried calling but never got through now ylu only get voicemail. To top it off ive requested a refund and i have had no replys to my emails since 23rd December. THE GOVERMENT should do something about this sham of a company and so shluld GOOGLE AS i used this SAVVIBUY as it was first on my search list on google... i thought google are meant to support you and prevent fraud... THIS IS FRAUD ZND A SCAM

I ordered my daughters christmas present on cyber monday with the 8th being the delivery date. GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT ARRIVE so i contacted the was told they were behind on delivery but i would get it on the 13th GUESS WHAT IT NEVER ARRIVED i contact them again was told they were working hard to deliver my item and i would revive before christmas. I still havent recived it tried to contact them again today and just got a answer phone. If you are looking for a item take my advise pay extra and get your item else where knowing it will arrive on time AVIOD THIS COMPANY

Do not use these scammers

Ordered a PlayStation vr the 7th of December as they site was advertising they would have them in stock the 9th December guaranteed delivery for the 13th I was concerned when seeing lots of negative feedback after placing my order so I did some research and messaged savvi buy who sent me an automated reply saying the orders had been delayed until the 23rd of December however my money was taken from my credit card the 8th so I decided I would cancel the order because I do not believe it will arrive I did manage to get through to the call centre after been 50th in the queue and was sent a reply and email confirming my cancellation however I've been told to wait 3 to 5 days we will see if I get my refunded the credit card company have been informed.
