ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY

Ordered a PS4 VR was told delivery would be the between 11th and 16th DEC, Abdolutely nothing has come no response AND YET THEY ARE STILL TRADING with no intentions of sending the goods! I've had no refund either, NOT HAPPY, I'm contacting TRADING STANDARDS!

Thank you to you all for warning others of these scammers, i checked the address they have on their website as a point of contact on Google map and it cannot be found. So its a fake address. SCUM OF THE EARTH...

Stay away from SavvyBuy, I ordered a Tablet from them on 29th November and was expecting delivery between the 9-13th December. However they've told me the same lies as they tell everyone else, Christmas rush and all that codswallop. They are criminals, STAY well away from SavvyBuy. As always I brought using my credit card via sagepay so I will get my money back, however I now don't have my wife's Christmas present, what a charming bunch of lieing Asehols eh?

This firm is RUBBISH

I was the same I ordered a hatchimal and a Nerf Modulus ECS10 Blaster on the 7th December, given a delivery date of 13-17 December. Then told it would be delayed to 23 December- GUARANTEED! Nothing came on the 23rd so I decided to ring up and got an automated answer message to say things had been delayed but everything would definitely be delivered by the end of the 24th. Nothing has been delivered. Today is Christmas day and I have one very upset little grandson. Why is this firm still allowed to trade, or advertise on Google?

Scam of a company
December 23, 2016

Ordered headphones on 6/12/16 and told delivery will be on 12/12/16, then they said 16th then 23rd so I phoned my credit card and they cancelled payment and I will get my money back, if it does come I will pay myself to send it back, by the look of the reviews I am one of the lucky ones, I just wished I read the reviews before I ordered, robin

I payed 88 quid for a hathimal for my 10 yr old, oredered on the 6th and delivery dates given were 12th to 16th, didnt turn up, i rung the helplne number just to be cut off, emailed them and responce was there very busy over xmas period understand there doing all they can to get the hatchimal to me by 23rd, mayb even 24th, ts now xmas day, fukin nufin! Our poor children, why hasnt this site not been removed, i personally am takin this all the way to get bak my fukin money i worked hard for,

I ordered 2 'Fitbit' wtaches for my brother's boys CHristmas presents on Dec 18th. SavviBuy confirmed by email I'd receive them by Thurs 22nd. They then emailed again on Wed 21st saying they'd be with me Fri 23rd guaranteed. I've stayed in all day but no delivery. Tried to phone them but the system gives two options: 1 says "everything will be delivered on Fri 23rd but as some couriers have let us down that may be Sat 24th" (too late, I'm going away in the morning). Option 2 asks if I want to cancel, and if so I have to email. So basically you can't speak to them. I can't track the item as the 'confirmation of order' has no tracking number and when I messaged them through their website it says they'll get back to me within 48 hours. That's too late. I messaged them through Facebook too (Facebook's stats say they typically reply within 1 hour) but my message isn't even showing as read.
Looks like I'll have to re-buy on the High Street tomorrow - if I can! - and then hope I can get a refund from SavviBuy. Not sure what happens if they then deliver after Christmas... can I then return the items for a refund?

Shocking company which has spun a web of lies to customers.

I placed an order in mid-November for a hatchimal and received the mail to say the delivery was GUARANTEED! Then a further email came to say that because of the Black Friday backlog their '3rd party distributor's had a delay but I would DEFINITELY be receiving my order just prior to Christmas. Then on 21/12 an email is received to say my order is being prepared at one of their 'Fulfillment' centres - having seen photo's of one in Rochdale these are actually dingy rundown shops!

Then on 23/12 - nothing! An update on the 'customer service' line stated that again the poor 3rd party distributors would complete the remaining orders on 24/12. Again nothing arrives, and this shocking two bob bunch of clowns send an email stating we can cancel the orders (clearly they never intended to fulfill these) but would have to ask our bank to do a chargeback... you couldn't make it up!

An absolute sham, do not go near them and if you have placed an order request a refund before they go into administration! I pity the staff who work there because they need to but I won't shed a tear for the crook who runs it.
